At Richmond Hotels, we will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and employees, work to prevent the spread of infections, and implement appropriate measures based on the policies and guidance of the government, local authorities, and related organizations.
● To ensure guests can receive services with peace of mind, our staff will wear masks.
Additionally, face guards and gloves may be worn for certain tasks such as disinfection and sanitization.
● Areas frequently touched by hands, such as buttons, handrails, counters, chairs, tables, vending machines, and coin laundries in lobbies, public spaces, elevators, and breakfast venues, are regularly disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizers by our staff.
● Hand sanitizers and disinfectants are installed throughout the Property.
● Vinyl curtains or acrylic panels are installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission.
● Depending on the time of your arrival, you may be asked to wait at the front desk.
During this time, our staff will guide you to maintain a safe distance from other guests.
Step markers are placed on the floor for your convenience.
● Pens provided at the front desk are disinfected for each guest.
● Payments for accommodation can be made using credit cards or cash at payment machines.
Additionally, various cashless payment methods, such as QR code payments, are available at the front desk.
Equipment is wiped down with alcohol-based disinfectants after each use.
Cash transactions at the front desk are conducted using coin trays.
Online pre-payment by card is also available when making a Reservation on our official website or other Reservation sites.
In such cases, no payment for accommodation is required at the Hotel.
● Room keys are disinfected individually before being handed to guests.
● If you are feeling unwell, please inform our staff immediately.
We can provide thermometers and guide you to nearby hospitals.
● To avoid close contact between guests, elevator usage may be limited.
● During cleaning, our staff wear masks and gloves and follow a checklist established by our company.
Door handles, TV and air conditioning remotes, Room light switches, card switches, desks, chairs, handles, refrigerators, cabinet doors, telephones, hairdryers, electric kettles, toilets, faucets, and other items are disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizers.
● Glasses and mugs in Rooms are replaced with disinfected and sanitized items.
If you prefer disposable cups, please contact the front desk.
● Pajamas, towels, and linens provided are freshly cleaned.
● The air environment within the Property and Rooms is maintained in accordance with building management laws.
Rooms are ventilated 24 hours a day to ensure a constant supply of fresh air.
● Our staff is available 24 hours a day.
If you have any concerns or questions during your stay, please feel free to contact us.
● The venue is ventilated regularly every hour, and doorknobs, tables, chairs (armrests and backrests), drink bars, and tableware are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized.
● Please use the hand sanitizers and disinfectants provided at the entrance of the breakfast venue before entering.
We also request that all guests wear masks.
● Seating is arranged to maintain a safe distance between guests. Tables and chairs are disinfected after each use.
● Gloves are available for guests. Please let us know if you would like to use them.
● Guests experiencing fever, coughing, headaches, or other symptoms of illness may be denied entry to the breakfast venue.
● Check-out can be completed using payment machines, so there is no need to stop by the front desk.
