HOTEL AZ Tokushima Itano

This time I made a Reservation with dinner included, and the food tasted noticeably better than on my previous stay. I was especially satisfied with the hamburger steak and fried horse mackerel, and even more so because the restaurant staff were cheerful and kind, which made the meal feel even more enjoyable. The front desk service was also excellent, housekeeping was thorough, and the Room was spacious with clean, well-maintained amenities. The view in particular is wonderful, so overall it’s very satisfying. For me personally, the convenience of being next to “Michi-no-Eki Itano” is a standout point. If disposable slippers were provided, I would have no complaints at all. I don’t like wearing vinyl slippers barefoot after getting out of the bath. This time I brought my own disposable slippers, but if possible, I’d like them to be sold in a 100-yen corner. Even the after-meal coffee was delicious—I truly feel this is a very good Hotel.

The front desk staff were helpful, and I had a comfortable stay with no complaints. The only downside was the lack of disposable slippers, so I rated the amenities 4 stars. However, if they were sold at the 100-yen corner, it would be 5 stars. As a Business Hotel, it was clean and offered a spacious Room with a larger bed. I was also satisfied with breakfast and parking. Since the Cancellation Fee applies starting from the day before, I think this Hotel is ideal for business trips where you may need to Change the Reservation due to work.
