It had been a while since we traveled with our dog, and finding an Accommodation was difficult, but this was an Accommodation we were truly satisfied with in many ways. Everyone, including the front desk staff and the Room staff, provided excellent service. The Room was clean and comfortable. Best of all, the meals served in a private dining room where we could dine with our dog were wonderful! Every warm dish was delicious, and we left completely full—absolutely satisfied! They even lent our dog a yukata, which was also very cute. Since the weather wasn’t great, next time I’d like to stay again on a sunny day and try a different Room. Thank you very much.

The simmered golden eye snapper and abalone at dinner were exceptionally delicious. The other dishes were also excellent and beautifully presented, and we were able to relax in our Room and enjoy the ultimate luxury. All of the staff were very kind, and they even introduced us to the Accommodation’s star dogs, Ginji and Kazue. We heard they are former rescue dogs, but they are clearly cherished—such happy pups. There are two dog runs: an indoor one next to the lobby, and another on the rooftop of the annex building. The annex dog run has many stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, but it is lit up at night and can be enjoyed while gazing at the stars. The bath offered a great view from the 7th floor, and we found the scent of the adjacent hinoki bath very soothing. (However, it might be better to remove the dried plants next to the hinoki bath.) There is also a dog footbath in front of the entrance, with towels and sheets always available—we used it after returning from walks. Discounted tickets for the Izu Panorama Park (Ao Terrace) ropeway are sold at this Accommodation as well, so there was no need to buy in advance online (the price is the same as online advance discounts). The souvenir shop was well stocked too, so I regretted buying so much beforehand at a roadside station. Next time we stay here, we will shop at this Accommodation instead. I wanted to fill out the in-Room questionnaire, but I couldn’t because the pen had run out of ink—so I’m writing it here instead. It was a very comfortable Accommodation.
