    As a long-establishe...

    As a long-established Hotel in Hakata, it was beautifully appointed and impressive. The marble floors, which almost made us feel as if we were in Italy, and more—everything was very comfortable for us as a couple. I mistakenly made two Reservations for the same day online and panicked, but the reception staff kindly helped me with the cancellation procedure, which put me at ease. Thank you very much. This is a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

    Wonderful

    The renovated Room, the bathroom facilities, the bath salts, Benkei’s breakfast, the atmosphere at the Night Flight bar, and above all, the thoughtfulness and hospitality of all the staff—everything was outstanding. Even in the rain, the underground access from Hakata Station was perfect. It was a truly satisfying stay.

    About Upgrades

    This was my second stay. Overall, everything was satisfactory, but I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to receive an upgrade on either visit.

    A very hospitable Hotel

    This Hotel will never make guests feel uncomfortable! I had about an hour before check-in, so I asked the front desk how busy the Hotel café was, and they immediately made a Reservation for me. Thanks to them, I was able to spend a very comfortable time. I was truly impressed by the staff’s attentive, thoughtful service.

    Well-balanced and very comfortable.

    I stayed in a twin Room, and it was spacious, with thoughtful details that made it very easy to use. For example, there was a large hand mirror in the Room, a baggage rack was already provided, the desk was a good size, the vanity had plenty of space for toiletries, and even the refrigerator’s orientation and size were well considered. If I had to mention one drawback, the Room felt a bit dark for working or doing makeup. Breakfast offered just the right variety and portions, and the staff were polite and attentive, making for a pleasant morning. I would like to stay here again.

    The place feels a bit dated after all.

    I made a Reservation because the location and Reviews were good. The location was indeed convenient, but the Facility is very old, and the plumbing in particular was difficult to use. Not only the Room but also the hallways and the entire Hotel felt dark and dusty, which made me feel gloomy as well. The amenities were below even a Business Hotel level, and after using the Hotel shampoo my hair became frizzy. I assume prices are set aggressively due to inbound demand, but I would not stay again. The only saving grace was that the staff were very helpful.

    It was very good.

    During my stay, I also had work and Zoom meetings, but the Room was spacious and the desk had plenty of space, so I was able to relax and feel comfortable throughout my time here. The location is easy to find, and I also appreciated being able to walk to Tenjin and Nakasu.

    As expected from Hotel Nikko—spotlessly clean.

    This time, I booked a discounted rate with the conditions of a late check-in (18:00) and an early check-out (8:00) the next day. The room was clean and excellent, and the service was as courteous as you would expect from Nikko. Since our branch office is nearby, I would like to stay here again in the future.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Although my stay was short—arriving to around 8:00 PM and departing around 6:00 AM— the Room was upgradedcommentary to a more spacious one at check-in, and I had a very comfortable stay. The Room faced the courtyard? and the back side with a view of mixed-use buildings, but even though it was a pre-renovation Room, it was well maintained, and there were no issues with the air conditioning, shower water pressure, etc., so I slept soundly. Even though I chose a Plan with breakfast, I left without having breakfast due to an unexpected change of plans, so I would love to return and try the breakfast next time.

    Hollywood Twin - Excellent!

    I usually stayed in the Superior Twin, but this time I stayed in the Hollywood Twin for the first time. The bedside and living area with the TV were well arranged, and the lighting allowed for separate usage, making it very comfortable. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity. I slept very well at night, and watching planes take off through the large windows in the morning and afternoon was truly amazing. Thank you very much!

    It was very comfortable.

    I stayed here during my business trip to Fukuoka. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, making me feel luxurious in the morning. The amenities provided were very helpful! I would love to stay here again.

    I expected a room up...

    I expected a room upgrade and late check-out as part of the Diamond benefits, but I was told that the plan I booked was excluded. As a result, there was no upgrade, and I had to check out at 8 AM. It was disappointing that none of the Diamond member benefits were applied. If certain plans are not eligible for benefits, this should be clearly stated. The attitude of the front desk staff was also disappointing.

    Reliable hospitality.

    I stayed for two nights. Both the Japanese-style breakfast and buffet were delicious, providing great energy for the day. The main bar "Night Flight" was also wonderful. I had a comfortable and peaceful stay.

    Nostalgic Hotel

    I stayed at the accommodation for a theater visit to Hakataza. Since it was a long weekend, hotels were quite expensive, and after much deliberation, I chose this one. This is a memorable hotel where I stayed the night before leaving for my honeymoon 30 years ago. Although it felt slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable. It would be great if the bathroom facilities were renovated and the hairdryer was of higher quality. This time I visited with my daughter, but I felt nostalgic and would like to revisit with my husband as well. Thank you very much!

    Sad Hotel

    We stayed for one night on December 29th last year, looking forward to our trip to Hakata, but we were very disappointed. At check-in, we were told that the Diamond Member benefits did not apply for an upgrade. There was no mention that Hollywood Twin rooms or above were excluded. This felt extremely unfriendly. The "original chocolate gift" mentioned was just three pieces of what seemed like chocolates for children—very disappointing. The breakfast buffet was shocking. We went around 8:30 AM and found it severely understaffed with many items missing. Should guests have to point out that there’s no rice? There were no cups for drinks or side dishes available—it was unbelievable! The cause seems to be a lack of staff. We left the hotel in a bad mood in the morning and cannot trust other reviews anymore.

    I stayed here for a solo trip at the end of the year to reflect on myself. The hospitality was exceptional and full of elegance. If I may suggest, it would be helpful to have USB ports installed in the guest rooms for smartphone charging. Thank you for considering this!

    It was a comfortable stay.

    The front desk and all the staff provided attentive service, making for a very comfortable stay. I enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast, which was of exceptionally high quality and thoroughly satisfying.

    We had a wonderful day.

    We arrived by rental car from the airport. The porter at the entrance and the front desk staff were very welcoming, and parking was free as part of the Diamond benefits. We upgraded to a larger Room for an additional fee, which was spacious, clean, and had two sinks. It was quiet and allowed us to relax comfortably. The breakfast restaurant staff were attentive, offering a variety of delicious dishes including Fukuoka's local specialties and soft-serve ice cream. As expected from Hotel Nikko, it exceeded expectations. I would love to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.

    Beautiful and Comfortable Renovated Room

    Conveniently located with friendly staff, I often use this Hotel. Currently, the renovation of each Room seems to be progressing, and the newly updated Rooms are clean and very comfortable. It has become an even more wonderful Hotel.

    1 night stay from 12/14

    Although the IKYU Diamond Member upgrade was not possible due to Room availability, I was allowed to check in at 12:30. The Room was clean, and the staff in charge of luggage storage were kind and attentive, making this stay pleasant once again. Thank you very much!

    I am always impresse...

    I am always impressed by the staff's hospitality. Even small luggage was carefully transported with a cart, and the guidance was clear, so I had no trouble navigating within the facility. At the Japanese restaurant Benkei, their attentive service allowed me to enjoy my meal with peace of mind. I truly appreciate how they kindly addressed matters that other Hotels might hesitate to handle. The Room was clean, equipped with excellent amenities, and provided a comfortable stay. Thank you for maintaining your exceptional hospitality.

    Stayed here the night before our island trip.

    Hotels around Hakata Station on Saturdays were all fully booked and expensive. I stayed at this hotel with a No Meals Included Plan as it was close to the bus stop for Hakata Port, where I needed to catch the first jetfoil. The room was stylish, clean, and equipped with excellent amenities and water facilities, making it very comfortable. Although I initially reserved a hotel near Chikushi Exit, I changed the reservation to Hotel Nikko. The luxurious atmosphere and outstanding service from the staff provided satisfaction far beyond its price. They kindly accommodated my request for luggage storage, which was very helpful. On the last day of my trip, I visited again for a lunch buffet; the dining area was clean, and the food was delicious. Next time, I'd like to stay with a breakfast-included plan!

    Stress-free!

    From check-in to check-out, everything was very satisfying with no areas of concern. Especially, the request I mentioned during check-in was remembered at check-out, making everything proceed smoothly and efficiently. This has become a Hotel I would like to use again when revisiting Fukuoka.

    I will stay again.

    We were upgraded to a better room at check-in. Everything was smooth, the calm room was great, and above all, it was very quiet. The male staff who assisted with getting in and out of the taxi was also very kind. I will stay here again when I visit Fukuoka.

    Highly recommended Hotel.

    The staff's service from the moment of arrival was excellent, and the renovated rooms were very stylish and comfortable. It is conveniently located near the station (Hakata Exit) with direct access not only from above ground but also from underground. The underground signage is easy to follow, and there is an elevator available for access from below. The quality exceeds its price, and I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Stayed in a renovated Room. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay. The amenities were well-equipped, and the bathroom was spacious, which made it highly satisfying.

    The service is comfortable.

    The facility is old, but the staff's service is excellent. In many accommodations I've stayed at, it's common for the front desk to take no action until you approach them. However, here, when you make eye contact with the staff, they come over and ask if you need assistance. This level of attentive service is one of the best aspects of this hotel. Its proximity to the station is also a plus. Highly recommended in Hakata!
