Parking Located along a main road, with a large flat parking lot in front of the Hotel. There’s no hassle like a parking tower, so entering and exiting is quick and convenient.Front Desk Service The staff’s friendly smiles and comfortable sense of distance made check-in very pleasant.Building / Room The building shows its age, but it is kept very clean and well maintained, making it easy to relax. I made my Reservation three days in advance and there were no non-smoking Rooms available, but there was hardly any typical smoking-room odor. I felt there was no need to worry too much about availability based on smoking vs. non-smoking when making a Reservation. An air purifier was also permanently installed.Bath With free-flowing natural Onsen water and a sauna, the changing area and bathing space were very spacious for a Business Hotel, and I was able to relax deeply.Breakfast It was very delicious. Everything—from small side dishes to bread and sausage plates—was individually wrapped, which gave me great peace of mind about hygiene even for guests arriving later during the 2 hours 45 minutes service window. Each piece of bread was also wrapped; I initially thought it would be inconvenient when using the toaster, but in an era when many Hotels simplify things for efficiency, I was truly impressed by the care taken for hygiene and service without cutting corners.Overall Opinions on smoking Rooms vary from person to person, so please take that as my personal view; aside from that, this Accommodation was excellent as a simple “just stay” Business Hotel experience. It will likely become my go-to repeat Accommodation when visiting the Yamanashi area.

This was my first stay. The Facility is old but well-maintained, and I had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was especially satisfying with a homemade feel and generous portions. If I may suggest, it would be even better if the staff greeted guests with "Good morning." I also really enjoyed the free channels on the in-room TV. I received a point card upon checkout and look forward to using it next time!
