7-minute walk from Otaru Station. Close to the shopping street and just a 30-second walk to a convenience store. The room did not have a TV in the common area, but living without a TV was surprisingly pleasant. Please note that as this Hotel has no staff, it is not possible to send luggage in advance! A 7-minute walk to an affiliated Hotel allows free access to a large public bath and sauna, which was very satisfying.

On 7/5, despite rumors of an earthquake and plenty of affordable accommodation availability nationwide, accommodations in Otaru City were mostly expensive! However, I found a no-meals-included option within the business price range under 10,000 yen for the weekend and made a reservation. At first, I couldn't locate the self-check-in machine, but once checked in, I could enter and exit freely with the card key 24 hours a day. The location was very convenient as it was close to both the Bank of Japan and the station. The facility was clean, and I would like to visit again if given another opportunity.
