    For anniversary use

    We used the hotel for our wedding anniversary. The view from the 28th floor was amazing, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. However, the service from the older male staff member at the Western-style restaurant on the 30th floor was comparable to that of a pub employee. It's a shame because the lounge staff and reception staff were excellent! Next time, I would like to try breakfast at the Japanese restaurant.

    This stay was also very satisfying. The staff's service is always extremely polite and perfect. The service at the club lounge, in particular, is outstanding. I was able to spend my time comfortably from arrival to departure. The layout of the Hotel is excellent, overall sophisticated, and very user-friendly. The Room was clean, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Comfortable pajamas

    The Room with a great view, the firmness of the bed, and the comfort of the pajamas were pleasant. The guest Room includes basic skincare products, coffee, and specially blended tea, all of high quality. Conveniently connected to the station. It is also directly connected to a running course and can apparently be used as a running station.

    Executive Floor Access

    I stayed on the executive floor with breakfast and dinner included. The view from the Room overlooking the Rainbow Bridge was great, and I also enjoyed having access to the gym. The gym's pool and sauna were fantastic! As for dinner at Grill 30th on the 30th floor, the portions were small, and the service was slow, so I regretted not having some light appetizers at the exclusive lounge on the 2nd floor beforehand. It would have been nice if they offered at least one complimentary drink, but I had to pay extra for it. Breakfast at Grill 30th was excellent! The melon juice was delicious, and I left feeling full.

    I used the accommoda...

    I used the accommodation for one night as a birthday gift for my mother. The Room was smoothly upgraded, allowing us to experience the Executive Room, which made my mother very happy. Thank you for a wonderful birthday. At checkout, we also received a small gift, for which we are grateful. I would love to use your services again if the opportunity arises.

    I felt that it was not worth the price.

    The building and facilities were clean. The Room was also clean and had a pleasant fragrance. The meal, though limited to a breakfast buffet, was not bad. However, the customer service felt inconsistent depending on the staff. For example, the breakfast ticket was not handed over during check-in. I was very confused as this was the first time I had such an experience at a Property of this class. The guidance to the breakfast seating, even before it got crowded, felt rushed. Additionally, the noise from outside the Room was quite noticeable, which was concerning. Unfortunately, I felt that the value of 60,000 yen for one night with breakfast was not justified.

    Eggs Benedict

    I had a relaxing stay this time as well. Although it was unfortunately rainy, the Rainbow Bridge and the bay area night view shrouded in mist had a charming beauty. I ordered Eggs Benedict for breakfast at the Executive Lounge, but the yolk was too firm, the muffin and bacon were not very warm, and the warm vegetables were cold. I was expecting the taste from when I ordered it before, but it was disappointing. The Room was clean and tidy in every corner, and I can always have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    The night view is wonderful.

    In May, I stayed on the executive floor of the Grand Nikko in Maihama and was impressed with the service and breakfast, so I decided to stay at the same hotel in Odaiba. Just like in May, I stayed with three generations, including my son. We booked a room on the executive floor facing the Rainbow Bridge. The night view from the room was so spectacular that it felt like a dream. The happiness of being able to enjoy the breathtaking night view while lying on the bed is indescribable. I thought I would like to stay again someday just to see this night view. I was also pleasantly surprised by the delicious snacks during the lounge's cocktail time. They were so good that I ended up eating too much, and I regretted not being able to enjoy the Chinese dinner at Toh-Lee, which I had reserved for 6 PM. The breakfast on the 30th floor was also memorable, with a wonderful view and delicious food. It's nice that the checkout time is at 11 AM.

    Response of the hotel staff

    I asked for recommendations for affordable places to have dinner, and they kindly provided various options and marked them on a map of the area, which was very helpful. Thank you very much. At checkout, they even escorted me close to the station, which was very courteous. I would like to use this service again.

    It's been a while since I stayed at a Nikko Hotel.

    I stayed on a Sunday night, parked my car in the underground parking lot, and took a stroll around Odaiba. It was very convenient as I could access both Aqua City and DiverCity via the pedestrian deck. The building is old, but it is well-maintained and clean, making it comfortable. The room layout and bathroom have a Heisei era vibe. The executive floor is located on the upper floors, offering a great view.

    I regularly use this hotel as a reward for myself. The atmosphere of the hotel allows for a calm stay even when alone, and I highly recommend the night view from the room.

    Healing time

    During my previous stay, the club lounge was very crowded and had time restrictions, but this time it was more relaxed, and I was able to enjoy a very leisurely time. The room and its interior were lovely, and I was able to enjoy a full view of the sea, which was very soothing. Also, the lounge on the 27th floor had a great view, and the books available were wonderful. At night, I was able to enjoy some fruit through the room service benefits. The next day, after having a delicious sushi breakfast, I was able to swim in the pool, and ended my stay with a luxurious lunch at the restaurant on the 30th floor with a great view. This hotel has many different aspects, so even though it was just a one-night stay, it felt like I had stayed for two nights or at another hotel. Although I hadn't mentioned anything in advance, they prepared a gift for me as my birthday was approaching, which made me very happy. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I was inwardly impressed, feeling as if I was experiencing a concierge drama I recently watched, which was probably modeled after this hotel. I often travel alone, and I think this plan is truly a wonderful one that allows even a solo traveler to have a pleasant stay, so I hope it continues as much as possible. I would like to visit again soon when I want to refresh myself. If I may say one thing, while the taste of everything is elegant and delicious, the variety of sweets and meals in the lounge might be a bit modest. However, I find it sufficient as it is. Adding one or two more options might make it even more wonderful. In any case, thank you for taking care of me.

    I was given an upgrade.

    It was a beautiful room with a night view of the Rainbow Bridge. It was a plan with dinner included, but the rice was mistaken for bread, yet I enjoyed it. I thought it would be nice to choose dinner at the restaurant. There were welcome sweets and drinks, which made it comfortable.

    I did not account for the traffic congestion in Odaiba during the summer vacation. This is a point of reflection for myself. Overall, I think it was good. Some hotel groups overbook the club floor reservations, making it difficult to use the lounge, but here, I was able to enjoy my time comfortably whenever I went. One Harmony has different rules for each hotel, which makes it very confusing and troublesome. At this hotel, it seems that One Harmony privileges cannot be used much with reservations from IKYU, but it would be appreciated if they could be used like at other Nikko hotels.

    The front desk service was excellent, the Room was clean, and the timing of room cleaning was perfect.

    The Hotel staff is the worst.

    Good Points Direct access to the station, right next to Odaiba. Building with a sense of luxury. Great view of the scenery. Bad Points Front desk staff have a bad attitude. Uniforms look like those of a gas station. Cleaning staff enter without permission. Amenities are not brought promptly. Overall service is below that of a city hotel. Many foreign staff, service is rough. Air conditioning smells bad. Pillows and beds have a lingering body odor. Toilet does not flush automatically. Sports gym reception staff are busy chatting with male guests and do not attend to reception duties promptly. Stayed here because it's close to Odaiba, but the hospitality disappoints the expectations of a luxury hotel. Don't expect refined service. The service is overwhelmingly poor.

    A bit disappointing

    I have stayed at Grand Nikko Daiba countless times since the Grand Pacific days. It is clean, convenient, has a resort feel, and allows me to relax. However, what was disappointing this time was that when I entered the entrance hall, I didn't smell the hotel's unique aroma... Huh? That scent made me feel like I had come back again. Also, for the first time after staying many times, I found a strand of hair in the sink and the toothbrush bag was torn. This was a shock. I can't believe something like this happened at Grand Nikko... The staff, many of whom are foreigners, must be working hard, yet they all provide pleasant service. The bedding is pure white, the room is bright and clean. Although there were a few disappointing things, this hotel is still reliable, and I will stay again. Thank you in advance for that time. I will relax again.

    Excellent Hospitality

    I was drawn to the Solo Traveler Plan and made a reservation. It turned out to be an incredibly satisfying stay even for one person. Every staff member exuded a spirit of hospitality, making it the best experience I've ever had in terms of service. The lounge staff, in particular, were attentive and considerate, creating a comfortable space where I could relax alone at ease. For breakfast, I enjoyed sushi of exceptional quality and taste. My room was a quiet corner room with a classic design that had an elegant and timeless feel not often found in modern hotels—I absolutely loved it. The perks included in the plan and the hotel credit were so luxurious that I couldn't use them all up! I'd love to come back for special occasions like my birthday. I hope this Solo Traveler Plan continues in the future!

    A hotel where you can fully enjoy the feeling of traveling nearby.

    I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday. My main purpose was to use the pool, and choosing the executive floor was the right decision. The drinks, cakes, and hors d'oeuvres in the lounge were delicious, and my companion was very satisfied. It was also nice to be able to choose sushi for breakfast. The lounge with a view of the Rainbow Bridge was calm and had a good atmosphere. Although it's less than a 30-minute drive away, I was able to fully enjoy the hotel and feel like I was on a trip. If there were hot springs, the satisfaction would be even higher (laughs).

    I have used this plan many times, and it's truly the best! This time, I had made a lunch reservation at the hotel's restaurant before my stay, so when I asked the lounge front to store my luggage early, I was told that my room was ready, and I was able to check in early. I couldn't choose the room, but I got the calm and authentic floor on the 28th top floor that I liked, and I really love this concept. There were no noisy guests in the executive lounge, so I was able to relax. For breakfast, I could have chosen room service, but I wanted to have a lot of vegetables, so I went to The Grill on 30th on the 30th floor. I had French toast, salad, and fruit and was very satisfied! After that, I relaxed in my room until check-out. I want to repeat this soon... I wonder if I can go one more time within the year. I will be in your care then, thank you very much.

    This is my second stay.

    The last time I stayed here, I received such a pleasant service that I decided to choose this hotel again for a sudden second stay. As a result, I am extremely satisfied once again! It might have been a coincidence, but I was upgraded, which really lifted my spirits! Since it was a Friday during the summer vacation, I was prepared to wait quite a while to check in, and although it was inevitable, it was still a bit of a wait. What stands out about this hotel is the pleasant service, the convenience store right downstairs, the quietness, the great view, and the clean bathroom that washes away your fatigue. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi was unstable, which made me a bit anxious.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I have stayed several times, and as expected, staying on the executive floor was comfortable. The lounge was not crowded, the service was good, and I was able to relax leisurely. The room was clean and comfortable. I was looking forward to breakfast the next morning, but when I went to the restaurant, there was no greeting from the staff, and the subsequent service was not satisfactory. Everything else was very good, so it was disappointing that only the service at the breakfast venue was lacking.
