    It was an extraordinary experience.

    I had the opportunity to use the club lounge. My plans finished earlier than expected, so I arrived ahead of schedule. While I initially planned to wait in the lounge until check-in time, I was kindly allowed to enter my room early as it was ready. The view from the lounge was stunning, and I was thrilled to see Tokyo Tower, which I hadn't anticipated. As someone who primarily enjoys Japanese cuisine, I deducted one star for the meal options. However, all staff members were pleasant and welcoming, making my stay very comfortable. Additionally, being able to use the fitness facilities free of charge made for a fulfilling experience. Thank you very much!

    Overall, the Facility and services were satisfactory. However, the breakfast had limited variety and seemed to use lower-grade ingredients, leaving few appealing options. It would be better to improve by increasing variety and creativity—currently comparable to a Business Hotel. While staff checked on food replenishment, there was little attention given to clearing used dishes from tables or cleaning around them. Straws and napkins left on the floor after previous guests were ignored as new guests were seated nearby. For a first-class Hotel, we expect better staff training and more consideration for customers.

    I always use this accommodation when traveling to Yokohama. The luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out, along with the direct connection to Yokohama Station, makes it a convenient choice. The room was spacious and provided a relaxing space to unwind from travel fatigue. Although the room this time was not on the station side, so I couldn't enjoy much of the night view or scenery, it was quiet and allowed for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, having separate bathroom and toilet facilities as well as two sinks made morning preparations smooth. The breakfast restaurant Compass had a new layout compared to last year, offering a more spacious and comfortable dining experience. Being able to choose our seats was also an excellent improvement. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options that made it hard to decide what to eat each time! Everything was delicious and very satisfying. It was great to enjoy local specialties like Kintaro Milk and Misaki Tuna from Kanagawa Prefecture. The rice balls prepared by the chef were perfectly sized and very tasty, while my friend particularly enjoyed the omelet, praising its flavor enthusiastically. The staff's service was professional with consistent quality and elegance that ensured a comfortable stay with peace of mind. If I travel to Yokohama again next year, I would definitely like to stay here again!

    After completing the check-in process at the front desk, the staff informed us that they had upgraded our Room. Additionally, they extended the check-out time from 12:00 to 13:00. The Room felt luxurious, and my friends and I were thrilled. We had an amazing time and are very grateful.

    Direct access to Yokohama Station is truly convenient.

    For our special occasion, we had plans that required us to move around a lot, so having the hotel directly connected to Yokohama Station was indeed very convenient. Unfortunately, due to our own schedule this time, we could only partially enjoy the benefits of the Club Lounge. However, for occasions like anniversaries, staying in a room on the Club Lounge floor is definitely desirable. We look forward to staying here again.

    I occasionally stay for one night to enjoy the pool in the Hotel's gym. It is a sophisticated urban gym and pool conveniently located near the station. The Room's bathroom is exceptionally comfortable, with a separate shower room and bathtub that are worth trying. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, and the bathtub fills up quickly with plenty of water, making it satisfying even for those who are impatient. The warm hospitality of the Club Lounge staff, accompanied by their natural smiles, creates a relaxing atmosphere that makes it enjoyable to use. One of the highlights is experiencing the offerings provided at different times in the lounge. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to visiting again next time!

    Conveniently located in front of the station

    Conveniently located right next to Yokohama Station. The front desk staff provided a pleasant and friendly service. The room was clean and satisfactory. I would consider staying here again if I need accommodation near Yokohama Station.

    The buffet was excellent.

    I was very satisfied with the abundant use of ingredients that let me experience Kanagawa. I also thought the information provided on the table was creatively arranged. I forgot to take photos at the buffet. This has become a Hotel I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Overall, very satisfied.

    The atmosphere of the Hotel, including the flowers and services, was very pleasant. The Room was spacious enough to relax comfortably. However, there was a hair under the white stand in the shower booth that did not belong to me or my companion, and the seal around the drain was peeling off, which felt unpleasant. Still, it is convenient as it has direct access to Takashimaya, so I would use it again if I have another occasion.

    I use the Hotel as a reward for myself. The staff provides a sense of security, making my stay comfortable. I look forward to the flowers in the lobby every month. It would be great if seafood curry were available on the room service menu.

    In June, I stayed in a Premium King Room (46 sqm, Breakfast Included Plan). As a Diamond Member benefit, I enjoyed a room upgrade, early check-in from 2 PM, late check-out until 2 PM, and complimentary access to the fitness area, allowing for a relaxing and extended hotel stay. The direct connection to Yokohama Station West Exit made the location extremely convenient. While shopping or dining at nearby commercial facilities was seamless without leaving the premises, I opted for the hotel's Hokkaido Fair (Dinner Buffet) instead of adding Club Lounge access. The dishes were delicious with minimal crowding, providing a calm dining experience. The room featured a highly functional layout with easy access to the bathroom and closet, making it comfortable even for two people. The soundproofing was excellent; noise from adjacent rooms or hallways was barely noticeable. The view was also remarkable as there were no tall buildings nearby—offering an open vista stretching far into the distance. Breakfast was served buffet-style with both Japanese and Western options featuring ingredients sourced from Kanagawa Prefecture. It offered a local touch while being deliciously satisfying. The venue wasn’t crowded either, allowing for an unhurried start to the morning.

    Extra beds are easily accommodated.

    Stayed for three nights from May 7th to celebrate my wife and granddaughter's birthdays. For two of the nights, we requested an extra bed as our eldest daughter joined us. The additional charge was a reasonable 6,380 yen per night, and the flexible arrangements gave us peace of mind even when her plans were undecided until the last minute. Above all, this hotel is conveniently located near Yokohama Station, making it perfect for family meals and shopping. Whenever we visit Tokyo, we always choose this hotel. My wife, who has weak legs, is also very satisfied with its excellent location. The staff's service seemed brighter and more welcoming than before.

    Wonderful Hotel

    We stayed in one room as a family of four. Four beds were prepared, and the two main beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The remaining two sub-beds were also sufficiently good. The room was, of course, clean. The bathroom was also clean. All the staff provided pleasant responses. We didn’t have meals this time, but we’d like to try them next time.

    I live in Yokohama, ...

    I live in Yokohama, so I don't often have the chance to stay here, but I decided to try it out with a friend visiting from another prefecture! The Room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax. I appreciated that the shower booth and bathtub were separate instead of a unit bath. When I requested a set of makeup remover and lotion, it was promptly delivered to the Room, which was very helpful. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room's window was stunning! Security felt reliable as a card key was required to access guest floors via the elevator. Thanks to the Diamond privilege, we enjoyed a late check-out at 2 PM, making our stay even more leisurely. It was an incredibly satisfying experience!

    It was very comfortable.

    I stayed for two nights for the first time in two years. They smoothly handled my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was great. The Room was prepared on a high floor as I requested, which was nice. The Room was clean, and a humidifier was provided, allowing me to stay without worrying about dryness. The breakfast buffet was so appealing that it was hard to choose, and everything was delicious. It was prepared with a theme of local production for local consumption, allowing me to enjoy the delicious foods of Kanagawa, which was very satisfying. I was particularly impressed to be able to eat Misaki tuna. The staff also smoothly accommodated my request to borrow a smartphone charger, which was helpful. The hotel is directly connected to Yokohama Station, making it very convenient, and the staff's service was excellent. The Room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very delicious... everything was excellent. I would definitely like to use this hotel again when I visit Yokohama. Thank you for taking care of me for three days and two nights.

    Simplified

    I have stayed at the Sheraton many times. I often go to other hotels as well, and while many things are simplified, which has its advantages, unfortunately, it seems that too much is omitted, making it difficult to enjoy the stay. It's disappointing. There is a lack of hospitality.

    Directly connected to the station, convenient

    I used it to attend a live concert at Yokohama Stadium. Since we were arriving quite late and I was with my elderly mother, we chose this Hotel directly connected to the station. The lounge food during cocktail time included ramen, which was great. It was enough to fill us up. However, during the day, the offerings were mostly sweets, so it would have been nice to have at least one meal option like sandwiches or curry. Besides the breakfast in the lounge, we could also choose breakfast at Compass, which was very satisfying. It was also great that they used local products from Kanagawa. Although it's been a long time since the Hotel opened, maintenance is well done, and we had a comfortable stay. From a Japanese perspective, I would prefer the bath and toilet to be separate spaces. Despite being a large Hotel, the staff's attentiveness was impressive, and they responded kindly to us who arrived on the last flight from Fukuoka, which made us very happy. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
