For Guests with Food Allergies
Thank you for considering and making a reservation at our accommodation.
Regarding food allergies and other dietary restrictions, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following policies:
For reservations made on or after January 1, 2026, we will not be able to accommodate any requests for ingredient changes or removals due to reasons such as food allergies, personal preferences, pregnancy, religious beliefs, etc. We appreciate your understanding.
If you are unable to consume certain meals due to food allergies or religious reasons, you may bring your own food and beverages into the dining area. Please inform us at the time of reservation.

For guests with reservations made by December 31, 2025:
● Guests with Food Allergies
- We can accommodate one single ingredient per person.
(Example) If you cannot consume both eggs and meat, please choose either eggs or meat for substitution or removal; we cannot accommodate both ingredients nor any others beyond this selection.
- If you have not informed us about your allergy during the reservation process, please contact us by phone promptly.
* For last-minute notifications or if it is determined that we cannot safely prepare meals under our conditions after discussing with you over the phone, we may decline accommodation of such requests.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate in cases such as:
― Multiple ingredient allergies
― Inability to consume components in seasonings or broth
― Severe allergic reactions
【Important Notes】
- All dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen using common utensils and cleaning equipment; there is a possibility of cross-contamination during preparation.
- Ultimately, please make decisions regarding consumption based on your own judgment.
● Guests with Disliked Ingredients / Vegan / Halal / Vegetarian Preferences
We regret that we are unable to provide accommodations for these preferences. We kindly ask that dishes containing these ingredients be shared among accompanying guests if possible.
