    The best holiday

    The service, bath, and meals were all excellent. I used the bath and sauna many times, and my skin became smooth. The meals were buffet style, and I enjoyed them so much that I ate too much. I was able to spend a relaxing time in a room with a nice view. The hairdryer was old and lacked power, so it took a long time to dry my hair, which was inconvenient. Next time, I will bring my own hairdryer. This is a Ryokan I would like to visit again.

    Heated pool

    I stayed for the first time with my grandchildren. The indoor pool delighted my grandchildren. The food had a wide variety and was very delicious.

    Very satisfied!

    This was my first stay. The property is aged, but it was clean and had a sense of cleanliness. The view from the room was also nice. The large public bath was sparkling, with a standing bath 120cm deep, and the illumination at night was very beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffets had many carefully prepared dishes, and they were delicious. The grilled turban shell was especially soft and tasty. Also, the staff at the night buffet and the large public bath were very kind to my mother, which was really helpful. The staff's attentiveness and attitude were excellent. It was a long-awaited trip with my parents, and we had a pleasant stay. I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    The annual trip with the three sisters was greatly enjoyed by my two younger sisters. The kaiseki meal, enjoyed at a leisurely pace, was complemented by the sake.

    Infant-friendly

    We stayed with my son and his wife, my grandchild, and my wife, making a total of five people. My 2.5-year-old grandchild was very excited about the Panda Room. The meals and other services for children were attentive, allowing us to stay with peace of mind. Thank you very much. Additionally, the cleaning was thorough. However, since the facility itself is old, it can't be helped, but the balcony was in a state of concrete discoloration, which was unfortunate given the nice view outside.

    Nikujaga, Buri Daikon

    I stayed again, and somehow the view of the sea from the Room is wonderful, just a personal impression. What will everyone choose from the dinner buffet? There is a wide variety of dishes. In the morning, they make rice balls for you. This time, there was meat and potatoes and simmered yellowtail with daikon radish. It was very delicious with a homemade taste. I would be disappointed if it wasn't there. Personally, I like this Hotel.

    Long time no see, Shirahama.

    The weather was nice and the view from the Room was excellent. The Japanese dinner was very satisfying with the freshness and presentation of the sashimi, as well as the portion size. The breakfast buffet was also good. The bath water was relaxing and pleasant. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Great satisfaction

    The buffet was more than worth the price, and we were very satisfied both at night and in the morning. I think the cost performance is very good. It was nice that the children could play in the pool and then go directly to the Onsen. The view from the room was also nice. I thought it would be better if the bed was a little softer. This time, we brought our beloved dog with us and used the Wanwan Log House, which is located right outside the lobby, so we could visit anytime. We could see our dog's condition from the rented Pad 24 hours a day, which made us feel more secure than a pet hotel. We would definitely like to use it again when we visit Shirahama.

    First trip with parents

    First family trip in a long life. Although we had traveled individually, it was our first time traveling together. My parents were delighted with the spacious Room, the view from the Room, and the open-air bath.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable.

    This time, we stayed with three people, including an elementary school child. In other hotels, extra beds are often set up from the beginning, but at this hotel (room), they told us they would set up another bed during dinner, which left a good impression of the room upon arrival. Although the bathroom felt unnecessarily spacious, the overall room was large and very comfortable. The indoor pool was crowded since it was the weekend, but it was spacious for a hotel pool, so the child seemed to enjoy it. Gazebos were also set up, allowing those watching to have a pleasant time. I thought it was nice that it was connected to the onsen, making the flow easy. The view from the balcony was also pleasant. However, there were a lot of stink bugs outside, and I noticed them the moment I opened the window, so I quickly closed it... It's nature, so it can't be helped. The meals were buffet-style, but the corner offering freshly made sushi and tempura had a long line, which felt a bit tiring. I wish the food could be served a bit more smoothly. For breakfast, the elementary school child enjoyed the dried fish and onsen egg and had seconds. The freshly made rice balls were also delicious. The onsen had one bath each outside and inside, and the open-air bath was deep like a standing bath, allowing for a good soak and feeling pleasant. The service, including the front desk staff, was neither excessive nor lacking, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    It was very good.

    This is my second visit. The room and the bath are always clean and well-maintained. Especially in the bath area, the changing room is regularly wiped to prevent it from feeling unpleasant when wet. Amenities are promptly replenished, and the used washbasins are quickly cleaned. The staff's service is pleasant and adaptable, allowing for a comfortable stay. The meals are buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes, and different items from the last visit were offered, which were delicious. I also appreciated the service of taking coffee to the room, allowing me to enjoy it leisurely. There are various souvenirs available, which were generally satisfying, but they were similar to those in other souvenir shops. It would be nice to have something unique that can only be purchased here. The food, Onsen, facilities, and service were all satisfactory, and I would like to visit this hotel for the third time.

    The staff's service ...

    The staff's service was very polite and proper, making it a well-regarded hotel. The facilities and rooms feel a bit dated, but they were kept clean. You can see the sea from the window, and at night, the illumination was beautifully visible. The meals were buffet-style, but the sashimi, tempura, and steak were very delicious. It was a pity that I couldn't eat more because I was full. The pool had Bali-style seats and was indoors, so I could swim and relax at my own pace. The bath had good water quality, and the open-air bath was as wonderful as I had anticipated. It was a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

    It was very good.

    The buffet in the morning and evening and the Onsen were wonderful. The bed and DOOR in the Room, and the walls in the hallway felt a bit cheap, but considering the price, it's not a problem. The Hotel staff were very hospitable and left a good impression. When checking out, the Hotel staff took a photo for us, and they did it very politely. It will be a good memory. Thank you very much.
