    Girls' Trip with My Daughter

    I stayed at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba for three nights to visit my two daughters living in Tokyo. I had a wonderful time catching up with them, enjoying delicious breakfasts, and relaxing. Although there were large groups of European guests lining up at the breakfast venue, the staff kindly opened the café lounge earlier than usual, allowing me to have breakfast at my preferred time. Thank you very much!

    Relax and unwind with our day-use plan.

    Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba offers a comfortable Day Use plan with a stay duration of 16 hours. The Room is spacious and relaxing, with beautiful views from the window. The bathroom tiles have a charming design, and the lighting is perfect for makeup. I would love to use this service again!

    The view was magnificent!

    I decided to stay here for a relaxing getaway after unexpectedly getting some time off. From the calm atmosphere of the Executive Lounge at check-in, to dinner at The Grill on 30th, and breakfast via room service, everything met my expectations and allowed me to unwind. The view from the Rainbow Bridge side was absolutely stunning.

    We look forward to welcoming you again!

    This was my first stay at the accommodation. I was highly satisfied and would like to visit again, but there are a few areas for improvement that I would appreciate if addressed, as noted below. (Positive Points) - All of my pre-arrival requests were accommodated. - Everyone, including the housekeepers, was friendly and kind. - Upon arriving around 2:30 PM, cakes and other refreshments were prepared in the lounge. - All meals and coffee provided were delicious. - The pajamas and amenities were excellent. (Points for Improvement) - The shower booth faucet was stiff, which caused some difficulty for my family members. - It would be nice to have access to streaming services like Netflix. - While the cakes during tea time were all delicious, it would be great if fruits could also be offered. - Regarding light snacks during cocktail time: while they tasted very good, there weren’t many options available this time compared to before when new dishes replaced finished ones; now only the same items are served repeatedly—it felt like cost-cutting measures had been implemented. Adding nuts, cheese, or chocolates would enhance the experience further. - For breakfast on the 30th floor: while everything tasted great again here too—there seemed fewer varieties than previously (e.g., donuts/ice cream). Including an omelet station might elevate things significantly! - Lastly adding cold beverages/snacks within Level27 Lounge area sounds appealing

    Directly connected to Daiba Station for excellent convenience.

    Directly connected to Daiba Station, the convenience is excellent. You can reach the Hotel from the station without getting wet in the rain, which is very helpful. The view from the Room is stunning, with sights of Tokyo Tower and Skytree in the distance. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Japanese and Western options. The spacious Rooms are reasonably priced compared to other Hotels in Tokyo, making them very accessible.

    Experience the best Hotel stay.

    I always stay on the Executive Floor when I want to relax or celebrate a family occasion. From check-in, I can enjoy exceptional hospitality at the Club Lounge. This time, it was my birthday month, and even though it wasn’t my actual birthday, they prepared a gift for me. Additionally, thanks to the One Harmony birthday benefits, they arranged a celebratory dessert after our meal. Although this usually requires an application three days in advance, they accommodated us flexibly, making it a memorable experience that I truly appreciated. For the accompanying baby, they provided a crib, diaper pail, mat, and more. We were also able to relax in a room larger than what we had reserved. The fluffy slippers, pajamas, pillows—everything about the bedding was incredibly comfortable and allowed me to sleep soundly as always. When the baby spilled milk on the comforter during our stay, their response was swift and efficient. Even though I offered to pay for cleaning costs at checkout, they assured me it wasn’t necessary. Breakfast was delightful as well; we enjoyed delicious food while taking in stunning views at our leisure. Every time we visit here is special because of their unique melon juice that no other hotel offers. This time around there were changes in their system—parking tickets and breakfast coupons were no longer issued—but these small adjustments made everything feel more efficient overall!

    I was recommended a ...

    I was recommended a room upgrade, but it felt a bit odd that the price difference was not disclosed until I specifically asked, despite being told it would be slightly cheaper than the regular price and hearing repeated explanations of its benefits. Additionally, there were some issues such as finding false eyelashes on the hand soap in the room (I don’t use them, so they were likely left by a previous guest) and noticing that the information sheet in the room had a different room number written on it, which momentarily made me think I had entered the wrong room. I understand there are many international guests and staff members must be very busy. However, as I plan to continue using this hotel regularly, I would appreciate it if these small details could be given more attention.

    It was very comfortable.

    I stayed with my slightly disabled mother, my 1-year-old son, and my sister, and we had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, and the view from the window was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was also very delicious.

    Excellent location

    High floors offer a spectacular view of the Rainbow Bridge. Rooms on the Rainbow Bridge side, especially on Premium Floors or higher, are highly recommended.

    A stable and first-class Hotel

    Stayed for one night during a long weekend. As expected from a renowned hotel, everything from the guest room to customer service felt refined. Before our stay, we had informed the accommodation of our request for bed guards as we were traveling with a 1-year-old child. While it would have been appreciated to receive communication if such arrangements were difficult, the basic services provided were satisfactory. Thank you very much.

    I used the Club Lounge and was impressed by the high level of hospitality from the staff. The food was delicious, and there was a wide variety of drinks. Even without an ocean view, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It has become a Hotel I want to stay at again.

    A clean Room with a view of Rainbow Bridge and Fuji TV.

    After visiting Disneyland, we stayed for one night before returning to our hometown the next day and were looking for a place close to the Shinkansen station. It takes about 30 minutes with one transfer from Maihama Station to Tokyo Teleport Station. From that station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the hotel, and the pathway was smooth and clean, making it easy to roll a suitcase. The room was spacious enough for two people, very clean, had a great view, and even provided bathrobes. We were delighted and said how glad we were not to stay at a business hotel this time. On the next day during checkout, they kindly stored our luggage so we could enjoy sightseeing in the area until evening. This is definitely an accommodation I’d like to stay at again when visiting Tokyo!

    The room was spacious and comfortable.

    I stayed at this accommodation as I had business in Odaiba. It was quiet and I was able to relax. The room was spacious with a great view of the Rainbow Bridge. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed breakfast at my leisure through room service. The staff provided excellent service, making for a pleasant stay.

    The front desk service is excellent.

    Staying at a Hotel under the JAL group always leaves me impressed with the excellent service at the front desk. This time as well, although I don't know her name, the same young woman assisted me during both check-in and check-out with such kindness that it reaffirmed my decision to choose this Hotel.

    Pets Welcome

    We informed the Hotel in advance about celebrating our dog's birthday in the Room, and at check-in, they kindly prepared a message saying "Congratulations" along with a gift (for humans). The staff's service was excellent, making our stay very pleasant. The Room was spacious and quiet, and since the Statue of Liberty is within walking distance from the Hotel, it’s a great spot for a stroll. We used room service; while the portions were slightly small, overall it was satisfactory. Breakfast was provided via room service as we had our pet with us, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed morning. It would be perfect if there were restaurants or cafes where pets are allowed. We would love to stay here again!

    The service, facilities, and amenities were excellent. The night view was also amazing.

    The view of the Rainbow Bridge from Odaiba and the chic nightscape of Tokyo's skyline were absolutely stunning. Such a magnificent night view is truly rare to come across. The Room was clean and sophisticated, with an excellent layout that made great use of limited space, including a toilet, bath, shower room, and washroom. However, it was disappointing that the quality of breakfast felt comparatively low.

    About Breakfast

    The Room, view, and service were excellent, but the breakfast venue was very crowded, and we had to wait about 30 minutes. (We returned to our Room once.) Although we went as soon as the venue opened, we still had to wait quite a while. It would be great if this could be improved.

    Club Lounge Recommended

    I stayed with the One-Person Plan. Right after check-in, I relaxed in the Club Lounge. The same two male staff members from my previous visit were efficiently working while engaging in pleasant conversations with guests. They even came to our seats to guide us through the food and drinks, making the experience exceptionally comfortable. Unlike other hotel club lounges I've experienced, which were often crowded, noisy, or had unsatisfactory food and drinks—or where children were running around—this lounge was quiet and serene. The food and beverages provided were delicious, allowing me to enjoy a very relaxing time. I recall having cocktails made for me during a previous visit as well. This time, I had some work to handle during my stay but still enjoyed the changing atmosphere of the lounge throughout different times of day with sweets, drinks, and hors d'oeuvres available. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience again! I look forward to visiting again when I have another opportunity.

    True Hospitality

    A value-packed Plan with a ¥10,000 Hotel credit was available, so I decided to stay after a long time. I enjoyed tempura at Ten-i on the 30th floor for lunch and then checked in. When I mentioned at the front desk that I wanted to use the lounge, they guided me smoothly and provided excellent service. The lounge meals seemed more abundant than before—perhaps because there were multiple hot meal options—but it was more than enough to satisfy my appetite along with some alcohol. For the first time, I used the large public bath during this stay. It even had a sauna, which was great! Previously, I hadn't been properly informed about it, so better guidance would have been appreciated. After refreshing myself in the bath and enjoying some alcohol in the lounge afterward, I returned to my Room and fell asleep immediately without using any of my Hotel credit for bar or room service as initially planned. The next day after checking out, while working over tea in the lounge, one of last night's staff members who assisted me post-bath greeted me warmly. When I mentioned regretfully that "I still have unused Hotel credit," they kindly offered to check if it could be used for lunch instead since "it would be such a waste." As a result, I was able to use it for lunch. Had I left without staying at the lounge post-checkout that day, I'd likely have felt disappointed about leaving unused credits behind; however thanks entirely due diligence shown by attentive Lounge staff ensuring full utilization made all difference here! That said though - similar proactive measures taken earlier during checkout process itself might’ve enhanced overall experience further still given noticeable disparity between varying levels quality services rendered across different personnel teams encountered throughout duration visit altogether somewhat concerning aspect worth noting moving forward perhaps? Special mention goes out specifically towards Mr.Watanabe (male) whose genuine hospitality alone makes visiting this particular establishment worthwhile solely based upon interactions experienced firsthand directly involving him personally speaking!

    The connecting room was excellent.

    This time, I stayed with my daughter and her family, so I reserved two rooms connected by an inner door. At check-in, I was surprised and touched to receive a jelly gift along with the words, "It was your birthday recently, right? Congratulations." Thank you very much. Choosing the connecting rooms was absolutely the right decision! My grandchildren enjoyed going back and forth between the two rooms. The amenities were well-prepared, and the view from the room was great, making our stay very comfortable. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again when visiting Odaiba.

    Satisfaction guaranteed even for a 2-week stay!

    Stayed for two consecutive weeks and was pleasantly surprised. Although I reserved the same room type, the Room turned out to be a square-shaped corner room with a view bath, which was exciting. The lounge's food presentation also changed weekly, offering different cakes and hors d'oeuvres each time, making it fresh and enjoyable even for two consecutive weeks. It's not flashy but is a wonderful Hotel with thoughtful service that my wife absolutely loved.

    The night view of Rainbow Bridge was spectacular!

    It has been over 20 years since I last stayed here during the New Year holidays when it was Grand Pacific Le Daiba! I decided to stay because there was a concert at Ariake Arena. I chose a room with a view of Rainbow Bridge, and it was a great choice! Even though it was raining, the view exceeded my expectations and looked beautiful! Since I arrived early, I expected to wait for some time, but they kindly allowed me to check in before the official time. One slightly disappointing point was that there were brown granule-like particles scattered in the bathroom (outside the bathtub). When I tried to place the bath mat, they spread onto it as well. So, I ended up layering another mat on top. Other than that, my stay was comfortable and satisfying!! Thank you for your hospitality.

    Comfortable Time

    Even though we arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, we were allowed to enter the Room as it was already prepared. Since my daughter was feeling unwell, they kindly provided us with an ice pillow and a thermometer, for which we are very grateful. The Room was clean and well-maintained, and all the staff were kind, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you so much. We would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

    We had a wonderful two-day stay.

    We stayed at the Hotel for two nights to celebrate my mother's birthday. From the moment we arrived, everyone was very kind, and my mother was delighted with the thoughtful service and the beautiful Room. I particularly liked the originality of the amenities, and it was very helpful to receive additional water the next day. If there is one concern, it would be that I wanted to use a video streaming service on the TV, and it would be more convenient if there were more shelves to place items in the toilet and shower room. We also enjoyed using the convenience store, Italian restaurant, and bakery within the Hotel, making the two days thoroughly enjoyable.

    Executive Floor Single Plan

    It was my first time using it, and it was excellent! With a 5,000 yen Hotel credit and a 1 PM checkout, I was able to enjoy lunch and fully refresh myself. The stay also included welcome food, and I chose fish & chips, which were very delicious and generously portioned. Since it was the busy year-end season, the food presentation was held in a banquet hall rather than the exclusive lounge, but I appreciated the consideration to avoid overcrowding. Being on a higher floor, the view was fantastic. The variety of appetizers was just right, and I felt full without needing a separate dinner. The staff were all kind and attentive. I’d love to visit again during a less busy period. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
