    A Cozy Hotel

    We stayed here for our anniversary. We wanted to relax, so we chose a Plan with in-room dining for both breakfast and dinner. You can enjoy classic French cuisine. The refined seasoning was delicious, and the main meat dish in particular was tender and outstanding. The dessert felt a bit underwhelming—I would have preferred cake rather than bavarois. Is breakfast offered only on the club floor? The Maison Kayser bread was excellent. The club lounge had a calm atmosphere, which we really liked. There isn’t a wide selection, but each item is tasty. The service felt friendly and approachable, so we could stay without feeling tense. We would definitely like to stay again.

    We were very satisfied with our stay on the Club Floor.

    I’ve stayed on club floors in Minato Mirai several times, but this was my first time at Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu where the club lounge is on a high floor with views toward the Bay Bridge. The cocktail hour drinks and light snacks were plentiful, and it was a truly satisfying club floor stay that lived up to its reputation.

    Excellent.

    Whenever I’m feeling worn out, I stay here, and it’s always the best Hotel that truly helps me relax. All of the staff are so thoughtful, and I received so much wonderful hospitality that I was able to spend my time here in complete comfort. Also, two years ago during a stay, you even kept an item I had left behind—so moving and deeply appreciated. This time I chose a Plan with breakfast included, and everything at breakfast was delicious—absolutely excellent. I’m always healed by my stays here. Thank you very much. I look forward to staying again next time.

    A delicious but slightly light dinner

    The in-room dining meal included an appetizer (three bite-sized items), a generous soup (burdock soup), a beef steak (thick-cut and delicious, with a quiche garnish and just a little vegetables), rice (we asked to change it to bread + butter), and coffee or tea (with two lemon slices). It was beautifully arranged by the window, creating a wonderfully atmospheric meal. For women who want a hearty meal, it may feel a bit light, but since there was no dessert, I had bought takeaway cake, and with that it was just the right amount. I do wish the steak came with something more filling on the side, like potatoes. In the morning, due to equipment trouble, we had breakfast at the café instead of Tosca for the first time. Their signature freshly squeezed orange juice wasn’t available, and the menu also felt smaller than usual, which was disappointing. During the trouble there was more waiting time than expected; I even heard someone next to us saying they would have to give up breakfast because they wouldn’t make their departure time. I think it would be great if takeaway options were available in such situations, like during COVID. The view from the Room is as wonderful as ever—calm and relaxing. After a few months I start missing the view from the window, so I stay regularly with my mother. As it’s becoming harder for her to dine out over time, this stay was also meant as a check before bringing her again. I’m happy when there is an in-room dining set Plan like this. Amenities are no longer individually packaged as they used to be, but what is provided suits my skin very well and I really like them. We will visit again.

    Buffet

    The view from the Room was wonderful, the Room was clean, and the sofa layout was great—I was very satisfied. However, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Due to some kind of issue, we were told the main venue could not be used and would be moved to a temporary location. On top of that, because capacity was limited, the wait time was over an hour. Since we couldn’t wait that long, we were told there was only another venue offering a Western-style buffet. It was our first stay and we had been looking forward to the buffet, so it left us extremely disappointed at the end of our trip.

    We had a wonderful stay.

    We arrived early, but you kindly accommodated an early check-in, which was very helpful. We were also able to enjoy the pool, and had a wonderful stay. With Queens Square just nearby, it was very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    A comforting, home-away-from-home feeling

    I stay here almost every time I have business in Tokyo. The limousine bus from Haneda Airport arrives right at the Hotel entrance, so even on rainy days, carrying a heavy suitcase is no hassle. The Harbor King Park View Room has large arched windows that beautifully frame the wonderful view. It’s so comfortable that I always feel sad to leave. I unpack my luggage and store everything in the chest of drawers, and it has plenty of space. If I had to ask for one thing, I’d appreciate a few more hangers. I always bring two knitwear hangers with me, but in winter I have more outerwear as well. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming, which is another reason this is my favorite Hotel.

    It was difficult to adjust the hot water temperature in the washroom and bath. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The view from the balcony was wonderful.

    Enjoyed the illumination.

    Reserved a room with a view of the Minato Mirai Ferris Wheel, perfect for the year-end illuminations. Initially planned to stroll towards Yamashita Park while enjoying the lights, but the stunning view from the room and the comfort of the Bay Club Lounge made it hard to leave the hotel. The Club Lounge not only offers great views but also has an excellent selection of snacks during cocktail time. After much deliberation, I chose Tokyu Hotel, and it was definitely the right decision.

    The service is excellent.

    This time, I stayed in a low-floor park view room. While the view from the higher floors is also stunning, I chose a lower floor to enjoy the night view of Cosmo World up close. Despite the cold season, enjoying the sparkling nightscape from the balcony while feeling the breeze was absolutely wonderful. The service at this hotel is excellent, and my stays are always pleasant—this time was no exception. I have never had an unpleasant experience here, so I can stay with peace of mind and confidently recommend it to others. The staff make eye contact and listen attentively when speaking to you, which provides a great sense of reassurance even in small conversations. Additionally, room service is very delicious. For the first time during this stay, I ordered a Japanese breakfast that included luxurious dishes like shrimp and tuna tartare—it made for an indulgent morning experience. As a Comfort Member of Tokyu Hotels, I appreciated being able to enjoy late check-out (12 PM), which allowed me to relax leisurely. One minor issue was that there were no instructions on how to use the humidifier in my room. I wasn’t sure where to add water and had to call from my room phone for clarification. Since someone else asked about this at reception as well, it would be helpful if simple instructions could be provided—please consider this suggestion!

    The Room features mo...

    The Room features modern art and ceramic containers with aroma, offering a great view. The restaurant includes an omelet station and tuna with grated yam, allowing guests to enjoy both Japanese and Western cuisine. Thank you!

    Always Comfortable

    I have stayed here multiple times, and every time the breakfast and service make for a very pleasant experience. The water-related Facility seems to have been renovated, now sparkling clean and very stylish. The faucet at the sink operates by turning the right side to the right and the left side to the left, which was a bit confusing at first. Additionally, I found it slightly challenging to figure out how to switch between the shower and faucet in the bathtub (you pull or push a square button for this). The waterfall-like shower in the shower booth is incredibly relaxing.

    The night view is beautiful.

    Luggage storage before check-in was smooth and very helpful. The Room was spacious and comfortable. I would love to use this service again. The Yokohama night view with blue lights was beautiful.

    Girls' Night Out Celebration

    Stayed on the club floor to celebrate my sister's recovery. We received a lovely gerbera flower, for which we are truly grateful. After checking in at the lounge, we headed straight to the pool. It was clean, uncrowded, and very comfortable. Despite the cold season, the indoor pool was warm and enjoyable. The pathway to the pool could be improved slightly. The pool had float rings available for fun activities, and we also enjoyed some ice cream there. A ReFa hair dryer was provided as well. During cocktail time, we sat by a window seat with a beautiful night view and enjoyed drinks and snacks while having heartfelt conversations as sisters. Breakfast timing could be chosen in advance, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely holiday morning. Both the pool staff and lounge staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I look forward to visiting again soon with this plan!

    Both sunrise and night views are beautiful.

    The weather was great, and the night view was stunning. The sunrise was also beautiful. Being directly connected to the station made transportation very convenient. The club lounge was comfortable, and the omelets and roast pork were delicious. However, the shower temperature fluctuated frequently, switching between cold water and hot water, which made it challenging to use. In summer, there are fireworks as well—I’d love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Overall, a high-standard Hotel, but leaves a faint impression.

    The bathroom is comfortable and excellent, though the use of the shower and other features can be a bit confusing. The Room has noticeable outside noise (possibly from an amusement park or event), but it becomes quiet after 9 PM. Other than that, it's comfortable, and the bed is good. Personally, I would like a capsule coffee maker in the Room. Access from the subway is convenient. Overall, it's a high-standard Hotel, but it leaves a slightly faint impression.

    New Year's Treat

    Our family has decided on Yokohama for our New Year's trip. Since we are traveling with a senior who has difficulty walking, we prefer Tokyu Hotel for its convenient car access and familiarity. This time, our request for a room close to the elevator hall was kindly accommodated. Thank you very much. The view from the Room was stunning, featuring iconic Yokohama sights like the Ferris wheel and Bay Bridge. The in-room dining option allowed us to enjoy dinner in the Room, which delighted our companion. Of course, the food was delicious as well. We will definitely visit again!

    Comfortably

    We were blessed with great weather, and the view from the Room was spectacular. The sunrise next to the Ferris wheel offered a refreshing and pleasant sight. The Room was also well-cleaned, allowing for a comfortable stay. However, it was unfortunate that we could constantly hear thumping noises from the floor above.

    Year-End and New Year Tradition

    Every year, we enjoy a luxurious time on the Bay Club Floor, which helps us forget the fatigue of the year. The meals and hospitality are impeccable. We noticed that shampoo and conditioner are now in bottle dispensers instead of individual containers, which we believe is a much better option. It might be helpful to have a detailed list for Green Coin initiatives (e.g., keeping toothbrushes as they are or exchanging only two bath towels), as it could further contribute to environmental conservation—though we understand this may be challenging. Regarding the countdown fireworks, we were unaware they started at 7 PM due to insufficient information. A simple note like "This year's fireworks will begin at 7 PM instead of after the countdown" would have been appreciated. Apologies for being particular! The hospitality was undoubtedly exceptional, and we plan to visit again this year-end. Thank you very much!

    Things to Note.

    The view from the room was great, and it was quiet, making for a pleasant stay as always. However, there was one issue that bothered me. The bed stopper(?) didn’t seem to work, and the bed moved every time I sat on it, which was very uncomfortable. This hasn’t been an issue before, so I hope you can pay attention to this in the future.

    It was very disappointing.

    I arrived around 7 PM, and there were no other guests checking in at the time. Perhaps the front desk staff was busy reviewing documents, but despite having stayed at many accommodations before, the check-in process here felt very rushed. There was no explanation about details such as the location of the elevator to access the room, where breakfast is served, or how to use key touch for the elevator. On my first night of stay, I also noticed that the bathroom drain was partially clogged, making it difficult for water to flow properly without waiting. It was disappointing overall and I believe these issues should be improved.

    About Check-Out

    With online credit card payment, I was told that if there were no additional charges at check-in, I only needed to return the key card. The small paper attached with the key card also seemed to indicate that for check-out, I just needed to hand it over to a nearby staff member. Did I misunderstand? When I handed it over to a hotel staff member near the front desk as instructed, they told me to line up at the front desk. However, after explaining that there were no additional charges and being slightly assertive, they accepted it. I may have misunderstood, but I would appreciate clearer instructions stating whether guests need to stop by the front desk during check-out even when paying in advance via online credit card payment. I apologize if my lack of familiarity with hotel stays caused any inconvenience.

    The view from the Room is wonderful.

    This was my first stay. I was impressed by the spacious room and the view of the harbor and Bay Bridge from the window! The night view is breathtaking. The amenities are well-equipped. For breakfast, I chose Japanese kaiseki instead of a buffet, and it was filled with delicious flavors from Ishikawa Prefecture—an excellent choice. I would love to stay here again.

    Bay Club Access

    I visited again with my mother, who has difficulty walking. We enjoyed a welcome drink while seated on the sofa during check-in. The thoughtful gift was truly touching. During tea time, we relaxed with sweets and drinks, and at cocktail time, we were satisfied with delicious food and beverages. Last time I stayed, I was interested in the bath pillow. When I mentioned it to the concierge, they promptly assisted me in purchasing one—thank you so much! I plan to visit regularly for a relaxing stay. Next time, I'd love to try the pool!

    【Noise】Sounds from the neighboring Room can be clearly heard.

    Despite the late hour past 2 AM, there were noisy guests, and due to the room's structure, sound from the neighboring room was completely audible, making it impossible to sleep at night. There was a mysterious non-opening door in the room through which voices from the neighboring guests could be clearly heard. I called the front desk to ask if they could request the neighboring guests to quiet down. The hotel staff promptly visited their room, and it became quiet for a moment. However, as these guests lacked manners, they quickly returned to being noisy and remained so until around 2 AM. The prompt response of the hotel staff was appreciated; however, unfortunately, I don't think I will choose this accommodation again in the future.
