I booked a Room with a private bath for a trip with my mother. Although I wasn’t familiar with the area, the location is excellent, and you can enjoy a relaxing bath while looking out over Shirarahama Beach. Dinner and breakfast are also served in the in-Room dining area. The Room is spacious and comfortable, as it was created by combining two Rooms during renovation. There is also a massage chair by the window, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view of Shirarahama Beach. The meals were delicious as well. I would love to stay again.

Because our Room had an open-air bath, we were glad we could enjoy the Onsen even with our 1-year-old daughter who is not yet out of diapers. Since it was an ocean-side Room, the view was amazing. While my husband and I took turns watching our daughter, I was also able to use the large public bath, which was very relaxing. The Room was very spacious and had a low bed as well as floor futons. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary water and plum juice for each guest; I especially appreciated the plum juice—it was refreshing and delicious. In the first-floor lounge, coffee is available 24 hours a day, and there are also food services depending on the time of day. Dinner is served in two seatings, so different food is offered for each group—such thoughtful hospitality. At dinner, they prepared a private room with a child’s chair, and our daughter even received a luxurious kids’ set meal. Each time an adult dish was served, various staff members kindly spoke to her—“You’re doing great eating! Good job!”—which made us very happy. Of course, every adult dish was outstanding as well, and we were especially excited about the large sashimi boat platter! (We won’t post photos so it can be a surprise for future guests.) Since you can adjust what’s included in the service based on how much you eat personally, we were completely satisfied with both quantity and quality. If there’s one thing to watch out for, it’s simply not overeating. Haha. The souvenir shop on the first floor is open late at night too, so it was convenient to casually stop by to pick up extra drinks or souvenirs. A few years ago, I stayed in a one-floor type accommodation. This time, it was a two-story accommodation, and since it was a two-night stay, I could enjoy individual time without any stress. I used the accommodation to spend the New Year holidays in a lively way, but the surrounding environment was calm, and thanks to the considerate behavior of other guests, it felt very comfortable. The amenities and equipment were impeccable, and I hope this quality will be maintained. Thank you for supporting us to have such a wonderful time.

The room features a natural flowing Onsen, which you can enjoy multiple times. The Onsen has a slightly silky texture, leaving your skin smooth and soft. The room was clean with a new air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay. The meals were perfectly balanced in taste and portion size, and using the 5,000 yen Yahoo coupon made it an excellent experience!

A newly opened and clean Hotel. We arrived on the last flight to see the pandas and left early the next day, so we only stayed to sleep, but it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the bread from the bakery on the first floor was delicious. We enjoyed a relaxing private bath at Miyuki no Yu with my daughter. Check-in/out and room entry were done via a terminal, making it convenient without needing to carry a card key. The male staff at the bakery in the morning was kind enough to help us call a taxi smoothly. Thank you very much!

The bath was excellent, and the meals were delicious. However, the cleanliness was lacking, and the tables and other furniture felt outdated. There were remnants like powder left by previous guests on the table, so I spent about 30 minutes vacuuming at first. If not for that, it would have been a fantastic stay. I often stay in the Crystal Series rooms, so I hope this can be improved.
