    It was a very lovely Hotel.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The room, staff service, and meals were all highly satisfying. The bar on the 30th floor at night offered an amazing view, and the friendly service helped me relax. At the breakfast venue, everyone greeted us with smiles, which truly impressed me as expected from Hotel Nikko. I would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

    Odaiba, Rainbow Brid...

    Odaiba, Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, and the white peak of Mt. Fuji in the distance... It was a wonderful Room with an amazing view. The amenities and cleanliness were excellent. I would love to stay here again when visiting TDR next year.

    Completely satisfied.

    I booked the Club Floor Plan for my mother's birthday. She was delighted to receive birthday gifts from the hotel and restaurant. The Club Floor Plan included complimentary drinks from the refrigerator, which added great value. Despite being a large hotel, it had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful stay. The Christmas decorations were also beautiful. We chose Chinese cuisine with our dinner-inclusive plan, and the flavors were sophisticated, exceeding our expectations. Breakfast was of high quality with each dish carefully prepared. I would love to stay here again!

    The room was spacious and comfortable.

    From Tohoku to Tokyo. We chose Grand Nikko at my husband's strong request. We had stayed here before and loved the breakfast. The breakfast was still delicious as ever. The Room was spacious, and the Hotel staff were very courteous. With plenty of elevators and this quality at this price, it is absolutely worth it!

    It was a delightful journey.

    Whenever I visit Tokyo, I always stay at Grand Nikko. The sense of security, cleanliness, excellent staff service, and hospitality truly make my stay relaxing. This time, during the Christmas season, the beautiful trees and illuminations made for a luxurious stay. The staff are outstanding. I will visit again.

    It was a truly wonderful stay.

    We recently made a Reservation here for a family trip of three after a long time. The Executive Lounge and the Room were both spacious and beautiful. When we entered the Room, we couldn't stop saying how clean and lovely it was! It was a well-thought-out, comfortable, yet extraordinary space where we could fully enjoy our stay. The amenities and drinks were plentiful, and even with three people, there was plenty of room to relax. For dinner, we enjoyed Chinese cuisine, and breakfast was served on the 30th floor. Both meals were delicious; it’s just unfortunate that our stay was so short. From arriving by taxi to checking out, every staff member provided excellent service that made us feel at home—it left quite an impression on us. Next time, I’d love to stay here even when traveling alone!

    Rainbow Bridge: Stunning Night Views

    The impression from the previous stay was great, so we used it this time for a girls' sleepover. The night view from the Room was outstanding! We are definitely coming back next time!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    It was an excellent hotel with nothing to complain about. Thank you very much. I will stay again. However, the service at BEI CHARME Esthetics & Relaxation, a tenant within the hotel, was extremely rude. During the counseling session, the receptionist neither brought the menu nor the medical questionnaire and remained seated at their desk more than 10 meters away, responding with a half-smile throughout. It was supposed to be a gift for my wife, but it ended up being an unpleasant experience. During her treatment as well, she mentioned that they made comments like "This esthetic is not for people in their 20s" with a half-smile, which made her angry. It was terrible. Although I understand that this is a separate tenant within the hotel premises and not directly related to your accommodation services, since it happened during our stay at your accommodation, I hope some improvements can be made regarding this matter.

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay. The accommodation is conveniently located near Daiba Station, with easy access and surrounded by commercial facilities, making shopping very convenient. The hotel upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. Although there were many group guests, including international visitors and students on school trips, it didn’t bother me as they were on different floors. Breakfast was crowded but managed smoothly with an additional time-shifted area set up temporarily. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    It became a special day.

    We chose to stay in an Executive Floor room for our wedding anniversary to experience the special feeling of using the lounge. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with such care that it immediately felt extraordinary. Completing the check-in process while enjoying cake in the lounge was a first-time experience for us. We used the lounge in the evening, at night, and in the morning, and found a wide variety of drinks as well as delicious snacks and cakes. Even during nighttime hours, light meals were available until closing time. Despite being on a long weekend's first day, it wasn’t crowded, allowing us to relax comfortably. Although we couldn’t reserve a room with a view of Rainbow Bridge initially, we were upgraded on arrival due to availability! The room was more spacious than what we had booked and offered stunning views of Rainbow Bridge—it was truly touching! Breakfast on the 30th floor exceeded our expectations; though I thought there might be limited options for a buffet-style meal, there was an impressive variety of bread, fruits, and more that left us fully satisfied. We would love to stay here again!

    I stayed at the acco...

    I stayed at the accommodation for the first time on the day of a concert at DiverCity Tokyo. My room was upgraded, making it incredibly comfortable, and above all, the view from the window was breathtaking. Living in the suburbs, I don’t usually see such sparkling nightscapes, so I got excited and ended up taking lots of photos and videos with my smartphone. The only regret I had was that I couldn’t eat much breakfast, possibly because I was tired from the concert. Even though they prepared a delicious-looking omelet for me at a window-side seat on the 30th floor, I could only manage some juice, bread, salad, and sausages. While I apologized to the staff who guided me to my seat, I also felt very sorry towards the chef. So next time I stay here, I'll make sure to enjoy breakfast properly!

    Comfortable Accommodation

    It was my first stay at this accommodation. The guest room was well-maintained and clean, and both the lobby and rooms were quiet, allowing for a relaxing staycation. Breakfast could be chosen from three restaurants, offering a variety of options which I found great. I opted for the buffet breakfast, and as expected, it was very delicious. The night view of Odaiba from the guest room was absolutely stunning!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    I made a reservation about a month before the stay because my niece asked me to accompany her and her child to Disneyland. We wanted a spacious room for 3 adults and 1 elementary school child, and it was exactly as we hoped—a very spacious, comfortable, and lovely room. The child especially liked the separate bath and shower design, even saying they preferred it over hotels with large onsens. This made me happy as the one who made the reservation. The only issue was how long check-in took. We arrived tired at around 9:30 PM to find three groups waiting at the front desk. However, those ahead of us were taking so long that we had to wait for quite some time. Perhaps this was due to many foreign guests? My own check-in process was quick, but there seemed to be too many people whose procedures took too long—it was exhausting and frustrating after such a tiring day. The view from the window was also great, and I think it's a good hotel overall. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    It was comfortable!

    For attending the live event and mobility show, I stayed at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba for the first time due to its convenient location near both venues. The distance from the station, staff service, breakfast at Tamakagari, clean room, comfortable bed, and the view from the room were all excellent. I would love to stay here again when visiting the area.

    It was excellent.

    The room was clean, had a great view, and was wonderful. I opted for the breakfast included option, but it was a bit disappointing to wait over 30 minutes to get inside as there were many foreign guests lined up at the breakfast area.

    I was able to rest.

    I wanted to stay in a Room with an ocean view, and my wish came true. Breakfast was quite crowded as the restaurant on the upper floor was closed. Most of the guests were foreigners, and there were some differences in customs, such as finding luggage placed on seats I intended to sit at, requiring me to find another spot. The food was delicious.

    HOTEL with Excellent Hospitality

    This was my second stay, and just like before, the service was excellent, making my stay very pleasant. I have no complaints at all, but with new hotels continuously opening in Tokyo, some may find the age of the bathroom facilities a bit noticeable. Personally, I enjoy this retro feel and am very satisfied. Additionally, being able to choose room service for breakfast is perfect for someone like me who enjoys a leisurely meal. This is definitely an accommodation I would love to stay at again when visiting Odaiba!

    I stayed here during a business trip. Although I checked in late and couldn't relax much, the hospitality and service were absolutely perfect. I chose this place because I wanted to relax even with a short stay, and it exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and high-quality Room. I'm truly glad I chose this place.     This was truly the last!

    Thank you very much. We had a wonderful and enjoyable trip to Tokyo. It was our dog's first time staying somewhere other than home, and he kept wagging his tail the whole time, so we believe he was extremely happy and had a great time. Finding a good hotel that allows dogs is quite difficult, but Hotel Nikko was an excellent choice where both humans and pets could be fully satisfied. The breakfast was delicious, and we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so much again. We would love to visit again in the future!

    The space feels comfortable.

    I stayed in an Executive Room. The hallway and the room were spacious, and since I had recently been staying at compact but not inexpensive city hotels in the city center, I thoroughly enjoyed the pleasure of a hotel stay after a long time. I often have trouble sleeping at hotels, but the bed suited me perfectly, and I slept soundly. When there is a live event nearby, this will be my go-to accommodation.

    The night view from the Room was beautiful. The service was excellent, and the Room was spacious enough. The breakfast buffet could be improved a bit more for a better experience. There is a convenience store at the entrance, open 24 hours, which is very convenient.

    [Ultimate] Exceptional Plan for Solo Travelers

    I had an incredibly busy work schedule and just wanted to relax by the sea and catch up on my reading. So, I managed to carve out some time and visited. The result? It was absolutely amazing! First of all, the tea in the lounge was delicious (super important). They offered herbal teas and decaf blends created by Lupicia, which were a delight for a tea enthusiast like me. Especially noteworthy were the herbal teas. While many hotels tend to serve hibiscus-based teas, this Hotel provided rooibos-based flavored teas as well as chamomile-lavender blends, which made me very happy. It was a truly luxurious tea time. There were also cookies and dried fruits available. During afternoon tea or cocktail hours, staff members kindly checked in with guests so I didn’t miss out while engrossed in my book (laughs). Since I don’t eat much at once, having small portions of lasagna or mini burgers from the lounge was more than enough for dinner. The variety of alcoholic beverages seemed impressive too—though I don’t drink myself—but it would surely be enjoyable for those who do. Back in my Room, I enjoyed some tea from the fridge (everything inside is complimentary) along with room service fruit platters while gazing at the sea and reading until I drifted off—a perfect holiday experience. By the way, there’s also Lupicia tea provided in your Room along with four 500ml bottles of water. While it’s convenient for making your own drinks, personally I found it easier to enjoy tea at the lounge instead of boiling water myself. (For non-drinkers like me: while beer or wine is nice for others, replacing them with 100% juice instead of zero-calorie cola would be greatly appreciated!) In the morning on the 30th floor dining area where Japanese breakfast is served—the staff thoughtfully pointed out that “you can get a great view of Rainbow Bridge from here.” Enjoying breakfast while overlooking such scenery felt so relaxing! Aside from traditional Japanese set meals there were buffet options including bread rolls scones muffins yogurt etc., but unfortunately my midlife stomach couldn’t handle much beyond admiring them wistfully (teary-eyed). Almost forgot about using up Hotel credits! Ended up splurging entirely on delicious Lupicia teas at their pastry shop instead—no regrets! This Plan offers one unbeatable way to refresh yourself within Tokyo—I’ll definitely return!

    It was very comfortable.

    I stayed here for the purpose of participating in Ultra 2025. I chose the Single Plan and had a very comfortable stay. I used the ticket for room service after a tiring night at the live event. The service was excellent, and the bathroom was very user-friendly, with a touch of luxury unique to an established hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

    Girls' Trip to Enjoy the Club Lounge

    During our stay amidst the approaching typhoon, we experienced occasional rain and even the possibility of heavy downpours. We decided to head to the Hotel early, leave our luggage, and take a stroll around Odaiba. As we approached the front desk, a staff member with a trainee badge promptly greeted us. Upon giving my name, they guided us smoothly—leaving a great first impression. The training is clearly well-implemented. We were able to check in early and start relaxing in the lounge. Battling the typhoon's humidity left us feeling drained, but this was like heaven—a perfect moment of relief. The lounge atmosphere was impressive; drinks and snacks were of high quality. The tea selection from Le Couple had many varieties that delighted my friend who often orders from them. With our luggage taken care of by staff, we went for a walk before returning for tea time to enjoy some delightful sweets. The cakes were excellent! While it should be expected at such places, it's not always guaranteed these days. Dinner time offered an extensive selection of alcoholic beverages including four types of craft beer on tap—a treat for beer lovers—and non-alcoholic cocktails as well. All light meals served were delicious too; we truly indulged ourselves. Although our plans changed due to the typhoon leading to an earlier check-in this time, my friend has already made another Reservation aiming for the club floor experience next time after being thoroughly impressed by this trip. Looking forward to staying again!
