    I was able to relax....

    I was able to relax. However, the staff in charge of omelets at the club lounge in the morning was not very pleasant. When my mother mistakenly tried to take an omelet that was placed on the counter for another guest, the staff said in an irritated tone, "This is for someone else!" My elderly mother was surprised and apologized. It was somewhat distressing.

    The proximity to the station is good.

    Direct access to the station is very convenient. I think personal preferences may vary, but I found the bed too soft and not very comfortable to sleep on.

    I will stay here again.

    Good points: You can reach it from the station through the underground mall without getting wet, there are many shops nearby, the room is spacious, room service is available 24 hours, there is a UCC coffee machine, there is an iron, and the breakfast buffet is incredibly delicious (I didn't know Kanagawa had so many delicious things). Areas for improvement: It seems like you wash your body in the shower room and then soak in the bathtub? The structure is such that the shampoo and other amenities are only in the shower room, and there is a distance between the two... It would be nice if there was at least a mat to connect them. I had planned to stay at another hotel, but due to weather conditions, I ended up staying here at the last minute, and I will definitely stay here again next time.

    August 5th I stayed with my mother, who uses a walker. I am filled with gratitude for the consideration of all the hotel staff. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

    Reception

    ① When they brought the luggage we had left in advance at check-in, they said, "I'll leave it here," and went somewhere. We realized that we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Since we had a lot of luggage due to our extended stay, we weren't sure if we could use a cart... ② While we were waiting in line to check in, they guided customers who arrived later before us. I felt it would have been better if they had explained the reason and politely excused themselves. ③ There was a lack of communication from some of the reception staff. ④ Although not at the reception, the cleaning staff did a very thorough job, allowing us to use the room very comfortably. Thank you very much.

    I was able to relax.

    Check-out was at 12:00, and I had breakfast via room service. I was surprised by the amount of breakfast, which was more than I expected. I would like to use this service again. I don't think the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is worth the price.

    Adequate service without excess or deficiency.

    A location almost directly connected to Yokohama Station West Exit. An easily accessible parking lot. A simple guest room with no complaints whatsoever. In terms of hardware, although the facilities feel slightly dated, it embodied "The Sheraton" with a sense of uniformity found in Sheratons nationwide. Every hotel staff member provided service with a big smile, deserving of five stars. We were also well taken care of in the parking lot, making it a satisfying stay in terms of the soft aspects. I will definitely repeat my stay. Thank you very much.

    I was looking forward to the club lounge, but I couldn't use it.

    It was my first time with a club floor plan, but all three reservation slots were fully booked, so I couldn't use it. If I can't use it, there's no point in choosing the club floor... It just ends with "It's a shame I couldn't use it." ~ It seems you can take drinks away, but it doesn't make sense. For those using the club floor lounge at this hotel, please be cautious.

    Good accessibility

    I booked it for a guest visiting Japan. The hotel itself feels a bit old, but I think the access to Yokohama Station is very good. (It can be a bit of a detour if you take a taxi from YCAT, but the train access is excellent.) We dined outside the hotel, but the bakery Dore on B1 offers very delicious items, which is helpful if you want a light meal or breakfast in your room. Thank you very much.

    I stayed here on a business trip. At check-in, what is the question about whether to use a credit card or cash if charges occur? I've never been asked this at any other reputable hotel. The location is good. I was satisfied with the room amenities. I had a plan that included breakfast, but unfortunately, I couldn't use it due to work commitments.

    Room only stay

    I have stayed at the Sheraton more than five times. This time, I stayed without meals for about 20,000 yen. Previously, I could stay on the club floor for this amount. I thought it had become quite expensive. The bed was too soft and saggy. There was also a bit of a masculine smell. At check-in, the front desk staff didn't ask about the newspaper, so it wasn't delivered. When I mentioned this at check-out, they said I needed to request it at check-in. I didn't know that. It was unfriendly. It's a shame because I liked the Sheraton and stayed there many times. The newspaper

    A girls' night out after a long time

    It was a girls' gathering for the first time in five years. The hotel is directly connected to the station, making access excellent! The room was spacious, equivalent to two rooms, allowing us to chat until late at night. The breakfast was also delicious! The tuna from Misaki was especially superb! We had a very happy time.

    This time, my sister...

    This time, my sister and I planned early to stay on the club floor for a birthday celebration. We were delighted to be upgraded by the hotel and stayed in a wonderful room. There were small flowers prepared for the two of us in the room! During tea time, there were pon de ring donuts and chocolates, and the cocktail time was also fulfilling. We had a 5,000 yen hotel credit, so we used it at the hotel's bakery, but the 1,000 yen bread set that was available during our last stay was no longer available, so we purchased bread while calculating. I hope it will be revived. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

    None of the Diamond benefits could be used.

    The location was very good, and the room was clean. I did think it would be better if there were more power outlets in necessary places, but I believe it was within an acceptable range. The breakfast was delicious. However, it seemed to be a bit challenging when there weren't enough plates or when it was crowded. What I felt most was that, despite being a Diamond member, I couldn't use any services. Other hotels offer things like vouchers, room upgrades, or snacks in the room that all members can use, but here, the benefits were experiential, like late check-out until 2 PM or free gym access, which didn't match this stay, leaving me a bit puzzled. I thought it might not be necessary to advertise it as exclusive to Diamond members. As long as I can stay and pay normally, that's fine.
