Hot Pot Dish: Himekami Wagyu beef soy-milk shabu-shabu
Sashimi: Tuna, seared Spanish mackerel, ark shell clam, sweet shrimp, assorted garnishes
Simmered Dish: Steamed white fish with rapeseed blossoms, topped with sea lettuce seaweed sauce
Grilled Dish: Saikyo miso-marinated rockfish, young bamboo shoots, pickled ginger bud
Hot Pot: Akita specialty Kiritanpo hot pot
Rice Dish: Clay-pot rice with sakura shrimp and green peas
Soup: Miso soup with clams
*In addition to the above, this is a 10-course kaiseki meal including appetizers, pickles, dessert, and more.
