Please contact us by phone or email. Additionally, for guests residing in areas where non-essential outings are still being discouraged, no Cancellation Fee will be charged. Additionally, we are temporarily refraining from serving shared platters and will only provide individual course meals. ＜Large Baths＞ To avoid congestion, we have arranged for the use of lockers in the changing area to be spaced apart. 【Measures for Employees】 ＜Health Checks Before Work＞ Employees are required to check their temperature before and upon arrival at work. If they have a fever of 37.5°C or higher or feel unwell, they are instructed to stay home. Temperature records are kept, and in case of an emergency, we will promptly report and submit them to the relevant administrative authorities. ＜Enhanced Disinfection in Back Areas＞ Alcohol disinfectant is placed in employee areas such as entrances, offices, restrooms, and lockers to ensure thorough hand disinfection. ＜Refraining from Non-Essential Business Trips＞ Employees are refraining from non-essential business trips and overseas travel.
