A new restaurant will open in July 2026!
Enjoy a "Dinner Buffet" featuring seasonal delicacies from Hokkaido, with a focus on ingredients from the Okhotsk region. Indulge in approximately 60 dishes, including fresh seafood from the Sea of Okhotsk, Hokkaido-grown vegetables, and dairy products.
At the main open kitchen, savor Abashiri Wagyu steak, salmon chanchan-yaki (grilled salmon with miso), butter-grilled scallops from Hokkaido, and seasonal tempura (such as asparagus and pond smelt). Sushi and sashimi highlighting the bounty of the sea will also be available!

The dinner buffet includes free-flow drinks such as draft beer, red wine, white wine, shochu highballs, whiskey sours, various cocktails, and soft drinks. *Additional charges apply for some menu items.
*Please note that our current Japanese set meals ("Kohan no Zen," "Shiosai Zen," "Okhotsk Isaribi Zen," "Nagomi Zen," etc.) will be discontinued after June 30th, 2026.
