So relaxing!
I love InterContinental Tokyo Bay, but this was my first time on the Club Floor. The Club Lounge—its space and views—was wonderful, but the staff’s service was truly exceptional! For regular guests who want to chat, they happily spend plenty of time with you; if you’d rather be left alone, they keep just the right distance without hovering. And yet, if you’re wandering around, they’ll gently check in—this is exactly what makes great lounge staff! Their professionalism and kindness are outstanding—simply impressive!!! So relaxing. Thank you. As a personal note (lol), a massage chair might be unnecessary in a not-so-large Room.

Repeat stay, and once again, it was excellent.
I stayed with a plan that included access to the club lounge at the end of last year and had such a great experience that I decided to stay again. Although it was raining and I arrived at the hotel earlier than planned after canceling my sightseeing, they kindly allowed me to check in early as my room was already prepared. The staff's hospitality and service were exceptional, making my stay very comfortable. The foreign staff members spoke fluent Japanese, providing service on par with Japanese staff, which was truly impressive. I am especially grateful for the excellent care provided by a foreign female staff member in the lounge—it was both touching and memorable. The food and sweets in the lounge were delicious, and the view from my room was fantastic. I would love to stay here again!

It was a great trip.
We stayed here for the second night of our anniversary trip. We had informed in advance about a wheelchair user, and they prepared a room on the same floor as the club floor, allowing us to have a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the view of the bay area. It would be nice if there were a bit more variety in breakfast options. We would love to stay here again!

For Anniversary Celebrations
Stayed for one night with Club Lounge access to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service at the lounge was excellent, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. Although there seemed to be no hot meals during cocktail time, we thoroughly enjoyed both afternoon tea and breakfast. Our Room on the top floor had a great view, making it a relaxing and wonderful anniversary stay.

I loved it.
I stayed in the Jr. Suite, and the Room was spacious with a great view, and the bed was extremely comfortable. From the Room, I could watch ships coming and going, which was fascinating. The bathroom was also spacious with an ocean view, which was amazing. For the price, this Room offers excellent value for money. When staying in Tokyo, this will be my top choice.

As expected of a luxury Hotel.
This was my first stay at a luxury international Hotel, so I can't compare it to others, but overall, I was quite satisfied. The view was excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the evening menu at the Club Lounge felt smaller than what I had seen on YouTube. While it's understandable since they are just snacks, it would have been nice to have more options as my wife is pregnant and cannot drink alcohol. For breakfast, the Club Lounge also had limited options; for someone like me with picky eating habits, I think the general dining area might have been better. The quality of amenities like shampoo was good; however, since they were in fixed bottles like those in public baths, it lacked a sense of luxury. Additionally, the first floor felt cramped overall—perhaps because too much space is allocated to restaurant lounges—it gave off a crowded station building vibe that detracted from the experience. Lastly, parking was full—possibly due to overlapping with a wedding—and felt quite narrow as well.

As expected of InterContinental.
I love InterContinental and have stayed at various accommodations such as Beppu, Appi Kogen, and Osaka. This was my first time at Tokyo Bay. I always appreciate the kindness and excellent service of the staff at InterContinental, and this time was no exception. The plan included in-room dining tickets, so I used them for breakfast and lunch. The meals were delicious with generous portions—absolutely satisfying. The room was very clean with a great sense of cleanliness, and the bay view night scenery was stunning. This time I stayed for just one night due to plans in Tokyo, but it was so good that I wished I could have stayed for two nights!

Thank you for your hospitality during my daughter's wedding.
Thank you for your hospitality over the weekend during my daughter's wedding. We were upgraded to the club lounge from our accommodation, allowing us to spend a relaxing final moment with my daughter. The wedding was absolutely beautiful, with a full view of the Rainbow Bridge that delighted everyone. We are truly grateful for the support of so many staff members.

Relaxed comfortably in the guest room.
The lounge was very crowded, possibly due to the New Year accommodation period, and meals took some time. There were many foreign guests. All the staff were very kind.

A hotel I would like to stay at again
I reserved a room with access to the NAGOMI Lounge. It was great that I could check in at the lounge during check-in and check-out times without having to line up at the front counter. The afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast at the lounge were all delicious, but what impressed me most was the attentiveness of the hotel staff, making me want to use this hotel again. Since we used it for a wedding celebration, we received dessert (wagashi) during dinner, which made us very happy. The guest room was cleanly maintained; however, for a few hours after checking in, there was an ozone smell in the room? Also, I noticed that the toilet type seemed slightly outdated. Nevertheless, with a good view and relaxing atmosphere, I had a very pleasant day.

Nagomi Lounge
It was a very fulfilling stay. From the afternoon tea at the Nagomi Lounge to cocktail time, I was able to relax and enjoy my time, thank you. The Junior Suite Room also had an outstanding view, and the scenery from sunrise to the night view was magnificent.

【Good Points】 - The harbor view is excellent. - The food at the club lounge is free yet high quality. - Especially the omelets are really delicious, and it's great that they are all-you-can-eat, according to my wife. 【Bad Points】 - None in particular. I made the reservation with a really light heart. Since our home is only 5-10 minutes by car from the hotel, there was no real need to stay overnight. However, we planned to attend my brother's wedding, and since we had a baby with us, I thought it would be convenient to have a room to retreat to for nursing during or after the ceremony, even if we didn't stay overnight. We arrived in the morning due to the ceremony schedule, and it was really helpful that we were allowed to access the room immediately. During our stay, they remembered our faces and names, and everything went smoothly. My wife was particularly pleased with the excellent service she received when she used the club lounge alone. As a follow-up, my wife expressed a desire to stay at other InterContinental hotels due to the wonderful experience at Tokyo Bay. So, two weeks later, we stayed in a suite at Pier 8, but Tokyo Bay was better! It's not that Pier 8 was bad, but it had many young staff members, and it felt like they were still in the training phase. In contrast, Tokyo Bay staff felt like immediate assets and professionals. However, since we used the club lounge, it might be different under normal circumstances. After Pier 8, we might use Yokohama, but I think we'll eventually return to Tokyo Bay... so please take care of us again when that time comes.

Club Lounge
The lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere. The window-side seats provide a great view, allowing you to unwind while enjoying delicious champagne. During cocktail time, you can choose the main dishes, which will be brought to your seat. I would love to stay again.

Always consistently flawless
I have stayed here about 30 times. It is a nice Hotel with no particular inconveniences or complaints, and you can see the sea from the Room and while soaking in the bathtub. The hospitality and service are excellent, and I always have a comfortable stay. Breakfast in the club lounge is buffet style, which is convenient and delicious, but it's a pity that there are no Japanese-style ingredients at all, and if you want Japanese-style, you have to order a set called "Japanese set meal." If possible, it would be perfect if the buffet included Japanese ingredients such as natto, white rice, five-grain rice, miso soup, and grilled fish. In terms of price, Hotels in Tokyo can be sky-high, with some places costing over 100,000 yen per night or around 300,000 yen per night. However, when you actually stay, there are quite a few Hotels where you wonder, "Is it really worth that much?" or where the price and satisfaction do not match. This is a matter of personal values, but I think InterContinental Tokyo Bay (Tōkyō Bei) is the most comfortable and wonderful, and a Hotel that satisfies and convinces in various ways.

Azabudai Hills & Stays
I used the plan with access to the Japanese lounge. The afternoon tea provided at check-in seemed small at first glance, but it was quite filling, and the taste was enjoyable enough. The room was clean, as it hasn't been long since the renovation, and although the basic design of the water facilities might be old, they seem to have been skillfully renovated. I don't think the amenities and equipment are particularly abundant. After going out shopping at Azabudai Hills (Azabudai Hiruzu) and returning, I went to the lounge again. The alcohol was mainly Japanese, giving a fresh impression. The food was also Japanese cuisine, and as a meal provided in the lounge, it was satisfying in both quality and quantity. The lounge is overall cozy, with a clientele mainly of older adults, allowing for a quiet and peaceful experience. The breakfast the next morning was also filling, with a sense of being freshly made, and I enjoyed it. Although there is nothing particularly outstanding or exceptional, I think it is a well-balanced hotel overall.

I was able to relax.
We enjoyed afternoon tea while watching the Rainbow Bridge at check-in, and in the Room, we could relax while watching the departure of ships heading to Oshima and Hachijojima. It was interesting to see the loading process, which we don't usually get to see. There are no particular Facilities in the Hotel, but we didn't get bored as we could enjoy the view from the lounge. The Room showed some signs of aging in places, but it was clean and comfortable. It was very dark with only indirect lighting, so I didn't feel like reading the instructions, and perhaps there was an electric switch, but the curtains were very heavy and difficult to open and close. Also, I felt it was inconvenient that the sofa faced the interior, as I wanted to enjoy the view from the window. During cocktail time in the lounge, we could choose between fish or meat for the hot meal, and I had the chicken massaman curry. The portion was sufficient and delicious. I was pleased to find desserts available during cocktail time, which is rare. Although the content overlapped with the breakfast lineup the next morning, the staff was pleasant, and I had a relaxing time. It might have been good that it wasn't crowded. As a wish, it would be helpful if there were at least rental shoes in the gym. Even if I can bring my own wear, bringing shoes would add to the luggage. The Hotel itself is not flashy, but the staff was pleasant, and since I visited to relax nearby, it was a very satisfying stay overall. Thank you for taking care of us.

It was a truly satisfying Hotel.
I stayed because the end time of the Roppongi live was late, and I wanted to spend time leisurely while still feeling the afterglow. From the moment I entered the hotel, I received a pleasant greeting from the staff and checked in at the NAGOMI Lounge while enjoying a Japanese afternoon tea. Dinner was also at the same lounge, where I enjoyed the carefully prepared first and second courses. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste was very satisfying. The plum wine from Yamanashi was also very delicious. I had just informed them of my disliked ingredients, and it seems they changed part of the menu, which took some time. When I mentioned that I didn't have much time before going out, they said, "We'll bring it quickly!" without showing any displeasure and served it pleasantly. I felt very sorry as it was due to my circumstances. I hadn't been informed about the room, so I didn't notice for a while, but thank you for upgrading me to a junior suite. It was very clean, with a river view, bay view, and even a bay view from the bath! From the sunlight to the night view, it was a luxurious stay. Next time, I will stay leisurely when I have no plans. For the first time in a while,
I had the pleasure of using the Nagomi Lounge again after a long time. I visited directly from check-in. It was around 3 PM, so the tables were full, and the staff seemed busy. It was also afternoon tea time, and despite the challenges, thank you for your attentive service. Since my last visit, the variety of sweets has increased, and I was able to have several refills of tea. My satisfaction has increased. Additionally, I tried sake from Tokyo for the first time during dinner. I haven't had much sake recently, but I was able to enjoy it after a long time and had a wonderful time. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Disappointing Club Floor
I have used club floors of various hotels, but this time I was disappointed. It was crowded, and even when it was my turn, there was no replenishment of food, which was unsatisfactory. Even during breakfast, despite standing in line at the reception, the staff just glanced without greeting? It was very different from the InterContinental in Yokohama. Only the view from the room was satisfactory.

Stays on the club floor at the beginning of the year
The location, facilities, and luxury feel were impeccable, and the food and drinks offered at the club lounge were very delicious and satisfying. It was a bit disappointing that there seemed to be a shortage of staff, leading to a lack of drink cups, a less relaxed service compared to other InterContinental properties, and dust accumulating in hard-to-reach areas of the guest room. The location is excellent.
The room had a view of the sea with the Rainbow Bridge spreading out before us. The beautiful scenery was very impressive. The room was thoroughly cleaned. The front desk staff spoke English very well and were remarkably adept at assisting many foreign guests. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. The view from the restaurant's window was wonderful. When draining the bathtub, the bathroom floor became completely flooded. There might be a partial blockage in the drainpipe. By stuffing a towel into the bathtub drain and draining it slowly, the water did not overflow. When getting off at Yurikamome's Takeshiba Station, going to the right side of the South Tower is closer to the main entrance. The sign indicating that direction was small and hard to see in the evening, and I realized later that I had missed it. I went to the left side and eventually reached the main entrance by going around. *On January 3rd, due to the New Year holiday, all entrances except the main entrance were closed. Normally, it seems you can enter from several locations.

Wonderful
I was upgraded to a spacious room and had a very comfortable stay. Room & Amenities: The view of the bridge from both the large bedroom and the bathroom was the best location. Customer Service: I was very grateful for the flexible response to my requests with a smile. The only downside was the curt response from the man on the phone when I requested room service at night. Other than that, everyone was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. Bath: The separate shower booth was very convenient and excellent. Facility & Equipment: The combination of functionality and comfort was outstanding, especially the texture of the bed and sheets, which was excellent, and I slept too well. Dining: I ordered room service twice. The fluffy bread was lightly toasted, with a subtle aroma, and was very delicious. The beef cheek curry had a rich aroma of spices and a deep flavor. The beef cheek, which seemed to have been carefully simmered by the hotel's chef, melted in the mouth the moment it was tasted. I would definitely like to use it again.

Afternoon tea and co...
Afternoon tea and cocktail time at the club lounge were very satisfying. Especially the afternoon tea, with its large variety and quantity, was enjoyable. It was also nice that the main dishes were served individually during cocktail time. Unfortunately
I used the lounge. Since it was New Year's, many people were using it, and after having afternoon tea, I became a bit anxious as time passed without being able to check in or go to the room. As expected, during cocktail time, it wasn't divided into two sessions, and people flooded in all at once. Many dishes were, of course, empty, and eventually, even plates and glasses ran out. Despite informing the hotel staff each time, they kept repeating that they would bring them out in order. What should we do if there are no plates or glasses? Tables with used plates and glasses left unattended were seen everywhere, and it seemed they couldn't keep up with cleaning. It must be due to a shortage of staff. They should have been able to keep track of the number of guests staying. It was a special New Year's visit. It's just disappointing. The room was nice!

Preparation
I stayed last year and visited again with high expectations, but this Hotel has many areas that need improvement. The coordination and information sharing among the staff are terrible, resulting in receiving different items than requested. Perhaps due to the crowd, the staff seemed overwhelmed. I felt extremely stressed having to wait for afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast.
