【Special Circumstances for Cancellation Fee Waiver】
1. When a special weather warning is issued by the Meteorological Agency for the area of the accommodation on the check-in or check-out date.
2. When trains scheduled to be used on the check-in or check-out date are suspended, or flights are canceled due to natural disasters and qualify for a no-charge cancellation fee waiver.
3. When physical access to the accommodation is impossible due to highway/major road closures on the scheduled check-in day.
4. If you need to change your stay dates due to fever or illness, provided that it is within 90 days from the original check-in date, with the same accommodation, same number of nights, and same number of rooms; this can only be done once.
5. If a new reservation with identical details (same accommodation, same dates, and same number of rooms) as your canceled reservation can be confirmed.
6. If changes involving guest count, room type, or accommodation plan are made without altering accommodations/dates/number of rooms by one day prior to check-in.
