    A Hotel you’ll want to stay at again

    The Room was very clean (unlike some Reviews that mention it feels old—I didn’t get that impression at all). All the staff were extremely polite and kind, and their smiles were wonderful. My mother, sister, and I stayed for two nights to attend my niece’s graduation ceremony, and my elderly mother was especially delighted. On the second day my niece joined us. Because it was a Reservation made in advance, we had been assigned a low floor, but thanks to your consideration you moved us to the same floor, which made me truly happy—I was deeply touched by your thoughtfulness. The breakfast we had been looking forward to so much, as well as the Chinese dinner at Senun, were both absolutely satisfying. The staff there were also very kind, which meant a lot to us. It felt like there were hardly any travelers from overseas, but I strongly hope this wonderful Hotel can remain a special reward for those of us working hard in Japan—and that the staff won’t be unnecessarily worn out—so please keep up this outstanding quality for years to come. Next time I will visit with my husband (he is foreign but works hard and pays taxes properly in Japan), so thank you in advance! From now on when I come to Hokkaido, staying at foreign-owned hotels is no longer an option for me. The price is almost too reasonable. I truly appreciate all of your company’s efforts. I know I’ve said it many times already, but we will definitely be back!

    Single occupancy

    The morning buffet was on a high floor with a great view, and the selection was very good. There was a washbasin between the Room toilet and the bath. We were told to fill drinking water there, but since it was right next to the toilet, I felt uncomfortable filling my pot there. I think it would be better to have a separate place to get water, like the ice station. It was also nice that slippers were provided for going to the bath.

    The worst

    I booked because I liked the large public bath, but it was under renovation and unavailable—terrible!! There was no notice on the reservation site, and if the large public bath is unavailable, it should be properly announced!!! I feel like I've been scammed!!!!

    Unfortunately, no bath available!

    I used your service again after a long time and was disappointed to hear that the bath is under renovation. I have already made a reservation for the week after next, but I noticed the renovation sign is still up. However, the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the view was fantastic. I have been staying here since it had a different name, so every visit feels nostalgic. I look forward to your hospitality again during my next stay.

    Easily accessible to the center of Sapporo.

    I was planning to stay in Sapporo and was looking for accommodation, but everything was expensive until I found this accommodation. It is conveniently located near Shin-Sapporo Station, with easy access to the subway for getting to the Susukino area. The room is clean, comfortable, and offers a great view. The staff at the reception were very pleasant, and the rotary made it easy to park cars, which was convenient for pick-ups. There is also a shop on the first floor, which was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time!

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel staff were all very kind. I was especially delighted when I looked at the Christmas tree that had just been put up on the day we stayed, and a staff member kindly asked, "Would you like me to take a photo for you?" A small detail, but I appreciated how the partition in the hallway from the front desk to the guest rooms made it clear which way to go. This also prevented congestion near the narrower part of the hallway, allowing guests to move smoothly—an excellent measure. The bed was extremely comfortable. Although double beds often make it hard for me to sleep deeply due to vibrations, I slept soundly both nights during our stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that the SPA was under renovation when making my reservation. Next time, I’d love to visit again when it's available!

    A Trip with My Mother

    Stayed in 2024 and found the accommodation to be cost-effective and comfortable, so I revisited with my mother. We were informed that the spa was undergoing maintenance, which showed their attentive communication. Enjoyed a Chinese dinner while admiring the night view from the 30th floor. With a combined age of 155 years, portion size is important for us. Despite having a light lunch, we still felt quite full after dinner. However, from the intricate appetizers to seafood stir-fry dishes, everything was delicious. The staff served at just the right timing as well. The breakfast buffet featured Hokkaido specialties such as pork rice bowl, soup curry, salmon roe with corn-rich soup—truly delightful flavors of Hokkaido! My mother is particular about sleeping comfort but seemed very satisfied with the bed and slept soundly. Located about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Sapporo Station, it’s convenient for shopping and sightseeing by train or bus and offers easy access to Chitose Airport too. I would love to visit again on my next trip to Hokkaido!

    Spacious Room

    Stayed with my 86-year-old mother. The corner room on the 28th floor was very spacious, with multiple mirrors and sofas, making our stay extremely comfortable. The double bed was incredibly large, so even sleeping next to each other didn’t bother us at all, and we both slept soundly. While the facility is slightly dated, it is well-maintained and perfectly fine! It was disappointing that the spa we were looking forward to was under renovation this time, but breakfast offered a wide variety of options featuring Hokkaido cuisine, which was delicious. The location was convenient for getting anywhere.

    It was great before the spa renovation.

    The spa here has always been comfortable, but it will undergo renovations from November through December. We look forward to it becoming even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, making it hard not to overindulge.

    Disappointing.

    As a Diamond member, I seemed to have received a room upgrade on the upper floors, but there was no set of amenities like lotion, emulsion, or cleansing products. Even budget accommodations often provide basic items, so I naturally expected them to be available. Considering this is a hotel with a relatively high price point, I assumed there would be appropriate amenities provided. It seems the paid spa offers various items, which made me think they expect guests to use the spa for an additional fee. Another issue was that while the room had a coffee maker with capsules for coffee, tea, and herbal tea available for use, there was no bottled water provided. This left me with no choice but to use tap water with its chlorine taste, which ruined the experience of enjoying tea or coffee. I booked my stay at a discounted rate during a sale and wondered if that might explain why nothing extra was provided; however, it still felt subpar overall. Given the positive reviews I had read beforehand and my expectations for an enjoyable stay based on those reviews, I ended up feeling disappointed. I'd like to understand why these items were not provided in this accommodation.

    I had a very relaxing stay. The Room was spacious, convenient, and offered a great view, making it easy to unwind. I could even see a rainbow from the Room.

    Hokkaido Travel Starts Here!

    I first stayed here last September and decided to stay again this year. The hotel front desk staff and parking attendants kindly accommodated our requests, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant trip to Hokkaido. I would love to stay here again.

    Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near Shin-Sapporo Station

    I stayed here again this year following last year. The Room was on the 12th floor, and the view was great. Located in front of Shin-Sapporo Station, it offers convenient access to Sapporo city center via JR and the Tozai Subway Line. Additionally, it was convenient for using the shuttle bus to Es Con Field. The Room was comfortable, and I appreciated the air purifier provided. If I may suggest, it would be nice if the price for using the underground spa could be lowered a bit to make it more accessible.

    I was completely satisfied.

    The hotel is older, but unlike the recently common budget hotels with IKEA-like materials, it gives a solid and well-maintained impression despite its age. The cleaning is thorough, the room is slightly more spacious than a typical Business Hotel, and the bed is comfortable. Thanks to the spa in the basement, I was able to sleep soundly every night. However, during my 4-night stay, cleaning only occurred after the third night, which felt inconvenient. The advantage of this was not needing to pack up my suitcase or tidy up before going out. The downside was returning to an unmade bed—especially with messy duvet sheets—and glasses and mugs left as they were, requiring me to wash them myself. It would be great if cleaning could be done after every two nights for Multiple Night Stays. I’m looking forward to staying here again this winter with my family of four!

    Convenient and Comfortable

    Conveniently located near the station. The staff's service is very polite. The room was clean and provided a comfortable stay. Breakfast is very delicious, but the buffet requires lining up, which can be inconvenient (though it might be unavoidable for a hotel of this size). A bit more creativity in the arrangement could reduce stress. It would be nice to have a non-buffet breakfast option as well.

    Excellent hospitality with plenty of smiles.

    Chose Emisia for our Hokkaido trip and my daughter's birthday, as we had stayed here before. Upon entering the room, there was a table with an assortment of fruits and baked goods—a thoughtful gesture from the Hotel for my daughter. The financiers were especially exquisite. When I asked the concierge about purchasing them the next day, I was told they were handmade by the chef and not available for sale. They were devilishly delicious! Thank you so much. We were assisted by a gentleman guiding parking at night and a lady in the morning over three days—both with radiant smiles, kindness, and precise guidance. Truly Japan's best smiles! The front desk and concierge staff also always greeted us with warm smiles. It’s been a while since I’ve come across an Accommodation that makes me want to return from the heart.

    I stayed alone for a...

    I stayed alone for a refreshing break, and since there seemed to be an available room, I was upgraded to a corner twin. Being on a high floor, the room's spaciousness and view were very satisfying. There was also a desk (possibly a dresser), which was convenient for work. I also used the spa. It felt smaller than expected based on the size of the changing area, so it might be difficult to relax if it's crowded. Breakfast featured Hokkaido specialties and had an amazing view that truly lifted my spirits. The lineup included seafood, ramen, and soup curry—unusual for breakfast but luxurious nonetheless. Above all, the corn soup was incredibly delicious... truly worthy of Hokkaido! I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you very much!

    A lovely Room with a relaxing jacuzzi.

    This time, I stayed in a corner Room that was slightly more spacious. The red sofa had a Nordic design and was charming, and the Room was impeccably clean. I wanted to relax in hot water, so I chose a Plan with spa access and enjoyed the jacuzzi and mist sauna. Meals were not included in my Plan this time, so next time I would like to stay with breakfast included.

    Two major misinformation

    Due to the snowy weather, it is mentioned that the subway is a one-minute walk away, but in reality, it takes eight minutes on foot... It is stated that you can enjoy the night view of Sapporo, which has been selected as one of Japan's New Three Major Night Views, but it's too far to see from here and most of Shin-Sapporo's surroundings are dark with only scattered lights. You shouldn't lie.

    We apologize for any...

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to our oversight, but thank you for your kind and flexible response. The Room was well-cleaned, and the tea and coffee were plentiful, making it comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, and my mother and I were impressed the next morning, saying, "Our bodies didn't hurt at all, and the pillows were great!" After a day of walking around for sightseeing, we were able to relax our tired bodies in the large public bath. Even after walking around all day from morning, we felt refreshed the next day. The breakfast had many Hokkaido-style dishes, and there were various types of tea, which made us very satisfied from the morning. My mother was pleased with the takeaway coffee. (I am not a fan of coffee, so I would have been happy if there was tea as well.) As the Hotel also hosts weddings, the entrance was spacious, which was also comfortable. One point, the humidifier in the Room was not very effective, and since it is Hokkaido, it was quite dry due to the heating. It would be nice to have body cream in the large public bath and a skincare set in the Room. The hospitality, cleanliness, Facility, and meals provided great satisfaction for the price!     Snow Festival in Hokkaido

    Thank you for upgrading my Room as a Diamond member. The view from the Room is wonderful. The overall experience at the Hotel was good, so I would like to use it again on another occasion. I have used various Hotels and Ryokans, but being asked to present identification at check-in was a first for me outside of the national GoTo discount, which was a bit surprising and felt excessive, causing some resistance. According to the staff's explanation, it was requested by the police. At the Chitose Airport Hotel Portom the night before and the Odori Park Hotel the next day, I only had to confirm and sign the printed name and address section for check-in.

    The quality of break...

    The quality of breakfast has significantly declined over the year. They are just serving frozen products from a wholesale supermarket. The front desk service is good, though.

    Everything is ruined by the poor reception at the parking lot.

    When I went to the parking lot, the attendant asked, "What do you need?" What else would someone bringing a rental car to the hotel's parking lot during check-in time need other than parking for their stay? It's so frustratingly stupid, it ruins everything. Also, the breakfast quality has dropped. They're just serving frozen products from a wholesale supermarket. The front desk service is good, though.

    Restless.

    The breakfast is delicious.

    I have stayed here several times. I love the breakfast buffet on the 31st floor. There is a wide variety and a live cooking station. In summer, they have asparagus shabu-shabu and omelet rice. In winter, they serve pork rice bowls. No matter how many times I visit, I never get tired of it.

    It was kind.

    A family member fell on the frozen road and hit their face, but we were able to cool it immediately with an ice pack that was kindly provided, which was very helpful. Thank you for your kindness. The Room was also cleaned properly, making our 3-night stay comfortable.
