HOTEL TAVINOS Hamamatsucho

I stayed here for an event in the Odaiba area and sightseeing around Tokyo. It’s just a 1-minute walk from Takeshiba Station on the Yurikamome Line, and even in heavy rain I was able to check in with hardly getting wet. For getting around Tokyo, I used JR Hamamatsucho Station; it’s less than a 10-minute walk, so I got there easily while taking a stroll. The Room is compact, but the bed was very comfortable and relaxing. The convenience store on the first floor was also handy, and I used it several times during my stay. However, the elevator wait time was a bit long, and more people would gather while waiting, so it always felt cramped sharing rides. Both the Room and hallways had a manga-style design that made it feel special and fun.

I checked out at 4:30 AM to catch an early morning flight. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the free bread others mentioned, but the coffee machine and microwave on the second-floor lobby were convenient. I also found it handy to grab food from the FamilyMart on the first floor. The lobby had a lot of manga, and I wished I had more time to read them. It took about 10 minutes to walk from JR Hamamatsucho Station via the lower road. Later, I discovered an upper path that offered a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower through a gap in the buildings. In the morning, I took the monorail and left Hotel about 20 minutes before my planned departure since it was expected to take around 15 minutes.As I arrived at night, I wanted to see how lit-up ships looked in the harbor visible from the lobby but didn’t have enough time for that. The Room was simple with all essentials provided—perfectly sufficient for just sleeping. The design seemed welcoming for international guests as well!
