There are no amenities in the Room, and you can choose your loungewear yourself from the selection on the first floor. The building, Rooms, and large public bath are all new and very clean. Free water and coffee are available, and there is also a small lounge area. The Room is quite small and mostly taken up by the bed, but it’s very efficient and easy to stay in—possibly the best value in the area. I would like to stay here again.
aramis17712 4/15/2026Access the Shinkansen platform through the South Gate (No. 7) of Shin-Osaka Station. It looks like a metro gate, but you can pass through by tapping your IC card. Navigating outside the station can be complicated and feels unsafe at night.The Room is small but sufficient for sleeping purposes. The public bath was excellent; since it was past 11:30 PM, there were few people, and I was the last one there.The USB port in the Room was out of order, so I couldn't charge my phone as I only brought a cable. Nowadays, some places provide both cables and chargers, but here you'll need to bring your own charger.I registered on Line to receive complimentary water as promised but didn’t get any... There wasn’t any water in the Room’s fridge either, leaving me thirsty and unable to sleep during the night.The Lawson convenience store in front of the Hotel might not be ideal; consider buying from FamilyMart or within Shin-Osaka Station instead.
