For those with food allergies
We will accommodate your dining preferences to the best of our ability.
However, as your safety is our top priority, please review the following items and make your final decision accordingly.
1. At our Property, we recommend a low-allergen menu for guests with food allergies to the following eight specific ingredients: shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, as well as soy and sesame.
2. For the low-allergen menu, please inform us of specific ingredients, number of people, etc., at least three days before your stay. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests made within two days.
3. The low-allergen menu is prepared in the same kitchen as other dishes containing allergens, using the same cooking utensils, tableware, and cleaning equipment, so there is a possibility of allergen contamination. Additionally, it is not possible to completely prevent airborne or trace contamination.
4. While we will provide a low-allergen menu, we cannot guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur for the reasons mentioned above. We can remove individual items such as shrimp, crab, buckwheat, and peanuts, but allergies to ingredients like wheat, eggs, milk, and soy are often present in seasonings and broths. Please understand that it is difficult to eliminate wheat and soy contained in soy sauce, which is an essential seasoning in Japanese cuisine.
5. If symptoms are severe, we may have to refuse service for your safety. In such cases, you are welcome to bring your own safe food (such as retort-pouch foods) and dine with your companions. Please let us know if you need to use a microwave. Please consult us regarding the rental of tableware.
6. At the buffet venue, due to the nature of the format, it is not possible to completely prevent allergen contamination due to the shared use of serving chopsticks and tongs. We display information regarding the eight specific ingredients and soy and sesame, but this is to inform you that these ingredients are definitely used in the meals provided, and it does not guarantee that other allergens not displayed are completely absent.
