Regarding check-in and optional services
Due to the location of the Facility, our check-in hours are limited, unlike a typical Hotel or Vacation Rental.
In principle, we ask guests to check in between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. The latest check-in guidance is 4:30 PM in summer (May–October) and 4:00 PM in winter (November–April).
As there are no streetlights on the way, we appreciate your understanding for the safety of both guests and staff.
After 3:00 PM, we will guide you through self check-in.
Please note that in this case you will need to carry your luggage yourself. To ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival, we kindly ask that you check in between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM whenever possible.
When making a Reservation, please be sure to enter your email address at the very beginning of the questionnaire. We will send you details about check-in and optional services (BBQ grill rental, pet fees, celebration recommendations, etc.), so an email address is required.
If you entered your email address but do not receive our message, please check your spam/junk folder. If you used a mobile carrier email address, it may have been blocked by your settings. If you still have not received anything after two days, please contact info@thehousehayama.com with the name of the primary guest, the reserved Facility name, and your Reservation date/time. We will resend it promptly.
