Hotel Trend Nishi Shinsaibashi

I got a little lost on the way to the Hotel, but once I went inside, the front desk staff were calm, pleasant, and kindly helped me. The Room was clean, and I was surprised to find a drip coffee machine! I was also impressed by the wide selection of amenities, and I was happy they had black tea as well as green tea. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay, and even at check-out they greeted me with a warm smile, which made me really happy. I was extremely satisfied with this Hotel! If I have the chance again, I definitely want to stay here.It was a comfortable stay and became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

I chose this Hotel because I was going to a live show at Kyocera Dome and meeting friends, and it was close to the station. There’s a convenience store right next door, which was very convenient. The Hotel felt clean overall, which was great. All the front desk staff were polite and kind, so I felt at ease. The Room was spacious enough for one person! Even with my suitcase open, there was plenty of space. The bathroom and toilet were also clean. If I had to ask for one thing... it would be nice to have a microwave. Maybe there was one somewhere, but I couldn’t find it. It was a cold day with snow, so I wanted to heat up what I bought at the convenience store. Also, this is just my personal preference: while deodorizing spray is provided, I’d love it if you could also provide a lint roller. Around this time of year, scarves and sweaters leave lint everywhere, so being able to tidy up a bit would be appreciated. Sorry for the selfish request. In any case, this is a Hotel I’d definitely like to use again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
