Yunoyama Onsen Green Hotel

Stayed with 3 grandchildren and 3 adults, a total of 6 people. The room was spacious enough for everyone to relax, and the grandchildren enjoyed their time freely. The Onsen was exceptional, as expected from Yunoyama—smooth, moisturizing, and warm water. We all bathed three times: before meals, before bed, and in the morning—it was rejuvenating. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with just the right portions—perfectly satisfying. Even our eldest grandson in third grade had almost the same menu as adults, which made him proud and he finished everything on his plate. However, it was inconvenient that the ice vending machine was only located near the bath entrance; it was challenging to go there from our room or convince the grandchildren to give up on getting ice cream. It would be nice if there were more kid-friendly amenities near the lobby area.Still, my grandchildren seemed very happy saying "Grandpa, let's come again!" So overall it was a wonderful stay!

The portion sizes were small, but the food was very delicious. During the meal, I ordered a non-alcoholic Monin (cream soda color with vanilla ice cream), but it came without the ice cream. When I asked about it, they said the menu photo is just an image... which surprised me. I really wanted to have the ice cream. The staff mentioned, "It says here that it's an image," but it seems like there was a misunderstanding about what a menu image represents. That was quite disappointing and made me feel like it lowered the Hotel's standards.The late-night snack was warm and tasty, but unfortunately, the rice at breakfast was cold.
