We appreciate your understanding as some measures may cause inconvenience. ■ Alcohol-based sanitizers are available at the entrance, front desk, dining area, each bathhouse, and lounge. ■ Disposable gloves are provided upon request at the breakfast venue. ■ All facilities and equipment are thoroughly disinfected during cleaning. ■ High-touch areas are disinfected, cleaned, or replaced during operating hours. ■ For disinfection tasks, we use the following solutions with safety in mind: ・Alcohol-based sanitizer ・Sodium hypochlorite solution ・Alkaline electrolyzed water ■ Protective screens have been installed in areas with frequent face-to-face interactions. ■ Pole partitions and markers have been set up to maintain proper spacing between guests while queuing. ■ Seating arrangements have been adjusted to maximize distance between guests wherever possible. ■ Time adjustments are made during peak hours or crowded locations to alleviate congestion as much as possible. ■ Areas where outside air can be introduced are ventilated continuously or periodically. ■ In spaces where ventilation with outside air is difficult, exhaust fans or air conditioners operate to prevent stagnant air circulation. ■ During room cleaning, priority is given to ventilation with outside air. ■ Shuttle buses operate with fixed external air intake via air conditioning systems while keeping some windows open for ventilation. ■ All staff members wear masks at all times. ■ In areas such as dining venues or large baths where guest mask-wearing may be challenging, staff also wear face shields in addition to masks. ■ Kitchen staff wear both masks and gloves while preparing food. ■ Staff practice thorough handwashing or sanitize their hands using alcohol-based solutions after each task. ■ Temperature checks and health assessments are conducted daily before work starts for all staff members. ■ Staff showing any signs of illness do not report to work but instead promptly seek medical attention while providing regular health updates.
