From the moment we stepped into the room, our family was amazed by its spaciousness and luxury. We were able to enjoy a relaxing and indulgent time. This accommodation became one of the most memorable highlights of our 3-night, 4-day trip. The room was equipped with cooking utensils and appliances, which was very convenient. I was especially grateful to be able to iron my blouse that had become wrinkled in my suitcase. We also appreciated being able to reserve multiple private onsens, showing your thoughtful consideration. However, while using a private onsen with the door locked, we heard someone trying to turn the doorknob from outside as if attempting to enter. After finishing our bath and stepping out, there was a man standing in front of the door waiting, which was quite frightening. It might have been due to staff not being present at that time for guidance or clarification; however, it would be better if there were some indication like "In Use" displayed during usage for improvement.All staff members greeted us with warm smiles throughout our stay; their hospitality left a great impression on us. The meals were delicious, and we captured stunning photos of Mount Yotei's breathtaking scenery—creating unforgettable memories.Thank you very much!

The hospitality at the Hotel is excellent. Great service, convenience, and high-quality restaurants—everything was perfect. I would love to stay here again and again.
