    Architecture with a sense of dedication

    I was able to stay with peace of mind thanks to the courteous service from the shuttle bus stop. Although some parts are old, they are kept clean and comfortable. One point, there was mold-like dirt on the chair with a backrest in the large public bath, so it would be nice if it could be cleaned regularly.

    楽しかったお盆休み

    I finally made it.

    The traditional Japanese-style gate, garden, building, and the Noh stage, where it seemed like a straw dragon might appear at any moment, were all wonderful. We enjoyed a welcome drink and sweets in front of the stage, and after entering our room, we were served tea and sweets, which was very satisfying. The staff were very courteous and soothing. The hot spring water made our skin feel very smooth. The meals were very delicious, but we had to wait quite a while for the next dish to arrive, so I thought it could have been a bit quicker. Perhaps it was intentional, but it took about two hours from the first dish to the last, and since we don't usually spend that much time eating, it felt very long. The breakfast tanka meal impressed the whole family. Next time, I would love to visit when a Noh performance is being held. Thank you for taking care of us.

    I visited for the first time in a while.

    I visit Hirugami Onsen several times a year, but it had been a while since I stayed at Ishidatei. The room layout was different from before. I was able to relax and enjoy delicious meals, which was very satisfying. I also used the bath attached to the room, and I felt it would be nice to have a bathrobe available.

    Peach Blossoms and Starry Sky Tour

    The purpose of our visit was the Hanamomo and Starry Sky Tour. It was a very luxurious inn with an impressive gate, and upon entering the entrance, there was a Noh stage in the lobby. Various furnishings were displayed everywhere, and although we chose a reasonably priced room due to our short stay, it was more than satisfactory. The meals didn't have any standout features; they were delicious but quite ordinary. We had informed them of our food preferences in advance, and I appreciated their consideration in changing ingredients we didn't like. The Tanka breakfast set required all family members to be present to order, so we had both Western and Japanese meals as some preferred Western cuisine. There was a private bath available, and since it was vacant, we used it. My mother doesn't like public baths, so she was pleased. When we were shown to our room, we weren't informed that towels were available in the public bath, so we brought them from our room, but it turned out to be unnecessary. I've visited many hot springs before, but the water here was the best for my skin, making it smooth and silky. My son with atopic dermatitis felt the same. The famous morning market of Hirugami Onsen was right in front, so we got up early to visit. I recommend it. Although unrelated to the inn, I was very disappointed with the Starry Sky Night Tour. I was looking forward to it, believing the catchphrase of Japan's best starry sky, but it was no different from the sky in Tokyo. We couldn't enjoy our meal leisurely or watch the kyogen performance because of the starry sky tour, which ended up being a waste of time. This experience still lingers with me, making it difficult to write this review. On the other hand, the Hanamomo was wonderful. I would like to visit again someday at a leisurely pace.

    The inn had a hot sp...

    The inn had a hot spring with a smooth and excellent quality. The meals were delicious, and when we visited, the flowering peach trees were in full bloom, making it a wonderful trip. Hirugami Onsen is a lovely hot spring.

    I think it's the No.1 in Hirugami Onsen.

    I had always wanted to visit Hirugami Onsen to see the peach blossoms. Since it's a bit far from Tokyo, I looked at various inns and after much deliberation, I decided on Ishida, and it was the perfect choice. They accommodated my room request, and the room was spacious with a double sink, which was very convenient. The hot spring had an excellent quality, and I enjoyed the open-air bath in the room multiple times. Every time I entered, I couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief because it felt so good. My skin became smooth as well. The attendant who took care of us was very charming and left a good impression. Each dish was prepared with great care and was delicious. The breakfast tanka meal was also superb, and I was really glad I chose this place. However, as others have mentioned, in other areas with similar price ranges, drinks in the refrigerator and coffee are often included, so it might be worth reconsidering that aspect. Nevertheless, the Noh stage you see upon entering is breathtaking. This time, I went on a stargazing tour, so I couldn't watch the Noh performance, but next time I definitely want to enjoy that as well. Thank you for the letter, attendant. The cherry blossoms at Kozenji Temple were very beautiful. Please keep up the good work!
