Although it’s a bit ...
Although it’s a bit away from the city center, the ocean-view location is excellent. The business desk is a big plus for work trips, and there’s a convenience store inside the Hotel—no complaints about usability. Taxis are always waiting at the driveway, so it’s easy to get one even on rainy days. The breakfast buffet costs 3,600 yen. As you’d expect from a mega Hotel with over 1,000 rooms, the dining area is simply huge. It does get crowded, but with high ceilings it still feels open and spacious. Breakfast buffet highlights: Tonkotsu ramen → In Fukuoka, having this instantly boosts satisfaction no matter what else is on offer. Some Hotels do self-serve ramen, but here it’s cooked to order in a yatai-style setup. Bibimbap station → I wondered why bibimbap in Hakata, but it may be because there are many tourists from Korea. If you like spicy food and Korean cuisine, it’s fantastic. They also have Hotel curry—perfect if you want rice first thing in the morning. Kyushu local side-dish corner → More vegetable-focused overall. I didn’t try much since many items weren’t to my taste, but it seems ideal for sampling Kyushu regional dishes.

Hawks Season Opener
I stayed for two nights and three days while watching the Hawks’ season opener. It was crowded at check-in as usual, but since I had completed online pre-check-in, the process went smoothly. Thank you to the staff member who assisted me. Thank you as well for seating me at my preferred table in the restaurant. I truly appreciate the staff’s support, including guidance for the shuttle bus after check-out.

It was amazing!
This was my first stay, and the Japanese-style room on the 6th floor was incredibly comfortable! It was perfect for our two-generation family trip. We also enjoyed the large public bath on the 7th floor as many times as we liked with no extra charge. Breakfast was a buffet in a wonderful restaurant with an open atrium and a ship-inspired design, and everything was delicious. The shumai were especially fluffy and amazing.

Dissatisfaction with trouble response
Stayed on January 7th and 8th, 2026. Due to a scheduled annual power outage inspection the day before, there was equipment trouble that prevented room keys from being issued. Since room keys were unavailable, staff with a master key had to accompany guests to their rooms. This was inconvenient, especially for those staying on the club floor who needed assistance every time they returned. Additionally, without a room key, the electricity in the room could not be activated. This resulted in an unheated toilet and bidet being unusable and spending time in a dimly lit room. After filing a complaint, staff provided a key solely for turning on the electricity in the room. By nighttime, room keys were finally issued along with an apology letter acknowledging the inconvenience caused. However, at the paid café within the accommodation, credit card terminals had been reset due to system issues. As part-time staff did not know the password required for reactivation, payment processing took considerable time. During sleep hours at night, there was a recurring ticking sound near the bedside which made it difficult to rest properly. Overall, this stay was far from comfortable and left me very dissatisfied.

The rooms are satisfactory.
The guest rooms have a great location and are very satisfying. However, the breakfast menu was lacking in variety and taste compared to other hotels in the same price range. The staff at the breakfast venue had few smiles and lacked hospitality. I visited the sushi restaurant on the top floor, which has an excellent location. Unfortunately, a young, tall staff member was unfriendly and placed dishes and drinks with noticeable noise. This left me feeling quite disappointed. While there seems to be a lack of proper training, the guest rooms are excellent, making this hotel suitable for those who can overlook these issues during their stay.

Buffet at Sierra
During the New Year season, there was a line at the breakfast buffet entrance due to high demand. Staff guided each group to their seats individually, but during busy times, allowing guests to choose any available seat might be more efficient. It may be worth considering flexible operations during peak periods. Additionally, when everyone is waiting in line at the buffet entrance, please follow the rules and refrain from cutting in line. Let’s maintain proper manners for a pleasant experience for all guests.

Executive?!
The Room on the executive floor was small, the furnishings were outdated, and the cleaning was not thorough. The closet had a curtain instead of a door! It was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. It was absolutely not worth paying 80,000 yen, and I was very disappointed.

This was my first time staying here. I was aware that the building is older, but I was surprised to find a lot of black mold on the bathtub curtain and bathroom wall tiles. Additionally, when I washed my hands at the sink immediately after entering the room before using the toilet or bath, there was an unusual noise from between the toilet and bathtub area, and some water seemed to bubble up. Since it didn’t spread significantly, I didn’t contact the front desk about it. The amenities were minimal, with tissues only available at one spot by the sink, no power outlets by the bedside, and dust visible on the desk. It’s possible that this situation was specific to my room; however, as I had high expectations for a Hilton-branded accommodation, I must admit that I felt disappointed.

It was disappointing in many ways...
Check-in took a considerable amount of time. Since the reservation was made online, I felt it could have been handled more efficiently. After a long wait to check in, I finally entered the room only to notice dust on the closet floor. There was also a lot of dust around the provided slippers, which made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned. Additionally, there was very little toilet paper left with no extra stock available, so I had to call for replenishment myself. Considering that the price was higher than usual due to an idol concert, it was quite disappointing overall.

Perfect for attending live events at PayPay Dome!
Thank you for staying with us. We are glad to hear that you and your wife enjoyed your stay while attending the live event at PayPay Dome. 【Room & Amenities】 This time, we stayed in an "Executive King" room. The room was spacious enough for two people, but it was disappointing that the amenities were not fully stocked. This might be due to accommodating many international guests. 【Service】 Although we have stayed here multiple times, the check-in process still takes longer than expected, which is unfortunate. 【Onsen & Bath】 The bathroom in the room lacked a shower space when staying in a twin setup, which was quite disappointing. 【Facility】 While some parts of the facility feel slightly dated, overall satisfaction remains high. However, noticeable vacancies among tenants were a downside. 【Dining】 Breakfast at the Executive Lounge had some service issues such as missing cutlery at times. Dinner was not included in our plan; however, we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious course meal at "Boukairou." 【Overall Satisfaction】 Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay! It was incredibly convenient to return to our room after purchasing live event merchandise and rest before heading back out for the concert—almost like having a private backstage area! We look forward to staying here again during future events at PayPay Dome!

I stayed here as I had business nearby. The front desk kindly upgraded my room and provided a fruit service, which made my stay exceptionally pleasant. How can we improve?
First, check-in takes unnecessarily long. The bell captain desk is slow. Notably, there is no guidance to the Room. In the lounge, meal cleanup is very slow, causing poor turnover. Cold rice balls are left out for a long time. There are no cotton swabs in the Room. The hairdryer is on par with a business hotel. All female staff at the front desk have dyed brown hair.

Breakfast is fresh and delicious!
The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. Although I expected cold ingredients from a buffet, everything was warm, freshly made, and abundant. I had noticed the breakfast improved around spring this year, but during my recent stay, it was even better. I'm looking forward to the next opportunity!

Far, expensive, low water pressure
The location is far from the center and inconvenient. The cost exceeds 30,000 yen per person without meals. The water pressure in the shower is low, making it difficult to wash quickly. On top of that, the body soap was empty. I had to step out of the bathroom while soaking wet to grab hand soap from the sink as a substitute. Both the facility and service are comparable to a budget business hotel. I stayed here because I had no other choice this time, but otherwise, I would not choose this accommodation.

Room Facilities and Amenities
There are no power outlets or USB ports by the bedside, making it very inconvenient to charge mobile phones or electronic devices. Please consider installing power outlets near the bed. The amenities in the bathroom are not sufficient. At a Hilton, more amenities should be provided without cost-cutting. For example, offering single-blade razors is unacceptable. Even Business Hotel APA Hotel provides better quality and more comprehensive amenities.

First Trip to Fukuoka
I couldn't figure out how to request amenities. My wife was troubled because they weren't provided. It would be helpful if there were clear instructions, even via a QR code. The explanations might generally lack clarity. Even when I accessed the QR code link, the instructions were hard to understand for me. Other than that, the location exceeded my expectations and we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast is excellent.
I stayed for one night on the Executive Floor after a long time, and as always, it was excellent. The breakfast selection at Hilton Fukuoka is extensive, and everything I tried was delicious and satisfying! I also used the lounge again this time, which was fantastic as always. Although late check-out should have been available until 13:00, it was only until 12:00 (unfortunate). I had hoped for a room upgrade but didn’t hear anything about it (perhaps no rooms were available). Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk is truly exceptional every time I stay!

A Fukuoka Trip Perfect for a Proposal
We stayed here during our trip to Fukuoka, which was also for a proposal. The staff kindly accommodated all our requests in advance, making it a fulfilling stay. The room was a suite with an advanced jacuzzi, and the decorations we requested were perfect. On the downside, I felt that the temperature of the sauna in the rock bath was low. It would have been better if the water pressure of the shower in the guest room was stronger and covered a wider area. Also, as is common with most hotels, improving the quality of shampoo and conditioner would be great. Other than that, there’s nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much!

The lounge was underwhelming.
This time, I stayed in a room on the floor with lounge access, but the lounge was smaller than expected and not as impressive compared to other hotels. It would be nice if beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages were available after check-in. As for the bathroom, it would be great if the bath and toilet were separate. Perhaps it's time to consider renovating the water facilities...

On your way back from a wedding...
On Sunday, August 10th, we stayed at the accommodation in Kokura with my wife’s sister’s family, making a total of five people. Despite arriving at Hakata Station past midnight due to the impact of a stationary rain front and reaching the hotel at 1 AM, we were grateful for your assistance. The restaurant staff's service and the male staff member at the front desk on our departure day provided such excellent support that it made us forget about the challenges after attending the wedding. We plan to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.

Room service was attentive, making our stay very pleasant. The early check-in process was also handled smoothly, which we appreciated. The lunch at Tomozuna was extremely delicious, and my wife enjoyed it as well. However, the Chinese dinner felt a bit too strongly flavored for our age group. It was a delightful stay after a long time with a Multiple Night Stay!

Unfortunately.
Stayed here for a business trip after several years, but the air conditioning barely worked despite the extreme heat. The bathroom drain was completely clogged, and the water pressure was too weak. The toilet didn’t flush properly in one go. The room curtains were stained and torn, making them feel unclean. Is this really what Hilton is like? I stay at various hotels for work. I usually don’t choose business hotels due to facilities and convenience, but in this case, a business hotel would have been better.

While watching a baseball game
I stayed at the adjacent accommodation while enjoying the SoftBank Hawks' "Hawk Festival." As always, the staff's excellent service and the clean, scenic room were impressive. It was a refreshing stay that helped me recover from daily fatigue. The only downside was that the return shuttle bus was significantly delayed from its scheduled time, but I felt it might be unavoidable during events at PayPay Dome. I plan to use this accommodation again if I have another opportunity. Thank you!

An Enjoyable Escape from the Ordinary
Stayed with a Hawks game package. It was my first time using this accommodation, and since the Hawks won, I had an enjoyable stay. The view from the high floor was great, and the elevator was quiet and fast, making movement stress-free. However, I think it would be even better if the room had separate bath and toilet facilities. Dinner was a course meal on the top floor, and everything was delicious. Thank you for providing such an enjoyable escape from everyday life. I would love to visit again if I have another opportunity. I could see various views of the dome!
