    The lounge was disappointing.

    This is my second time using the service. I was looking forward to relaxing in the lounge recently, so I chose the Executive Stay Plan, but the lounge was crowded, and I had to wait in the Room for a while. With a 50-minute time limit, I couldn't enjoy it leisurely. Was it because the Hotel is relatively small, or was it just coincidentally crowded? The guest Room and the staff's service were excellent, which made the lounge experience disappointing.

    It was comfortable in the renovated Room.

    As an IKYU member, I was upgraded to a better Room. The renovated Room felt more comfortable than before. The TV screen was larger and easier to watch. I changed breakfast to room service, and the content had improved compared to before, which was very satisfying. Although I had a comfortable stay, it was disappointing that the quality of amenities had decreased and the price had increased.

    The room was nice, but...

    I had previously used the dining and lounge services, but this was my first time staying overnight. The hotel staff were all very accommodating, and the room was clean. After checking out, I left my car and used the shuttle bus to Umeda. The road to Umeda was a bit congested, but I finished my errands and headed back to the hotel bus stop. The traffic was quite heavy, and although the buses are supposed to come every 30 minutes, it took a while for one to arrive. I could have walked back to the hotel, but since it was raining, I patiently waited for the bus for 30 minutes. When it finally arrived and I got on, the driver repeatedly glared at the passengers and loudly warned, "I don't know when we'll arrive! It's faster to get off and walk!" With each shout, one group after another got off the bus, even families with small children. I understood that the driver was trying to avoid complaints about the delay due to traffic, and since I wasn't in a hurry, I stayed on the bus. Eventually, we departed with only seven passengers left from a full bus. I understand the driver was trying to avoid complaints about the delay, but it didn't leave a good impression.

    Used for wedding anniversary

    Thank you for the very kind and courteous service. I have used this place many times before. I am grateful for the experience as a Diamond member. I would like to visit various places in the future.

    I visited with my mother. I have used this place before and am a repeat customer. We booked a plan that allowed us to use the lounge, and the lounge was very convenient and easy to use. The room was spacious, and we enjoyed it to the fullest.

    First stay

    I stayed for the first time. The room was spacious, and the Heavenly Bed was comfortable, allowing me to relax greatly. Although the number of food items and types of alcohol during the afternoon and cocktail time at the Executive Lounge was limited, the taste was delicious and satisfying. However, since guests on the Executive Floor also needed to check in at the front desk, I thought it would be better if there was a dedicated check-in counter.

    For a change of pace

    I had been busy with my father's hospital admissions and discharges, so we decided to take a short trip nearby for a change of pace, bringing my parents and family along. The room was comfortable and cozy, but my father mentioned he wanted to enjoy a good view while having coffee and dessert, so we arranged to use the executive lounge after checking in. The location was great for strolling, and we all had a wonderful time visiting a sushi restaurant we had been curious about and taking a walk in the Grand Green. The breakfast exceeded our expectations in taste, and the attentiveness of the staff was excellent. Thank you very much.

    Relaxed atmosphere and a calming experience.

    I was able to relax without feeling any stress in all aspects, including the front desk, being guided to the room, using the room, and going out. I wish I could have stayed for consecutive nights.

    I would like something to be done as I want to use it again.

    I often use this place when I'm in Osaka. The service is friendly, for better or worse, and I think the food is delicious. The location, which is a bit far from the station, is calm and nice. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of seats in the lounge doesn't seem to match the number of guests allowed, so I had to wait and there was a time limit, which didn't allow for a relaxing experience. It's disappointing, even though I can only visit on holidays and it's always crowded. Refreshing is one of the purposes of staying. Also, it's a shame that the shampoo and other amenities are in large bottles.

    Fully enjoyed

    I decided to visit the grave after a long time and thought I might as well stay at a hotel where I could refresh, so I booked the Westin Hotel Osaka. From the wonderful hospitality starting from the arrival of the taxi, I was convinced it would be a relaxing two-night stay. The room was on the 20th floor and was spacious. It was very quiet, and I enjoyed the night view. The Westin Hotel's original Heavenly Bed provided a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was a buffet style with a wide variety of menu options, which was also satisfying. I was happy to receive various information when going out. It's nice to enjoy various benefits as a Diamond member of Ikkyu. Thanks to the hospitality of all the staff, I made wonderful memories. I sincerely thank you. Thank you very much.

    Very wonderful

    From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent, allowing for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I loved the location—close to Umeda yet away from the hustle and bustle, offering a calm atmosphere. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and would absolutely love to stay again on our next occasion.

    I want to visit again.

    I stayed here for my birthday travel. I enjoyed a variety of sweets during the afternoon tea at the lounge. The night view from the lounge was beautiful, and I also enjoyed the cocktail time. Since I didn't bring a swimsuit this time, I used the sauna and bath, but next time I would like to swim in the pool. I was very grateful for the courteous service of all the staff. The morning buffet had so many options that I couldn't try everything in one day. I wish I could have stayed another night. If there were cleansing and face wash amenities in the room, I would have given a perfect score.

    Due to the Golden We...

    Due to the Golden Week, breakfast was extremely crowded. It was a buffet, but the space for the food was narrow, making it very difficult to serve oneself. Since the paths for guests and staff were not separated, there were moments when we almost bumped into each other, and overall, it was exhausting from start to finish. I didn't really feel the benefits of the executive floor, but the staff there were very accommodating. The woman at the front desk also left a good impression.
