Thank you very much for your continued patronage. At Nabeya Honkan, in response to COVID-19, we place the health and safety of our guests and staff as our top priority. To ensure you can stay with peace of mind, we have implemented the following measures. As a result, some services may not be provided as usual. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. 1. Health checks before work We thoroughly check staff body temperature and ensure hand sanitization. Any staff member with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, or who is feeling unwell, will stay at home as a precaution. 2. Mandatory mask wearing To protect guest health and safety and maintain public hygiene, all staff wear masks. 3. Thorough handwashing and sanitization by staff After entering the office or using restrooms, staff must wash hands with soap and sanitize thoroughly. 4. Refraining from non-essential outings and gatherings We prohibit non-essential business trips, ban overseas travel, and instruct staff to refrain from attending events where large numbers gather as well as workplace dining or meetings. 1. Additional hypochlorous acid disinfectant solution and alcohol sanitizer stations We have added more sanitizer stations in the lobby, in front of elevators on each floor, restaurants, restrooms, etc., to make them easier for guests to use. 2. Enhanced regular disinfection We thoroughly disinfect frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, Room keys/cards (as applicable), breakfast tickets/vouchers (as applicable), restroom doors/handles, etc. We also have space humidifying sterilizers installed at the front desk area/lobby/restaurants (as applicable). You may occasionally notice a chlorine-like smell; please be assured it is not harmful to your health. 3. Thorough ventilation We ensure thorough ventilation throughout the building and dining venues/areas (as applicable). 4. Installation of acrylic partitions to prevent droplet transmission/infection prevention screens at reception/front desk area(s) (as applicable) Acrylic partitions are installed at reception/front desk area(s). 5.Health condition confirmation for staying guests At check-in time/arrival time , we ask guests to complete a health questionnaire/survey form ,and we will confirm body temperature using a non-contact thermometer. 6.Social distancing measures We display waiting position markers with spacing during check-in so that distance between guests can be maintained. If congestion cannot be avoided ,we may conduct check-in in the lobby instead of at the front counter. 7.Removal of paper materials in common areas Newspapers/pamphlets available for browsing in common areas will be removed until further notice. *During this prevention period ,some standard Facility services may be temporarily suspended without prior notice. Regarding seating spacing in dining venues: A certain amount of space will be secured between tables/seats. - To help prevent infection spread ,guests experiencing symptoms such as shortness of breath,fatigue,persistent cough,sore throat,and/or fever are asked to refrain from traveling. Please note that even with a Reservation,we may refuse Accommodation if you are unwell. - As part of cough etiquette,we ask for your cooperation in wearing a mask. - If you feel unwell during your stay ,please inform nearby staff immediately. *Please note that these measures may be updated in accordance with policies issued by the Japanese government /relevant authorities.We will provide an updated notice if changes occur.
