This was the Accommodation I chose for a relaxing stay in Yokohama. I had made my Reservation quite a while ago and arrived with little prior knowledge, but the view from the Hotel and the location were excellent—and it’s close to the station! The Room is compact yet very functional, and the separate bathroom is spacious. Chinatown is just a short walk away—an absolute win. Being able to complete checkout in the Room was also great for avoiding crowds. The restaurant on the 1st floor looked wonderful, but I didn’t dine there this time—definitely next time. I’d love to try a different type of Room as well. I’m sure I’ll stay again, and I’ll recommend it to others. This time I also stayed at a nearby Hotel, and each has its own strengths—both are great. It’s an area full of character and history—lively yet quiet at night. Even when I have plans in central Tokyo, I’d still like to stay here. It’s only been two days since check-out, and I already want to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed here for a live show at Billboard Live. Check-in was a bit busy, but the process was well organized and smooth. The Room felt “so small!” the moment I walked in, but it was comfortable and very functional, and the compact size ended up feeling cozy. Above all, the view from the 33rd floor was amazing. The scenery from my Room—daytime, night, and morning—was truly relaxing. For breakfast, I went a little later so it wasn’t crowded; there was a great variety of options and everything was delicious. The 11:00 check-out also allowed me to take my time, which was nice. I’m very satisfied. Great value for money, so I’ll stay again. Thank you very much.

We chose this Hotel to create one last memory at the end of our child’s spring break, and it was absolutely the right choice. Above all, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Their guest-first attitude came through in every detail, making it one of the most comfortable Hotels we have ever stayed at. Combined with the dignified atmosphere of this historic building, we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. Our whole family is very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Overall, it was very good. Since I checked in and out using the self-service machine, I didn’t pay much attention to staff service. However, if I had to say one thing, it would have been nice to hear something like “Are you okay?” or “Do you understand?” just to confirm. I almost entered the wrong Room because I mistook the Room number 6 for 0. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but perhaps because it was during spring break there were many guests, and at night there were quite a few noises and what sounded like footsteps from the floor above, so there were times when I couldn’t rest well. The breakfast café was excellent in every way—service, serving, and food. If I have the chance again at a different time of year, I would like to stay again.

Stayed overnight after a Zepp LIVE show. I found this Accommodation on the travel site IKYU, and the moon decorations caught my eye. I made a Reservation even before I knew I’d won tickets for the LIVE, and later I found out and was surprised! When I went down to the first floor, it was right next to Zepp Yokohama. The Room on the 14th floor had a great view, was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly. The 11:00 check-out time was also convenient. Even after check-out, they kept my luggage for me, so I could go out without worry. The staff were kind as well, which made my stay very pleasant. The in-room amenities were eco-friendly, just like at a Hotel where I stayed during a trip to Okinawa before. It’s such a great Hotel that even seeing that gave me an excellent impression. I’d love to stay again.

Reserved for my grandchild to visit the Anpanman Museum. Since the front desk is on the 20th floor, all rooms are on high floors. The view through the floor-to-ceiling glass was spectacular even from my 2-year-old grandchild’s eye level. Although they fell asleep early at night and the next morning was unfortunately cloudy, they were still thrilled with the view from the morning. It became a wonderful memory. My daughter’s family and their 2-year-old child stayed in a Deluxe King Room.

It was a wonderfully relaxing stay at my favorite Hotel. This time, we stayed as a family to enjoy dining at OZIO, and the Hotel itself is truly outstanding. A holiday spent at the Hotel is the happiest time for me. I’ll work hard while looking forward to coming back (lol). We look forward to staying with you again next time.

I stayed for one night on March 21. Both the exterior and interior were very clean and beautiful, and the front desk staff were courteous and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. I stayed in a Room on the 15th floor, and the view from the window was wonderful—I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Yokohama. In addition, they prepared a cake as a birthday surprise, and I was truly touched by their thoughtful attention to detail. The amenities were also excellent. I was very satisfied with breakfast as well. Everything—from the French toast to the cheese and curry—suited my taste, and I ended up eating until I was completely full. The French toast ran out quickly, so I would be even happier if there were a bit more available. As for check-out, my Plan allowed me to stay until 12:00 p.m., so I was able to relax throughout my stay. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here for a live show at K-Arena. It’s two stops from the venue, and if the weather is nice, biking there is also a good option. The Room itself is compact, but the design is cute, and it has bunk beds—something you don’t often see in a Hotel—which made it really fun. On the first floor there’s a large public bath and sauna, open at night and in the morning. The TV in the Room can stream YouTube and more. Overall, everything felt very clean, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. Thank you!

This Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it extremely convenient. The Room and Facility are more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and every time I stay here, I feel it’s perfect for relaxing after work or sightseeing. With the city’s international atmosphere and many guests from overseas, the staff also provide uniquely personal service. I would like to use it again when I have business nearby.

This was my second stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and handled check-in and check-out politely! The room was very clean, but the freezer wasn't working, so my ice cream... that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was excellent!!

I treated myself to a refreshing 1-night, 2-day Hotel stay. Even though Yokohama is in a neighboring prefecture, I wasn’t very familiar with the area, so I chose it thinking it would feel fresh and exciting. I had never stayed at a sea-view Hotel before, and what made me choose this one in Yokohama was the sea-view bath and the terrace where you can feel the ocean breeze. The Hotel is directly connected to Minatomirai Station, so it was easy to find and extremely convenient for getting there and back. From check-in at 3:00 PM to check-out at 11:00 AM, I spent my entire 1-night stay relaxing in my room. It truly felt like an urban resort, and I was able to fully unwind and refresh while enjoying an extraordinary ocean view. The sea-view bath I had been looking forward to most was simply amazing. Whether it was the sparkling night view or the daytime scenery, relaxing while taking in the view was absolutely wonderful! The bathroom had a large mirror that reflected the ocean as well, so it felt very open and airy—and I’m truly glad I chose this room with a sea-view bath. Amenities were also well stocked, including bath salts and bottled makeup remover, so I could enjoy that incredible sea-view bath again and again! For meals, I ordered in-room dining—fries, chicken, cake, fruit, and plum wine soda—and spending time leisurely enjoying the view without worrying about the clock felt like such rich rest. The room also had coffee and green tea prepared (including coffee), so I could relax and enjoy their aroma along with the cake I ordered. I couldn’t help but cheer at the daytime ocean view right after check-in, but the magic hours at dusk and dawn were especially beautiful—the changing colors of the sky were mesmerizing. It was my first time seeing a sparkling nighttime ocean view as well; even after midnight, I stayed captivated by the scenery until the Ferris wheel lights went out. It was also wonderful to watch brightly lit boats moving across the night sea! With items like bathrobes, pajamas, and deodorizing spray provided too, it was great that I could enjoy my Hotel stay with just minimal luggage. This was my first stay here—on the 10th floor—and it exceeded my expectations by far. It also made me think that from an even higher floor level up high above,the ocean view might be even more breathtaking. I made unforgettable memories.

We stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura for a trip to Kamakura to celebrate my friend’s 60th birthday. As soon as we entered the Hotel, the pleasant fragrance was soothing, and the staff were courteous and attentive at check-in. The Room was spacious and beautifully kept. The next morning, we joined a neighborhood walk guided by a former rickshaw puller, who shared stories about the history of the temples we visited through enjoyable conversation—it was truly a valuable experience. My friend was also very happy that we chose Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura as our Accommodation, and it made for a wonderful trip overall. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Hotel because of its great Reviews. It was conveniently located near Yokohama Station, and the room was very clean. Amenities were available near the front desk, and I picked up what I needed. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have breakfast this time due to my schedule… If I have the chance, I’d like to visit again and enjoy breakfast as well. I used the in-room unit bath at night, but in the morning I refreshed myself with a soak in the large public bath. Thank you very much.

I’d love to experience the Japanese New Year again, so I’m looking forward to visiting next time as well.

Whenever I travel to Yokohama, I always stay at this Hotel. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally delicious, and I’m impressed every time by the wonderful Art Deco–inspired design throughout the building and in the Room. There were also some new additions to the breakfast menu. This time, my stay was an early birthday celebration, and I was truly happy to receive a Room upgrade and even a gift. Thank you for such an elegant and comfortable time.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing. We booked a Deluxe Twin room, which had a long sofa, and the sink, bath, and toilet were all separate, making it very comfortable. However, there was no hand-washing sink in the toilet area, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the vanity. When we were confused during the self check-in process, a staff member quickly came over and helped us through it. It made us feel reassured that they were keeping an eye on everyone. Since our stay included breakfast, we had it at the cafe on the first floor. The toast bread was fluffy and very delicious. A Hotel I would recommend.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The Room was spacious and lovely, the neatly made bed was very comfortable, and the L’OCCITANE amenities were excellent. We truly appreciated everything—from the Plan that allowed us to change breakfast to lunch to the late check-out. In particular, the long-established Chinese cuisine was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied with our stay. We went back for seconds many times. We would love to visit again with our family.
