    Thank you so much for all your help during our stay. We stayed at the Hotel for a graduation ceremony held at a venue near the Hotel. You kindly accommodated an early-morning kimono dressing, and after the ceremony you also guided us to take photos with the diploma certificate—thank you for everything.The hakama was comfortable until the end of the ceremony and stayed perfectly in place. When it was time for photos, the person who dressed me in the morning even came again to check and adjust it, which made the day truly wonderful.The Room was spacious enough for three of us, even with large suitcases opened, and the extra bed was very comfortable as well. I am also truly grateful that you smoothly introduced a clinic when my mother started feeling unwell.The cake we had at SATSUKI was exactly what you’d expect from SATSUKI—absolutely delicious. This is definitely our number one choice of Hotel in Makuhari. Thank you very much.

  • An Affordable Yet Elegant Solo Trip

    The view from the top-floor lounge was amazing. The Room was also very comfortable—a sea-view corner twin with lovely floral decor. With an excellent off-season Plan that included JPY 5,000 in credit, we were able to cover both the lounge cakes and a delicious Chinese dinner. One downside was that we were only informed at the last minute that a TV crew would be filming during breakfast, which was disappointing. We could decline the interview, but if we had known in advance, we would have avoided that time and enjoyed a calmer meal. Still, this is a great Hotel for a spontaneous getaway from the city to see the ocean. I’d definitely like to stay again.
