    I was able to relax.

    The Hotel was spacious and impressive, and in a great location. The staff were also very helpful. It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Accommodation

    It was a bit disappointing that I couldn’t watch YouTube, etc. on the TV. Other than that, I was satisfied. I stayed here to see a live show at Aichi Arts Theater. - The location is close to the venue, and there are plenty of restaurants and places nearby to spend time. - Breakfast was very delicious. Next time, I’d like to try Nadaman’s breakfast as well. - The Room was clean, and both the building exterior and interior were beautiful. - The staff were kind and explained the Facility clearly, providing pleasant service. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Highly recommended with confidence

    Because we had reserved lunch at the same Hotel, we arrived before check-in, but they allowed us to check in early and even delivered our luggage to our Room. Lunch was excellent in both quality and atmosphere. Next time, I would like to stay here with my husband.

    Breakfast in Montmartre

    The made-to-order omelet service, where you can choose your ingredients on the spot, is back. I was disappointed and thought it had ended for good, but I’m glad it has resumed—it was delicious. The shrimp cutlet sandwich had plump, tasty shrimp, but it was a shame the bread was a bit hard.

    Suite Room

    I stay in the suite a few times a year, and the staff are always courteous. I also love the quiet club lounge. The breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of options, so I always look forward to it. It’s within walking distance of Sakae, and there are convenience stores and drugstores nearby, which is very convenient.

    The breakfast select...

    The breakfast selection was excellent, including local Nagoya specialties, and everything was very delicious. The staff were all very kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and well cleaned, but I was concerned that the bath mat was already damp before use, and there was a slightly musty smell when I drew the rail curtain. Also, perhaps due to the location, I heard loud honking sounds several times early in the morning and woke up a few times. That part was a bit disappointing.

    Average

    This was my first stay at Nagoya Tokyu. As a city Hotel rather than one in a tourist area, convenience of transportation is an important factor in addition to the Facility and service. Overall, it felt average. It’s not bad by any means, but I wouldn’t call it exceptional.

    You can enjoy top-notch hospitality at an affordable price. Breakfast like this for just 10,000 yen is more than I could ask for. My future trips will definitely be with Tokyu Hotels.

    They upgraded me.

    Perhaps because this was my second stay in a row over two weeks, I was upgraded to the 14th-floor executive level. The Room had a Nespresso set, and the bed mattress had a pleasantly firm feel—Airweave. It was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. This time I brought my shoes and workout clothes, so I made full use of the gym from early morning. Some Western runners were using the treadmill—so they must be here for the Women’s Marathon. It reminded me again that if it’s within budget, it’s always better to stay here.

    Definitely not like a typical business hotel.

    When staying in Nagoya, I often used to stay at a business hotel in the Sakae/Nishiki area, but when I checked Tokyu Hotel again after a long time, I found a relatively affordable Plan, so I stayed there for the first time in about 10 years. Access from the station is a bit tricky, but if you take a taxi from Nagoya Station, it’s no problem. Once you stay here, you can really feel the difference. By the way, the gym is free to use for two hours from 6:00 to 8:00 in the morning. I didn’t bring my own shoes, so I used rental shoes—being able to work out regardless of the weather is very convenient. Very satisfied.

    This Hotel is family-friendly and welcoming to guests with children.

    I stayed with my daughter’s family. We reserved two Rooms, and in my daughter’s Room for the family with children, they had thoughtfully prepared many items for my grandchild, including pajamas, slippers, a toothbrush, a child toilet seat, a step stool for the sink area, and a diaper trash bin. It was very helpful for traveling with children. Thank you very much. We also chose Nadaman Japanese breakfast, and my grandchild seemed to find the grilled fish especially delicious and finished it all. The lounge was quiet and well stocked with snacks and sweets. I also appreciated being able to take coffee back to the Room and enjoy it there.

    A well-deserved treat for yourself

    I happened to stay here before, and I was impressed by the luxurious feel of the Room and the wide variety at the breakfast buffet. I also used the massage service, which was incredibly relaxing and excellent. A 12:00 checkout is a nice bonus too!

    A Hotel you’ll want to come back to again and again

    I stay here every time. The staff’s hospitality is truly outstanding, and I always have a comfortable stay. Their thoughtful attention to detail and warm communication make me feel at ease. The pricing is also very reasonable, and I’m very satisfied with the value for this level of service. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again in the future.

    It was a very impressive Hotel. These days, it’s rare to find a place that carries your luggage to your Room. The staff member who brought it to my Room was very courteous. The amenities in the Room are simple, but I was satisfied. The large parking lot was also very helpful. I would like to stay here again.

    It was excellent.

    It had been quite a while since my last stay. Everything was perfect, but I would have appreciated having an ice maker available for self-service. I suppose I could have asked the staff, but I wasn’t sure about the instructions, so I let it go. It would also be nice if the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much!

    I frequently visit Nagoya, and this property remains my top choice due to its excellent location, convenient parking, reasonable quality, and great value for money. This time, there was a minor issue for which I apologize for the trouble caused to the staff. However, I deeply appreciate their kind and professional response. While it's best if no issues arise, knowing that they handle situations properly gives me confidence to continue staying here in the future.

    As a historic Tokyu ...

    As a historic Tokyu Hotel, the staff's hospitality was truly kind and exceptional. However, to mention a few points: There was a band-aid stuck on the peephole from inside the Room, and the sanitary bag for women still contained items left by previous guests.

    The breakfast buffet was disappointing.

    The hotel is a bit far from the station, but I chose it because it had good access to the places I wanted to visit this time. The front desk staff provided excellent service and made me feel at ease. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. The table we were guided to was terrible—it was at the very end, fully visible from the outside corridor, making it uncomfortable and cold with a draft around our feet. For some reason, only a few seats in that area had cheap-looking chairs that felt like they belonged in a food court of a local shopping center. I think hotel staff should try dining at those tables themselves once. There were open tables by the window with nice views or closer to the food area, so it was truly upsetting why we were seated there instead. The variety of dishes was limited, and none of them stood out as particularly delicious. Desserts were also scarce, making this breakfast experience one of the most disappointing I've had at hotels in this class so far.

    Spacious and comfortable

    The spacious layout was very accommodating for my father in a wheelchair. The parking lot was not mechanical, allowing us to freely go back and forth multiple times for loading and unloading luggage, which was very convenient.

    First Time in Nagoya

    It was my first time in Nagoya. While waiting for check-in, I consulted with a female staff member about renting a car, and she provided very courteous assistance. Thank you. When I entered the Room, I wanted to have some coffee but noticed that the sugar had not been replenished, and unfortunately, the toilet cleaning was not thorough. During my Multiple Night Stay, on the first night, I couldn't sleep due to noise from above? from midnight until early morning. For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal which was very delicious.

    All staff members were friendly and had wonderful smiles. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center with excellent transportation access. The underground parking lot is spacious, but the narrow parking spaces do not accommodate the width of modern cars well. Some cars occupied two spaces, creating a chaotic situation that could be improved. The entrance and lobby exude a classic city hotel atmosphere with a sense of grandeur. The renovated rooms have a mix of Japanese and Western styles, but the lack of cohesion in layout and design gave an impression of patchwork, making it feel somewhat cheap. However, the fresh flowers placed in the room were lovely. The walls are thin, allowing sounds from above to be heard inside and indoor noises to leak outside easily. The breakfast buffet offered unique Nagoya-style dishes that were interesting; however, there was almost no fresh fruit or juice available, and many side dishes seemed to be reheated frozen items commonly found elsewhere. Honestly speaking, it did not feel worth the price charged for breakfast—perhaps staying in a more affordable room would have changed this impression given current economic challenges. Despite these comments, my overall stay was pleasant. While the facility's age and limitations are evident, hospitality was impeccable—it’s all about people after all! I hope for updates to match such an outstanding team of staff members in this Hotel's Facility moving forward!

    The room was dark.

    I used this for a dinner show trip. Since I only needed a place to sleep, I reserved the most affordable room. As a result, it felt dark as soon as I entered! It seemed a bit old. However, the dinner show meal was very delicious.
