It was a wonderful Hotel. I was very satisfied with both the Onsen and the meals. The Room was spacious and spotless. The in-room amenities were Bvlgari Eau Parfumée. Whenever I went to the Onsen, I was the only one there—almost like having it privately reserved. The Onsen provided MIKIMOTO shampoo and other toiletries, as well as Otsuka Pharmaceutical skincare products. I would love to stay again.

I was truly soothed by the stylish Room and the bath with its gentle hinoki aroma. The large public bath was also spacious and wonderful. The complimentary coffee and lemon madeleines were delicious, and I wish I had arrived earlier to enjoy more time in the Room. Above all, the meals were outstanding—even though I usually eat a light breakfast, I ended up having two extra bowls of rice. All of the staff were very pleasant, making it a perfect holiday!

Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and service were truly outstanding. Our Room had an open-air bath, and we could enjoy the Onsen anytime, which was very relaxing. The meals were delicious, featuring delicate, beautifully presented dishes made with local specialties. The portions were a bit large for a couple in our 60s, but that also means they would be more than satisfying even for younger guests. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much for all your thoughtful hospitality.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The food was delicious, and in addition to the cake we ordered, we were surprised and delighted by a complimentary fruit platter with a message on the plate. They also took photos for us and gifted us one in a photo frame. We were truly amazed by these unexpected services. I’m grateful to have seen my mother carefully display it at home. Also, in most Hotels or Ryokan, you can usually hear sounds when someone is using the toilet, but in Yachiyo’s Room we couldn’t hear anything at all. I’ve never experienced that before and would give more than five stars. However, I rated the Facility four stars because the Wi-Fi signal was hard to connect to, and the buzzer sound from the provided tablet kept going off repeatedly at night, which was a bit unpleasant. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would love to stay at Yachiyo again.

As expected, Dormy Inn is the best. The Room was clean and easy to use, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The amenities are minimal but thoughtfully prepared so you can use what you need where you need it, which I really appreciated. The bath was more spacious than I expected, and the water quality was excellent—I felt truly relaxed. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked more outside air in the open-air side bath. One of the best parts of an open-air or semi-open-air bath is keeping your head cool while your body stays warm in the water. That said, they had fans running and clearly put a lot of thought into it—very impressive. I will definitely stay again. Additional note: At check-in, some overseas guests were speaking very loudly in the lobby, and I couldn’t hear what the front desk staff were saying… This isn’t something caused by the Hotel, but it was honestly very unpleasant.

I’m truly glad I was able to stay at Hotel Kazurabashi. I recommend checking in early. First, while it’s still light out, you can head to the open-air bath, enjoy the footbath and open-air bath, take a walk around the area—just relax and enjoy a wonderful escape from everyday life. I was satisfied with everything: the staff service, meals, views, and Onsen! In particular, I felt the dishes made with local ingredients were uniquely delicious and something you can only experience here. They also seemed very carefully prepared. Not only did everything taste great, but it was beautifully presented as well—I enjoyed both the flavors and the appearance. The hospitality was also very pleasant, making dining even more enjoyable. Thank you for seeing us off when we left—right until we were out of sight. It was an Accommodation stay that made me want to come back for sure. To everyone at Hotel Kazurabashi, thank you very much.

I’m always impressed by the meals and the beautiful presentation. After enjoying the private morning bath, I saw a staff member wiping guests’ car windows, and I was even more moved by such thoughtful care. The tableware is wonderful as well. Thank you for these memorable experiences. I’ve also collected quite a lot of sea glass from the beach.

I stayed here during a temporary return to Japan. Dinner was served in a private Room with an irori hearth, and the dishes—such as salt-grilled amago trout—were delicious and full of atmosphere. There is no large public bath, only an open-air bath in the Room, but it was not an issue. It would have been nice to have coffee after the meal.

From the Room, we were able to watch the sun set. I was also happy to capture the exact moment it sank into the sea on camera. The Onsen was amazing! Soaking in the bath while enjoying breathtaking ocean views made both my body and mind feel completely relaxed.

We stayed here as the highlight of our 25th wedding anniversary trip, visiting Dogo, Roadside Station Futami, Ozu’s Garyu Sanso and a sake shop, and Uchiko-juku. Thanks to the first spring gale, the Seto Inland Sea looked almost divine; after watching the sunset, we enjoyed a swim in the pool. The chef’s signature hot-pot kaiseki was exceptional—beautifully presented spiny lobster, Shikoku specialties such as noresore, yellowtail, abalone, and more. We also savored the flavorful hot pot with its golden broth. We thoroughly enjoyed pairings not only with spirits from Japan and abroad but also with Shikoku sake. Above all, our warm conversations with the waiter were a true delight. The next day we also visited the Tobe-yaki pottery fair; my wife was thrilled to buy some tableware. We met many wonderful people and made unforgettable memories. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The detailed repairs have progressed, making this a comfortable stay. The service from the experienced attendant assigned to our Room was excellent, and it reminded us of what makes a Japanese Ryokan so special. The only minor drawback was that there was no deodorizing spray in the restroom. We plan to visit again in a different season.

As always, Dormy Inn is reliably excellent, with great baths and a great breakfast. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Since it is adjacent to the Okaido shopping arcade, I think it’s a convenient location for sightseeing. There are many restaurants nearby, but my personal recommendation is the food court on the first floor of Mitsukoshi.

This was the Accommodation my husband had been wanting to visit. We are truly grateful for the wonderful meals and the hostess’s thoughtful care. I hope to stay healthy so we can visit again. For the first time at this age, I came to understand the depth of flavor in soy sauce.

The Room layout and the open-air bath were wonderful. The trees visible from the Room were amazing. A friend joined me for dinner, and the woman who served us was very pleasant; the other staff were great as well. The entrance and lobby were also very clean, and I was very satisfied. The Onsen water was silky-smooth and left my skin feeling soft and glowing. Thank you very much.

I stayed at the neighboring Dogo Miyu in 2022 and it was wonderful, so I decided to stay at this sister Accommodation as well. This is an Accommodation perfect for business trips or solo travel—a highly functional Hotel designed on a level comparable to Dormy Inn. It’s also stylish, with a record player in the Room and Casa BRUTUS available in the lobby. Breakfast is substantial too, and considering today’s rising prices, the overall satisfaction is very high. The timing of rebuilding Hoso was also before construction costs surged, so the building is impressive, and every time I pass by I think what truly excellent management this is.

We stayed here as a couple during our visit to Yakuoji Temple. Despite the busy check-in process during the three-day weekend, everything went smoothly, and as it was our first time using Super Hotel, the staff kindly explained all necessary details. The amenities, room wear, and pillow selection near the reception were excellent services. Although we dined outside, we fully enjoyed the large public bath and the Welcome Bar available from 5 PM. The layout of the room allowed us to relax completely before bedtime, which we greatly appreciated. While I usually stay at other hotels for business trips, I would highly recommend this hotel to my company for future business use. We chose a Plan with breakfast included; while there was a good variety of Japanese dishes available, I felt that there could have been more options for Western-style side dishes.

It was a very comfortable stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and exceptionally spotless. I was delighted by the thoughtful touches that made me think, “This is exactly what I wanted,” such as large bottled water for tea and coffee, separate towels for drying hands in the washroom and restroom (apart from those for bathing), and individual safes for each guest’s valuables. There were many different baths in various locations, so I enjoyed bathing several times during my stay. In particular, the standing bath at night and the Flower Bath in the morning left a strong impression. Above all, the food was outstanding. Not only dinner, but every item at the breakfast buffet was beautifully seasoned; with such an impressive variety and quality in both the Japanese and Western sections, it made me wish I could have had a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again.

I visited Dogo Onsen for the first time to unwind from everyday fatigue. The moment I stepped into the Accommodation, I was enveloped in an incense-like fragrance (when I asked, the staff kindly told me it was the scent of lilies), and my friend and I were so delighted we could hardly contain ourselves. For three days, I was truly grateful for the warm, heartfelt hospitality shown by every member of staff. The shop, which had almost all of Dogo Onsen’s souvenirs in one place, was also very impressive—I really enjoyed browsing and shopping there. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for everything. It was a wonderful and thoroughly satisfying trip to Dogo Onsen.

We had in-room dining in a Room with an open-air bath. The Facility was clean and well maintained, so we stayed very comfortably (the blind for the open-air bath is a bit thin, so you may notice the outside somewhat). The staff were attentive down to the smallest details and checked in with us often, and we also enjoyed interacting with them. It also felt like a great value that guests can use the facilities at Yamato-ya Honten as well. Staying at this Accommodation will let you enjoy Dogo even more. Highly recommended.

From the moment we left our luggage, a kind young international staff member assisted us warmly, and our stay left a great impression from start to finish. At our request, we were given a Room right in front of the elevator, which was very helpful as my elderly parents didn’t have to walk far. We stayed to celebrate my father’s 88th birthday, and at dinner you treated us with heartfelt hospitality, including taking commemorative photos with him wearing a yellow celebratory vest. It became a truly wonderful memory, and I can’t thank you enough. Perhaps because my father drank more alcohol than usual at dinner, he felt slightly unwell after watching the Awa Odori performance. Even then, you quickly brought a wheelchair, and I believe someone in charge carefully assisted him by checking his blood pressure. Thanks to your help, he recovered by the next day and we were able to enjoy the Otsuka Museum of Art. We apologize for causing concern, and thank you again for your support. The French cuisine was delicious, and the Awa Odori was great fun. You provide first-class hospitality, and I can recommend this Accommodation to anyone.
