My elderly parents, our dog, and I stayed here and were very well taken care of. We wanted to soak in an Onsen, enjoy delicious food, relax nearby, and stay at an Accommodation that treats dogs as family—and this place fulfilled all the wishes of the three of us plus one dog. The staff were truly pleasant and spoke kindly to our demanding dog, giving him lots of affection. The meals were thoughtfully planned and delicious; we were very satisfied to be able to enjoy both the local Hamana Lake gyoza and eel. The dog buffet was also wonderfully well provided for.The Onsen was clean with a great view, and we were able to relax and enjoy it at a leisurely pace.Just one small point: compared with the entrance area, the door opening/closing space takes up quite a bit of width, so it felt slightly inconvenient when all of us were going in and out together.We have already decided we would love to stay again. We look forward to seeing you then!

It was my first time here, and it was the best place I’ve ever stayed!First, the Room floor is made of a material that can be wiped clean right away in case my dog has an accident, which gave me peace of mind.The welcome drink and cake, as well as the meals, were incredibly delicious!I was also surprised that even alcohol was all-you-can-drink!We could bring our dog to the dining area, and they even provided a cart. They also had treats and meals prepared for dogs, which made me very happy.My dog tried goat milk and steamed chicken for the first time and loved it.The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very spotless, and we had a wonderful view over Lake Hamana from both the Room and the large public bath.All of the staff were friendly and pleasant, so we had a very comfortable stay.I’d love to come again.
