Recently, our hotel has experienced malicious actions where multiple rooms are reserved during peak seasons and then canceled at the last minute.
This causes significant inconvenience to both our hotel and guests who genuinely wish to stay but are unable to secure a room.
To ensure that we can continue providing rooms fairly to those who truly need them, we have established the following rules:
**Regarding Multiple Room Reservations**
- Multiple room reservations made by a single individual without prior consultation may be canceled by us.
- If you require multiple rooms for legitimate reasons such as family trips or group use, please contact us directly in advance (TEL: 090-9570-8955).
**Cancellation Policy During Peak Seasons**
For periods such as New Year’s holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays, cancellation fees may apply for cases of multiple reservations starting two months before the check-in date.
This is a difficult decision made to prevent losses caused by last-minute cancellations. It is a measure taken to ensure stable hospitality from our side moving forward.
