Just as rumored, the Onsen water flowed abundantly.The lukewarm water felt silky and was very relaxing. Onsen lovers will be satisfied. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, which left a great impression. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again.

The Onsen was lukewarm, silky, and amazing. I had breakfast, but it felt like ordinary home-style cooking. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what you’d expect from a Ryokan meal—more like the kind of food served in a dormitory. There are chain restaurants nearby, so you won’t have trouble finding something to eat. There’s also a convenience store within walking distance and an Onsen town close by, so you can enjoy exploring.The staff were quite kind and helpful. There are vending machines and a microwave in the building, so you can also eat simple meals in your Room. The elevator is very worn out, so taking the stairs is better.The place is well cleaned and has been renovated in parts, but it still feels old—though that retro vibe might be nice. I stayed in a semi-double Room; the bed area was small. It’s larger than a typical Business Hotel room, but if you’re expecting an Onsen Accommodation experience, it may feel a bit disappointing.That said, there are other places in Yamaga at similar prices that are even more disappointing, so the value for money is good. If you come without high expectations, you’ll be impressed by how silky the Onsen water feels.
