Yururi Atami with DOGS

We stayed with our dog. The Room was lovely and very clean.We could also see the ocean from the Room, and we were very satisfied.My son started feeling unwell on the way here, so we arrived worried, and I’m sorry he couldn’t eat at dinner, but thank you very much for your kind care and support.

We were looking for a dog-friendly Accommodation with an Onsen nearby for our senior dog, and found one in Atami!It’s a little away from the main sightseeing areas, but driving up the mountain road while searching for the place is exciting in itself.As soon as we entered, seeing our name on the welcome board instantly lifted our spirits—we were already snapping photos.The signage throughout the building and even the Room numbers are simple yet refined and very stylish.Even if you don’t order dinner for your dog, a buffet-style option is included.On the first floor there are dog treats available at any time, set up so dogs can sniff and choose what they like.You can really tell this is a truly dog-first Accommodation.At the photo spot, outfits and hats are provided, and you can’t help wanting to try this and that on your pup.They also provide matching loungewear for dogs like what people wear inside the building, which makes it feel even more like a special trip.The dining area is semi-private, but since it’s enclosed by walls on all sides, you can relax without worrying much about others.That said, because you can’t see anything outside your space at all, when another dog barked our dog became extremely alert.The meals for people are delightful both visually and in taste, and the handwritten menu adds a warm touch.When I mentioned we were visiting for our dog’s 15th birthday, they served us a cake at dinner. The handwritten message made us so happy—we took it home and have kept it safely. The next morning we were also glad to meet in person the staff member who wrote that message.There’s a rooftop dog run, and since sunrise time was posted we woke up early.Clouds had spread across the sky, but we managed to catch the sunrise through gaps in them—it felt wonderfully solemn.Every staff member who spoke with us was full of kindness, so we could stay with complete peace of mind.It’s a high-quality Accommodation filled with genuine hospitality.
