Enjoy your own special moments in a spacious and relaxing environment. The Onsen features a simple alkaline hot spring with a high pH value, offering a smooth and silky texture. At "Seiryukan," you can exclusively enjoy this Onsen in the privacy of your own room. Guests staying with us also have access to the Onsen facilities at "Yukaen" and "Nagomi no Yu," located within the premises. Indulge in a luxurious adult getaway at our Property.
The food was outstanding.We upgraded to a higher-grade dinner course, and everything was delicious—not only the main dish, but also the sides and even the pickles.For dessert at an Accommodation dinner, I usually prefer something simple like fresh fruit and sorbet (since I’m already full), and this was exactly that—truly perfect from start to finish.Breakfast was of course excellent as well; the milk and the tomato juice my husband ordered were both rich and flavorful. You can really tell that an Accommodation with great food doesn’t cut corners, even on details like these.If I had to mention one thing, the lounge’s complimentary drinks are served from a typical family-restaurant-style soft drink machine, so I’d love to see more attention there too...I was also happy that the Room had a high-quality Panasonic hair dryer. And since it’s an Onsen Accommodation, having plenty of towels is a big plus!We’ll definitely be back!
Travel*** 3/25/2026The Onsen water is silky and leaves your skin smooth.The large public bath at the neighboring Accommodation is a bit far, but it’s worth going.This was my second stay, and the whole Accommodation felt warm and quiet, so I could relax at a leisurely pace.I also appreciated that there were two towels per person.The meals were so plentiful I could hardly finish them. The sashimi was fresh and thick-cut, the ingredients felt luxurious, and everything—from shark fin to meat to fish—was delicious.If I had to mention something, I’d be happy if the toothbrushes were a bit higher quality.Also, for breakfast, it might be nice if you could choose a Western-style option. It feels like a waste since you bake those souvenir croissants.Breakfast already comes with lots of side dishes and I was very satisfied, but I’d love to try a Western breakfast here too.There are many cedar trees around, so my car ended up covered in yellow pollen—this area might be a bit tough during allergy season.I’d love to visit again.

From the windows, you can gaze upon natural landscapes that take you far away from the everyday. Designed to let you fully experience its charm and spend rich, fulfilling moments, this Property allows you to have the Onsen of Yama no Kami all to yourself. Within the grounds, there is an English garden-style garden. Inside Yukaen, there is a grand open-air bath spanning approximately 50 tatami mats for both men and women. As an annex to Yukaen of Yama no Kami Onsen, this Property not only lets you enjoy the allure of Seiryukan but also the charm of Yukaen and the entire Yama no Kami Onsen, offering a blissful time in harmony with nature.
All guest rooms at Seiryukan are equipped with hot spring baths sourced directly from the spring.
Guests staying at our property can enjoy the onsen "Toyosawa no Yu" and "Komorebi no Yu" at Yukaen, as well as the day-use onsen facility "Nagomi no Yu."
Course meals to enjoy the seasonal flavors of Iwate.
Our dinner features a course meal that abundantly incorporates the seasonal flavors of Iwate. The main dishes include a double main of Iwate-produced Wagyu beef and seasonal fish. Other dishes are also unique and diverse, starting with colorful appetizers, followed by sashimi, steamed dishes, and more, all prepared using seasonal ingredients in a traditional kaiseki style. The course consists of about 10 dishes, including rice and pickles. For breakfast, you can enjoy a vibrant and colorful menu to start your day. We invite you to savor the meals at our facility.
