In response to government requests related to COVID-19, we have implemented the following measures at our hotel to prioritize the health and safety of both guests and staff. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
【Special Hygiene Measures Within the Facility】
■ Enhanced disinfection and sanitization throughout the hotel premises.
■ Installation of protective sheets at the front desk as a preventive measure against droplet transmission.
■ Placement of alcohol-based hand sanitizers at reception areas; guests are encouraged to sanitize their hands before using any facility.
【Hotel Staff Initiatives】
■ All staff members wear masks while on duty as a standard practice.
■ Regular temperature checks, handwashing, gargling, and diligent health management are conducted.
【Guest Health Management Measures】
Guests are requested to agree with special health management protocols before staying with us:
■ Temperature checks during check-in along with documentation regarding previous accommodation locations (prior stay location/post-stay destination).
Targeted Guests:
・Guests feeling unwell (e.g., fever or cough symptoms).
・Guests returning from overseas or visiting Japan from abroad.
Requests:
・If you experience symptoms such as a fever above 37.5°C, coughs, shortness of breath, headaches, or fatigue during your stay, please inform reception immediately.
We will provide information about designated institutions by Japan's Ministry of Health (health centers or consultation centers for returnees/contacts).
・Please measure your body temperature daily during your stay.
Avoid leaving your room unless absolutely necessary; if you must leave your room temporarily due unavoidable circumstances kindly wear masks properly outside too!
For Multiple Night Stays (2 nights minimum):
Room cleaning services may not be provided regularly instead hygiene-related linen items amenities shall remain accessible allowing self-replacement assistance accordingly!
Depending upon circumstances reservations might get declined altogether
