    Comfortable time

    I stayed for one night with my daughter. It was about 20 years ago when I visited Canal City and saw this hotel, thinking I would like to stay here. I hadn't had the opportunity until now, but I'm glad I finally got to stay. As I imagined, it was a sophisticated hotel. The room and amenities were clean and had a calm atmosphere, and the design of the washbasin was charming, which delighted my daughter and me. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The service was excellent, and I would like to stay again. I wanted to see the Canal fountain show from the lounge, but I couldn't this time, so I hope to do so next time.

    The lounge food is

    This was my first visit since the club lounge was newly renovated. Perhaps it was because it was right after the opening last time, but compared to that time, I was a little disappointed. There might have been a theme, but the sashimi had an Asian-style sauce on it, and the Korean-style soup was not quite right. Since we're in Japan, wouldn't it be better to serve something more Japanese? I thought. The green curry was very delicious, so much so that I wished it could be on the regular restaurant menu. The lounge breakfast the next day maintained its usual quality, so I think they should stick to that direction. As for the room, it's showing its age, with stickers left on the luggage rack as shown in the photos, and I hope they maintain it properly. If there's an opportunity to renovate, I hope they change the layout where the toilet is right next to the bed. The bathtub is deep, which is nice, but as I get older, I vaguely thought it's tough to step over. Also, I felt a bit odd about the room's water being in a can of well water. Is this due to requests from inbound guests? Wasn't it possible to check in at the lounge? It was a slightly disappointing stay.

    We stayed as a famil...

    We stayed as a family. The room was comfortable, and the attentive service, including the club lounge, made my parents very happy. Thank you very much.

    Excellent service

    This was my first stay, and I regret not staying here sooner—it was an amazing Hotel. The lounge's cocktail time and breakfast selection were exceptional, surpassing any other Hotel with a club lounge I've stayed at before. The variety of sparkling wines, including Japanese options for tasting, was a delight for wine lovers. Breakfast featured a DIY seafood bowl station that was delicious and truly impressive. The staff were attentive and pleasant, making the lounge experience relaxing. They even informed us that we could use the lounge after check-out, which allowed us to rest before departing—a thoughtful touch. However, I did wonder if children are allowed during cocktail time? There were some children leaning over food trays to the point their hair touched the food or running around, which raised concerns about hygiene and safety—not an issue caused by the Hotel itself but something worth noting. I also enjoyed using the spa and sauna facilities; I appreciated that there was a high-temperature dry sauna available in the women's area as well. The Room design was functional with excellent flow between the closet, wet area, and bedroom—making it very comfortable to stay in. I would love to stay here again and will definitely recommend it to others!

    I wrote in a previous review, but...

    Stayed for two nights on the club floor. The new lounge and the newly established smoking area on the 6th floor made for a comfortable stay!! It's a hotel that makes me want to visit again!! However... The sauna in the fitness club... I previously wrote a complaint in a review... I believe the person is a member, but please stop shaving in the sauna!! (It's the same person every time) It's unsanitary and unpleasant!! I previously requested that it be prohibited with signs, but there has been no improvement at all... It's very disappointing, especially since it's a favorite facility!!

    The age is concerning.

    I visited for the first time because the club lounge was newly renovated. The lounge was bright and very comfortable. On the other hand, the age of the guest room was undeniable, and I thought I wouldn't stay for consecutive nights.
