We aim to create a Property that, while imperfect, conveys heartfelt hospitality by inheriting the traditions and sentiments of our predecessors that must be preserved. Cherishing the traditions and spirit passed down through generations, we strive to provide what our guests seek through conversations and interactions, without being bound by forms or rules, and assist in creating joyful memories. We hope each guest completes their own "Kisoji Story." This is the role we believe On-Yado Tsutaya should fulfill as a Ryokan. Fusion of tradition and modernity - Ogotsu banquet cuisine
Kyōō cuisine refers to the dishes served to special guests who visited the magistrates of Kiso during the Edo period. "Ogottso" is a term used in the Kiso region to describe a feast prepared for guests. In other words, Kyōō cuisine Ogottso is a "heartfelt hospitality cuisine" that has been passed down through generations along the Kiso Road. Using an abundance of seasonal ingredients and locally sourced vegetables, the dedicated chefs of On-Yado Tsutaya create dishes that blend traditional techniques with flexible and innovative ideas. These meticulously crafted meals are sure to add a touch of color to your travel memories.

The owner is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and delicious vegetables for our guests every day. "Since it goes into our customers' mouths, it is my responsibility as the owner to ensure safety and quality," says the owner with great passion. Seasonal vegetables are harvested and prepared in a way that highlights their natural flavors, infused with the owner's heartfelt care.

The features of staying at Onyado Tsutaya include the ability to choose from five different Rooms. A Room where you can feel the breeze blowing through the Kisoji and enjoy the murmuring of the Kiso River if you listen closely. A Room with an open-air bath, limited to two Rooms, offering an upgraded holiday experience with exclusive views of the Kiso Valley. A Japanese-style Room with a calm atmosphere, wrapped in the faint scent of wood. The most affordable Room at Onyado Tsutaya. The price varies depending on the Room, but the meals and services are exactly the same. You can choose a Room according to your budget and the purpose of your trip.
