1. Requests to Guests
・We kindly ask for temperature checks, alcohol disinfection, completion of a health check sheet, and wearing masks outside your Room upon entry.
・If you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, or fatigue, we may ask you to refrain from entering. With your consent, we may contact the health center and follow their instructions.
・Check-in will be conducted in your Room.
・Alcohol disinfectants are available throughout the facility; please use them as needed.
・Please wash your hands and disinfect them before meals.
・Towels will not be provided in the public bath area, so please bring the towels from your Room.
・The enzyme bath and "Hana Kanzashi" are suspended, and massages are available only in the massage room.
・For check-out, we kindly ask only one representative to complete the procedure.
2. Information to Be Aware Of
・We will limit the number of staff for welcoming and seeing off guests.
・A partition to prevent droplet transmission is installed at the front counter, and staff will wear masks during interactions.
・To minimize contact with employees, the welcome drink service in the lobby is suspended.
・Explanations about dinner will be kept to a minimum, so please refer to the "menu" provided.
・To reduce staff entry into your Room, adjustments will be made to the way meals are served.
3. Measures Taken by Our Facility (Including Employee Hygiene and Health Management)
・All employees are required to check their temperature and report it before coming to work, and thorough health management is enforced.
・Alcohol disinfectants and highly effective antiviral disinfectants are installed throughout the facility.
・In addition to regular cleaning, disinfection using stabilized chlorine dioxide solution is conducted, along with focused disinfection of shared areas and regular ventilation.
・In addition to cleaning guest Rooms, we thoroughly disinfect handrails, doorknobs, remote controls, Room keys, and other frequently touched items.
・To prevent close contact, the number of baskets in the dressing area and chairs in the bath area will be reduced. Lockers and dressing baskets will also be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
