To Guests Dining at “Japanese Cuisine Sai”
Regarding food allergies at “Washoku Aya,” we can accommodate only the eight specified allergens (shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, and peanuts).
For guests who require allergy-friendly meals, we can offer the “Fuku Kaiseki*,” which does not use any of these eight specified ingredients.
*Available for adults only.
If you would like the “Fuku Kaiseki,” please provide the required information when making your Reservation via our official website or other channels, or contact our Reservation Center directly.
Please note that we cannot accommodate allergy requests made on the day of your stay.
We kindly ask guests with a history of anaphylaxis or reactions to cross-contact (contamination) to refrain from dining with us.
All dishes at “Washoku Aya” are prepared in the same kitchen using shared cooking equipment. As a result, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be present due to processing and preparation.
In addition, tableware is washed in the same area using the same dishwashers; therefore, we cannot completely prevent allergen cross-contact.
Accordingly, meals served at “Washoku Aya” are not guaranteed to be completely allergen-free; they are low-allergen meals only and do not guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur.
Please also note that we do not provide allergen labeling or respond to allergen inquiries for menus other than the “Fuku Kaiseki.”
Guests with allergies may bring their own safe foods (such as allergen-free retort/pouch meals) and tableware.
*Please note that you will be asked to sign a consent form at the front desk on the day.
After reviewing this information, please make your final decision at your own discretion.
