We’re sorry to hear that.
An anniversary Plan for one night for two people that costs as much as ¥150,000. Honestly, it didn’t feel worth it.. First, the Room Service food was disappointing. The main steak arrived cold, with too much fat, and they didn’t ask how I wanted it cooked, so it came out rare. But because it was so fatty, I started to feel sick while eating, and my partner gave up after about a quarter.. I’m not good with rare steak either, but considering what we paid, I forced myself to eat it. If they had cooked it a bit more thoroughly, the fat would have rendered and I think we could have enjoyed it more. Above all, since this is Room Service that brings everything at once, of course it gets cold. At least the main dish should have been brought later while still hot.. Also, at check-in we were recommended an optional lobster add-on. We were told “just an extra ¥2,500 per person,” so we agreed, but a small half portion was placed next to the steak and I thought, “So this is ¥2,500...” That part is what it is, but at checkout there was an additional charge of ¥6,385 listed under extra Room Service charges... Huh?? So I asked the staff member handling checkout to confirm, and they said it was for the lobster... Even though we were told “¥2,500 (per person),” why was it over ¥6,000?? They said “a Service Fee and consumption tax will be added.” Fine—but then tell us up front that it’s closer to about ¥3,000 per person.. I was already disappointed seeing that shrunken half portion of meat, and then this just made me think “What is that?”.. The room was also on the lowest level of the club floor (20th floor). It was a weekday and higher floors were available, but maybe because they thought we were first-timers—this room felt like “Really?”.. You can’t see Rainbow Bridge straight on from the bath. If you change your angle and lean over to look out, you can sort of see it. It was supposed to be an anniversary Plan for a birthday celebration... But if we’re spending as much as ¥160,000 including food options and parking fees, we should have thought more carefully.

The staff were exceptional.
We stayed in a Room with club lounge access for a Shiki Theatre performance. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but we truly appreciated that you kindly prepared our Room for us. After relaxing in the lounge, it was wonderful to unwind in the lovely Room until our reserved show time.\nThe staff were courteous and made our stay very comfortable.\nWe would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The interior was quite different.
The Room I was assigned looked completely different from the photos on the Reservation site. (1 King Junior Suite, River View, High Floor (Double)) Of course, the site did mention that “there may be some differences,” so I understood that. The calm gold wallpaper with Japanese-style patterns was nice, and the modern pendant lights were lovely. The bathroom was also clean. However, the curtains on two sides used both white and beige, and at first it even looked like yellowing from age… In addition, one section of the window-side sofa cushion had a very noticeable stain, and the cover itself was loose—when you sit down it keeps twisting and sliding. When I lifted it to check, the lower part was clean. When I asked the front desk about this, they said: “The white and beige curtains are an intentional design choice.” “The stain on the cushion cover is due to age-related wear, and how it was fitted poorly was a mistake by housekeeping.” Since this was my first time experiencing anything like this, I found their explanation strange. When I asked again to confirm, they gave me the same answer. If I had known these two issues from the start, I would have needed to reconsider whether I wanted to stay.

Prime Location
It was my first stay in a while, and thanks to IKYU, we were upgraded. I’ve stayed in bay-view Rooms many times, but this time we had an amazing location with a perfect, centered view of the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you very much. The club lounge was as good as ever, but I ate and drank too much at lunch and ended up not making the most of it. Also, the highball was made with Perrier sparkling water; for me, it would have been perfect if there had been a stronger carbonated option.

It was the best Valentine’s Day ever!!
It was the best 3-day, 2-night stay. As the Club Lounge was under renovation, we were able to use the Japanese-style lounge instead. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we also enjoyed afternoon tea. On the night of the 14th, a cake and a flower arrangement were delivered to us. We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day with Rainbow Bridge in the background. We will definitely stay again! Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here. It happened to be a day of heavy snowfall, but the location was convenient and made getting around easy. The view from the ocean-side Room was excellent. I was a bit concerned that it felt quite dry since there was no humidifier. The next day, I rode the Yurikamome for the first time in a while.

Excellent location
Stayed after visiting Kabuki-za. I was guided to a well-located Room and was very satisfied. I had a relaxing stay. The club lounge was also quiet, allowing me to unwind comfortably.

It was excellent!
I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a spacious, lovely room equipped with a massage chair. It was amazing. At the club lounge, I enjoyed three meals: afternoon tea, cocktail time, and breakfast. Each meal featured elaborate and delicious dishes. I stayed during the New Year holidays and appreciated the festive touches like datemaki (sweet rolled omelet), kuromame (sweet black beans), and kuri kinton (sweet chestnut paste). The hospitality was truly heartfelt. Both from the lounge and my room, I had a wonderful view of the bay area, making for a blissful stay. The staff provided attentive service with just the right amount of distance, allowing me to relax comfortably. During free time, I recommend taking a stroll around the nearby Takeshiba Passenger Ship Terminal to watch ships come and go—it’s quite enjoyable!

In-Room Dining
The hotel is conveniently located very close to Takeshiba Station, making it ideal for those with errands or work in the area. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities and offer a wonderful view, ensuring a comfortable stay. In the evening, you can enjoy a relaxing time while admiring the lights of the ships. I stayed under a plan that included in-room dining credit, which I used for afternoon tea, souvenirs, and breakfast—all of which were exceptional. The breakfast was particularly impressive; warm dishes like egg dishes and pancakes were delivered in a warming box so they could be enjoyed at the perfect temperature whenever desired—a thoughtful touch. The staff members who assisted me were incredibly kind and attentive, allowing me to have a relaxing and pleasant stay throughout my time at the accommodation. I would love to visit again in the future. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay!

I prefer not to use the club floor.
The room amenities and club lounge were comparable to those of a Business Hotel. The price for the lounge access was not worth it.

Always enjoy a comfortable stay.
I had another truly enjoyable and wonderful time. The staff's warm and thoughtful hospitality made my stay very comfortable. Compared to the past, I noticed that amenities and room facilities have slightly decreased over time, but if this reduction in waste is reflected in the room rates, it would be appreciated. I always feel a bit sad when checking out, but I look forward to my next stay.

The club lounge features a calm interior with scenic views.
Check-in started on a high note with afternoon tea at the club lounge on a high floor. The view of the sea from the window was wonderful. Watching docked ships and water buses provided a refreshing change of scenery and was very relaxing. Since we booked a Plan with hotel credit, we enjoyed room service for dinner and lunch the next day. The menu had plenty of options, making it fun to choose, and the portions were generous, allowing us to enjoy leisurely meals. As this is a historic Hotel, the fitness room was simple and not part of an exclusive membership system. It’s worth noting that it doesn’t offer spa facilities like some other luxury hotels. If there are plans for renovations in the future, it would be great if this could be reconsidered. I wanted to relax in the hotel lobby as well, but it seemed somewhat limited in space—or perhaps I just couldn’t find an ideal spot? I look forward to staying again if given another opportunity!

It was a wonderful day.
I stayed in a Bay View room on the Club Floor. It was my first visit in 10 years, and I was truly comforted by the wonderful room and the warm hospitality of the staff. The afternoon tea provided during check-in and the variety and deliciousness of breakfast the next day exceeded my expectations. The breakfast seemed to have improved even further in both service and taste compared to 10 years ago. Above all, I was deeply moved by the subtle attentiveness of the staff who assisted me. I would love to stay again. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful day!

For celebrating your partner's birthday
I used both the restaurant (Teppanyaki Takumi) and the accommodation. The flow from check-in to dinner at the restaurant was seamless, and overall, the hospitality was excellent, leaving both my partner and me very satisfied. The bay view from the room's window and bath delighted my partner, which made me happy as well, and I truly appreciate the hotel's thoughtful arrangements. The location allowed us to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the seaside after dinner, making it a perfect choice for a special occasion.

Noise at Night
I stayed in a room on the 14th floor. Throughout the night, there were loud footsteps (unclear if they were from next door, diagonally above, or directly above), and it was the first time I had such an experience at a hotel. My elderly mother had to take sleeping pills to get through the night. The next day, I informed the front desk, but they completely dismissed my concerns and responded as if they were urging us to check out quickly. Should I have asked the hotel staff to confirm the noise with me during the night when it was happening? This is not a Ryokan or a guesthouse, so I am appalled that such measures would even be necessary at a hotel. Including the response from the front desk, this is a hotel I would never want to stay at again.

I have experienced the use of club lounges on upper floors several times, but this was my first time using the Japanese-style lounge. The warm hospitality of the staff, stylish afternoon tea (the Japanese-style sweets were very delicious), a perfectly portioned dinner, and beautifully presented Japanese breakfast... I am truly grateful for such a fulfilling experience. Regarding the Room, it had room service menus and stationery available, making it a classic city Hotel. It would be helpful if the distinction between paid and complimentary beverages was clearer. In the bathroom, having a laundry basket and hooks for bath towels would make it more convenient. For shampoo products, since the text is small and hard to read, changing container colors or writing large initials (S for Shampoo, C for Conditioner, B for Body Wash) would be helpful for elderly guests.

The view was beautiful!
The Bay View Room offers a great view of the Rainbow Bridge and Odaiba, especially with the beautiful night scenery. I also used the lounge on the first floor and had a comfortable time there.

NAGOMI Lounge
It was my first stay in 3 years. Last time, I enjoyed the Club Room, so this time I chose the NAGOMI Lounge Access Plan for a Japanese-style experience. The NAGOMI Lounge, though small, was calm and relaxing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast. The staff were friendly, and the meals were exceptionally delicious—making me want to visit again. I was surprised to see fewer foreign guests than expected; most of the guests were Japanese. It was unfortunate that there were some elderly guests speaking loudly at a higher tone which made it difficult to hear our own conversation at times—but this is not directly related to the accommodation itself. It wasn’t something worth asking for intervention either. However, having breakfast at the same time as them again on the next day was a bit challenging!

NAGOMI Lounge
This was my third time using the NAGOMI Lounge. The food was delicious as always, and the staff were kind, making it a wonderful birthday celebration. Thank you so much. I was delighted with the red rice dish. It had been a while since staying riverside, but I enjoyed the view from the window, including Kachidoki Bridge and the departure of Ogasawara Maru. This is a hotel that my entire family loves.

The meals are excellent.
From the afternoon tea (the summer shaved ice was quite nice) to dinner and breakfast, everything was thoughtfully prepared with a focus on Japanese cuisine, making it very enjoyable. The celebratory dishes, such as the Hassun platter and red rice (which we understood were for celebration from the explanation), and the simmered sea bream head (we later realized it was celebratory as it differed from our neighbors' dish), were especially delicious and appreciated by our guests. Thank you very much. The sweets in the Room were also delightful, and although we expected a lighter meal, the portions were sufficient to satisfy us (as a rice lover, I thought it would be even better if there was an option for additional rice in the morning since some side dishes remained). We are grateful for providing a wheelchair as I have difficulty walking. Since it was slightly far from the parking lot to the lounge, we discussed that receiving the wheelchair first instead of at the lounge might have been better. While hallways and indoor spaces were spacious enough for wheelchair use without much issue, unfortunately, due to narrow entrances to both bathroom and washroom areas, entering with a wheelchair wasn’t possible (we had to leave doors open). It would also be helpful if there were stoppers on Room entrance doors. Although shower chairs and non-slip mats were provided this time—thank you—the shower chair could be more stable with back support; larger non-slip mats that cover inside bathtubs might also improve usability. The surroundings of your lounge are peaceful overall; views from Rooms including nightscapes or passing ships added tranquility allowing us relaxed moments throughout our stay! If accessible Rooms where wheelchairs can enter bathrooms exist someday—I’d love inviting my mother who struggles similarly next time!

Tokyo Bay View
I stayed at the accommodation as a pre-stay before heading to the islands from Takeshiba. I had never considered staying in Takeshiba before, but it turned out to be convenient and great. Also, if you choose this hotel, you should stay in a bay view room. Just relaxing on the sofa by the window is delightful.

It exceeded expectations.
I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my mother's birthday. Beyond the stunning views that initially attracted us, I was deeply touched by the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff, which made us feel calm and at ease. In an era where many international hotels seem to lack meticulous attention to detail, this accommodation felt truly special. Despite it being their 30th anniversary year, the room was impeccably maintained, clean, and fresh with linens that felt brand new—truly impressive. While there was a slight sense of age in the bedside table, the TV content was extensive and enjoyable. The welcome champagne and afternoon tea service were delightful additions. The meals at the club lounge were so delicious that we ended up canceling our restaurant plans as dinner there fully satisfied us. Although not overly abundant in variety, each dish was carefully prepared with high-quality ingredients that paired perfectly with excellent champagne and wine while enjoying breathtaking night views as we celebrated my mother’s birthday. The surprise arranged in our room for her birthday brought immense joy—thank you so much! My mother is already looking forward to her next visit here; she remarked how unparalleled the view from our room truly is compared to anywhere else. We are sincerely grateful to all staff members who took care of us during our stay. We look forward to staying again in the future—thank you very much!

Enjoyed the time in the lounge and the view from the Room.
We stayed here just a week ago, and the Club Lounge staff welcomed us with warm smiles. While there were no significant changes in the food compared to last week, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lounge and the view from our Room as expected. The beef stew in puff pastry was delicious.

Please clean up. It's unpleasant.
Stayed in room 1723. Upon entering, I found long strands of hair scattered all over the bedside area. The attached photo shows only about 10% of it. It was terrible—so much hair that it made me question whether the cleaning was done properly. My companion even suggested calling to have the room cleaned immediately. If this happens again next time, I will definitely call for cleaning. This is unacceptable.

Relax nearby this summer
This summer was hot, so I decided to relax at a nearby Hotel. I went by car, and the parking lot was easy to use. It costs ¥3,000. The Room was spacious and clean, and this time I stayed in a Room with a view of Rainbow Bridge, which offered an excellent view. I enjoyed soaking in the view bath while relaxing. The amenities were standard; personally, I wished they were more luxurious, and it bothered me that the Nespresso coffee in the Room seemed to be charged separately. Since it was hot and I didn’t feel like going outside, I chose the two-meal Plan at Nagomi Lounge because it offered just the right amount of Japanese cuisine for me. The lounge is quiet and relaxing, which is nice. You can check-in at Nagomi Lounge with afternoon service available there as well. The afternoon offerings were moderate in content and quantity but satisfying overall. However, as an evening lounge experience goes, while there are enough drinks available, there are no light snacks or finger foods—just nuts and cheese options only. The Japanese dinner might not be sufficient for those who eat a lot; however, for someone like me (a senior), both portion size and taste were perfect for enjoying slowly. Breakfast is served directly instead of being buffet-style—it’s convenient without being overly elaborate yet satisfying. With checkout at 12 PM after check-in time spent leisurely throughout my stay—it’s truly a great Hotel!

The Nagomi Lounge was excellent.
The doorman on the first floor did not carry my luggage when guiding me to the lounge on the third floor. At the lounge, the receptionist kindly offered to place my luggage in my room. The lounge was satisfying, and the Japanese cuisine was very delicious. The room felt old, and despite being a non-smoking room, there was a persistent smell. The TV seemed new, but when trying to watch NHK BS channels, a message saying "Please register this device" covered about a quarter of the screen. I couldn't relax and enjoy watching baseball—quite disappointing.

Club Floor is the Best!
During Obon, our family of 7 stayed in 4 Twin Rooms on the 21st and 22nd floors of the Club Floor with lounge access. The staff's warm greetings at the lobby and the smooth check-in process at the lounge on the 20th floor, accompanied by champagne and non-alcoholic drinks, were delightful. Afternoon tea featured a three-tiered stand with nine types of sweets, savory items, scones, and sandwiches—all incredibly satisfying. The view from the lounge included Rainbow Bridge, Yurikamome Line trains, highways, skyscrapers, and ocean scenery—a truly relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious enough for all seven of us to gather comfortably for conversations. The separate shower and bathtub added to the luxurious atmosphere. Cocktail time offered an impressive variety of drinks including beer, wine, sake, cocktails, whiskey as well as a wide selection of soft drinks. While hors d'oeuvres and cheese portions were modest in size, their flavors were excellent. Although we had hoped for hot meals like those served by ANA (around three dishes), they weren’t available this time—slightly disappointing but overall still satisfying. From the third floor there is direct access to a FamilyMart in an adjacent building as well as a deck leading to Takeshiba Station with views of Tokyo Skytree and Rainbow Bridge. We also enjoyed walking towards Hamamatsucho or Daimon areas to see Tokyo Tower lit up at night—it was so much fun! Breakfast at the lounge included both Western-style dishes and Japanese options such as udon noodles—absolutely satisfying! We can’t wait to visit again!
