Unfortunately.
There was just one disappointing point.　　　It was that I reserved a corner Room. I assumed a corner Room would have a better view, but out of the 19 Rooms, the corner Rooms were four Rooms on the hillside at the back with no view. By contrast, the front-side Rooms had a great view overlooking Yugawara’s Ryokan district. It may have been my misunderstanding, but since “corner Room” was highlighted, it was disappointing to be placed in a back-facing Room. Everything else offered excellent value for money, so next time I’d like to make a Reservation for a front-side Room.

About Amenities
Upon arrival, we were given one night’s worth of cleansing oil and toner, but we couldn’t find a hairbrush anywhere—it wasn’t in the bathroom or the Room. When we were leaving, we discovered that brushes were available near the entrance as a self-service amenity. I wish we had been informed at check-in; that was the only disappointing part.
