[About Allergy Accommodations]
Our allergen chart is prepared based on ingredients and does not cover cross-contamination that may occur during factory production processes. Please note that kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and frying oil are shared. Upon request, we will provide an allergen chart. If you have any questions, please ask a staff member.
Depending on the situation, we may contact you to confirm details.
In addition, for your safety, we may refuse service in some cases. Thank you for your understanding.
Please also note that all menu items are prepared in the same kitchen.
Therefore, allergens cannot be completely eliminated and may remain in small amounts.
In addition, allergens may not be fully removed during the dishwashing process and may remain on tableware.
Accordingly, even with modified meals, we cannot guarantee that no allergic reaction will occur.
Depending on the severity of your symptoms and your condition on the day, even trace amounts may trigger a reaction.
